The Sales team took advantage of my memory-impaired dad
The Sales team took advantage of my memory-impaired dad. My dad was staying at the Westgate in Las Vegas for work, where he walked by the L'core salon daily. They finally lured him in and convinced him to buy $1200+ worth of products for his family back home. He has NEVER made a purchase like this, nor spent this kind of money on something. He has memory issues that can be picked up on if you are in the sales world... I am appalled at the sales staff of this company! Westgate should be ashamed to house this business under their roof.
Recommendation: Walk away

High pressure sales with no return of products and no response from store owner
I was pressured into purchasing 5K worth of products in a matter of 30 minutes. I have a mental disability and could not handle aggressive Sales person. I am not allowed a refund or return unopened product. I am distressed and do not want this to happen to anybody else that cannot stand up for themselves. Owner Alex Giovanni, L'core Westgate hotel and resort Las Vegas Nevada. this happened to me at the Westgate Resort on
June 23rd 2021, by Giselle(Gita) Sales-representative at store.
I want to return unopened product for full refund. I have contacted all sales staff at store and store owner to no avail, plus tried contacting warehouse, but no returned phone calls. Please help.

Desired outcome: I want to return product when I receive it, and send back for a full refund.
I fell for this in the Happy Bubbles shop in Excalibur hotel in Vegas Sept 2023. I paid 100.00 for a tube that hardly had anything in it only 6 uses . The sales guy was really high pressure I can't believe I didn't walk out. I wanted to return less than an hour later but they don't accept any returns even if unopened. I feel stupid to have been so fooled. The product they gave me was not the one they tried on my under eyes this was a bait and switch. The man knew it was my birthday and actually wanted me to pay 400.00 for this eye cream.
All this happened to me as well. Same sales rep. These guys are rip off artist. They pressured me way longer and for way more money. Same treatment. Told them NOT to ship the product, they did anyway. The POS Alona will not return or take calls.
Customer service for faulty wrinkless massager
Purchased $1200 worth of goods from this provider. The Wrinkless Eye Massager cost $1000. It has been faulty since it arrived back in October. We have tried to get hold of this provider to replace the product and no response. We raised a ticket with them weeks ago and still no response. I am so upset as their products are not cheap. Terrible after care service.
Ditto. Wrinkless does not even come on no matter how long I charge it. Response to my emails suddenly stopped.

lionesse eye cream
You are dragged into the store in a very genius way. You get offered a sample of some sort of cream on the street and before you know it you're in the store sitting on a chair in front of a mirror. Mr. Sean, at least that's what he called himself, is a very good looking super fast talking man. Before you can protest he puts a cream under your eyes and the skin under your eyes looks immediately ten years younger( 250 dollar).
He also tries to sell you other stuff, like a cream for your face (600 dollar) and a device to massage your face to let your pores shrink and your wrinkles disappear (6995 dollar but you can buy it for 3500 dollar so that's a super discount). Anyway, that's not what I'm worrying about anymore. I just looked up the ingredients of the eye cream on the internet and that's alarming! The third ingredient is sodium silicate. That's a chemical ingredient used in for instance glue and exhaust systems. It is very toxic! The fourth ingredient is sodium polystyrene sulfonate, which is a medicine used to treat high levels of potassium in the blood, only on doctor's prescription.
Because I didn't want to buy the device

I was given a sample of an eye cream. After having it applied to both eyes and purchasing the products, I left. I was on a cruise last week on Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Sea. Stopped at St. Maarten Dec. 20, 2018. I was pulled into Santis N.V. by very convincing people. Was given a demonstration of L'Core Crystalline on one side of my face by Ricardo Yohann. Whatever he used on me did make wrinkles seem to disappear. Foolishly, I purchased the product at $1200. He...

