I ordered a PlayStation 2 from Your Gaming Shop and it's been weeks since I placed the order. I haven't received any updates or information about my order. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they haven't responded to any of my messages.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from this establishment. It's frustrating to spend money on a product and not receive any updates or information about it.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Your Gaming Shop. It's not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and find a different gaming shop to purchase from.

I mean, it's not like they had to make it or anything, it was just an old console. And when I tried to get in touch with them, they didn't even bother to follow up with me. It wasn't until I got really mad and threatened to complain to the Better Business Bureau that they finally shipped my item. I don't think I'll be shopping there again, that's for sure.

It's really frustrating, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. So if you're thinking about using Your Gaming Shop, I'd say you should probably think twice.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with Your Gaming Shop. I'm currently in a legal dispute with them and let me tell you, they are shady beyond belief! They take your money and send you items that are either broken or damaged, even though the pictures on their website show them as new or in perfect condition. It's like they're catfishing you! And when you try to return the damaged items, they keep your money and accuse you of trying to defraud them. Can you believe that?

My credit card's billing dispute department was shocked and amazed that Your Gaming Shop is still in business. But don't worry, I'll be getting my refund. I wish I had paid attention to all the nightmare reviews before I made the mistake of doing business with them. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I ordered a product from Your Gaming Shop on 11/13, and I was happy to see that they had a trusted site icon displayed with certifications. I received an email confirmation of my order right away, and my credit card was charged. The shipping time was supposed to be 7-14 days, and I was told that I would receive a shipping confirmation by email. However, I wanted to upgrade my order to a different item, so I sent a request on the same day, but I didn't receive any response. I sent two more emails, left messages on the phone number and on the site, but still no response. Finally, on 11/21, I received an email response with an ETA of 11/23-12/3.

I started requesting shipment updates, but I didn't receive any responses. I was getting frustrated, so I took to social media accounts on 12/8 to express my concerns. However, they deleted my comments and blocked me. I noticed that many other customers had similar requests like mine, asking where their order was. I decided to submit a dispute with my credit card and BBB to get my money back. I also reported them to Shopify, their online business platform, and the trusted sites company they have on their site. I found out that they are not actually affiliated!

Late on 12/8, the order status now says cancelled, but I haven't received an email confirmation of cancellation yet. I hope that my money will be refunded soon. I would not recommend giving them your business.
