I purchase a visa prepaid gift card for $300..00 & CC FEE$6.95 Total:$306.95 store received $310.00 cash and I received change back of $3.05. The receipt shows approval #406022 but I tried to use the card and It was declined, I called the customer number on the package of the prepaid card and was told that the card number I have was not activated to go back to the store that sold it to me, I contacted the store and spoke with Ann Wood gave her all of my info she called and it told her the same. Contacted Tony Rae manager and he basically told me he could not help me and he would not give my money back. LOVES STOLE $306.95 from me and I will be contacting the police in Clinton, Ok
Claimed loss: $306.95 store manager Tony Rae told me to go kick rocks. This is unacceptable and I demand my money that was stolen from me immediately.
Desired outcome: Immediately refund my money $306.95 that was never activated on the prepaid card loves store employee Ann Wood took all the information down and call the support number on the package it told her the same thing
