I emailed Lifease for help but they didn't want to help me find the package or file a claim with the shipping company. I tried to contact the shipping company but they said only the sender can file a claim. But the sender was Lifease and they didn't want to help me. I want my money back! I hope Lifease can give me a full refund of $*** on my card because I didn't get what I ordered.

When I bought it, there was no return policy that said I couldn't return the product after opening it. The bottom of the page said "satisfied or returned". The packaging of a part said that once opened, the item would not be eligible for return. So, I thought I could still return the item as long as I didn't open that part. After trying it out, I found out that the product had false marketing. The temperature wasn't as high, and my feet still felt wet after use. So, I decided to return it. But, Lifease rejected my request and pretended that they had the return policy by adding it yesterday. I have a screen recording of their website that didn't have the return policy description. I can provide it via email (can't upload here). Please help, as they not only rejected my request but also tried to deceive customers by lying that they had a return policy.
