I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.
The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.
These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
No way to contact the organization, they took my money, haven't sent a product, and have given me no way to contact them. This seems like a scheme. Looks illegal. When I log into my account there's no history of my having ordered a product, therefore there's no way for me to contact anyone at the organization. Disheartening joke.
Ordered a dress 25 September and paid for it said 35 days delivery . Took over a month to arrive . Arrived too late and is much too small even though I followed their sizing guide . I have sent Numerous e msilsv asking for a return address they just keep sending me a link which does not work .

Products were way too small. Size chart was incorrect. In addition they sent me one item that I did not order in a missing 1 item that I did order. I need to return products due to incorrect size. The button that you select for returns is not viable my number is [protected]

I paid for my item on the 2nd Of September and I received it on the 22nd of September.The item came broken the order number :[protected] and I would like a full refund. As I am not pleased with how long it took for it to arrive.
P.S For some reason it is not allowing me to upload the video I took it keeps saying "file not uploaded".

I got the wrong color of the dress. I got my order in one month even though it is specified on the website that it will arrive in 3-4 days. Also, I payed extra money for shipping. I need my refund. It is unacceptable.

I spent a lot if money for a plumbing fixture which cannot be used in the U S . The different installers as well as licensed plummrrs's can find the adaptor to hook it up to use in the U S. I tried to contact this company as well as return this expensive fixture but failed in my attempts.

the cartridge inside the faucet broke, and it has turned out to be impossible to find a replacement part. i would not have bought it had i known that replacement parts were not available.
I think I bought something from them 2-3 years ago and suddenly I am inundated with spam emails offering their products. The customer service and unsubscribe facility at the bottom of the emails is greyed out so I cannot respond to them.
Was instructed to generate " return merchandise authorization " form. Has been impossible to do that. Instructions change with each step of process .
I have been given the wrong order please can you give me the hair weave on that I ordered. I also would like to take the hair back as it is the wrong hair .I don't have the address to send it back.it cost me a lot of money. I am disappointed.