December 12, 2017 I was called into the store from the sidewalk a couple businesses away by a very aggressive young man, maybe sean or alex. my friend margit gantt, was with me. we decided to buy 60 sec face lift cream. we used our credit cards. we were on american holland cruise line to hawaii and this store l'core is on kona. margit bought one and I bought one, we each were billed $156.24 in the store. margit paid her bill on her aaa credit card of $156.24 with no problem.in january, 2018 on my capital one credit card, I noticed I was billed twice. my ticket said $156.24 and I should have been billed that amount only, except I was billed $156.25 twice. I contacted my capital one credit card company. I told them to take it off - they did - only to have it put back on the next month. after going back and forth with capital one, they dropped me like a ton of bricks and to contact l'core myself. I did and spoke to lucas who saw the mistake and promised on or about april 27th to send one 60 sec face lift to pay for the mistake on my credit card - I agreed to that. I have been calling lucas several times but he never called back. this is a scam beyond belief. don't trust any l'core paris - really too bad - that extra penny got me mad too as that was not what I signed for. this store must be closed down. I signed for only $156.24. no wonder capital one closed the matter - I bet capital one got a lot of [censored] from l'core shop as well - phone number there - [protected]. thank you.

customer service in kailua - kona, hi
First, I would like to publicly apologize to the customer service staff at the Kailua-Kona location because today I made a very inappropriate, implicitly racist comment to the staff while I was with a friend who had gone back to the store to return the products she purchased, yesterday. The staff was failing to produce the receipt for her purchase, which they had promised to send via email, but did not. When we went back to the store the next morning the staff refused to accept her return for product she had been coaxed into purchasing ($471 worth). She was returning her purchase, unopened and in compliance with the 24 hour return policy. I, regrettably wondered out loud if, "this is how they do business in Israel?" My comment implied that because these particular people were not honoring their own return policy that all people from Israel must have bad business practices. I know that is an absolutely unfair catagorization of Israeli people. I understand that the customer service people at the Kailua- Kona store are not representative of all people from Israel, and that the fact that these three people were all from Israel has nothing to do with the fact that their business practices are unscrupulous. I acknowledge that my comment was insensative stereotyping, and that there is no excuse for my prejudice. I am not justifying it or excusing it. I hope that I am taking adequate steps to right that wrong. I accept responsibility for my part in this deplorable exchange, and sincerely apologize to all the good people of Israel who would be injured by my words, including the staff at L'Core.
Other words were said, particularly by one of the male staff members. I know if I had been a customer in that store and he had been trying to sell me skin care products he would have been very complimentary, and charming. That is a big part of the sales game the staff at L'Core employ, to make sales. However, as I was only a person aiding a friend to get her rightful refund, he treated me with disrespect and venom. Among other things he disparaged me due to my fatness, pulled a wad of money out of his pocket and offered to buy me McDonald's, and said that if he looked like me he would "kill himself". He attributed a person's value/raison de vivre, to their physical attractiveness. This assertion is ridiculous in general, but also ironic because if he took a good look in the mirror he might realize that he too is far from the physical ideal. Not that I would suggest he kill himself over it. That being said, his behavior does not justify my behavior nor vice versa. We were both disrepectful and wrong. We might both try to be better people and focus on who we are on the inside.
Generally, the whole exchange was very, very hurtful, messy and unnecessary. Kailua-Kona is a small town that welcomes all people, and as a member of this community I hope to reflect that same attitude. I hope we can all learn something from this unfortunate exchange. I know I am still learning, and I will continue to examine why I said what I said.
I and my mother were in the King's Shops in Kona and were inticed into the L'core by first given a sample and then urged to come and sit and let the girl apply their product that was supposedly the best thing since slice bread as far as skin care. It was first applied to my mom under her eyes and there was a difference. Then she applied it to me and I saw some difference. As the sales person went on calling me honey, my love and such and acted like she was my best friend, it got to the point she went and stood by my mom and said to me -"You don't want to look like her" How offensive could she be. Then tried to pressure me into buying the cream with the cleanser products as a free gift, put the products in a bag and instructed me to just hold the bag. I told her that I would have to talk to my husband about spending that kind of money and she asked where he was that she would talk to him. I did not tell her where he was and I walked out of the store with the comment being the deal was on the table for 20 minutes- good thing she didn't say longer cause she would be waiting for a long time. I had no intention of going back. If I did go back it would have been to tell her how upset and disgusted I was that she insulted my mother. STAY CLEAR OF THE L'CORE PARIS STORE IN KINGS SHOP KONA- DON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE - VERY PRESSURED SALES TACTICS.
I was on the Big Island in February 2018 and two days before leaving I, relucantly, accepted the invitation by one of the sales people at L’Core in Kailua-Kona to try one of their products. Although I was reluctant, knowing the `sales pitch’ and `games’ that often comes with sales people, I take full responsibility for the purchases I made. I actually did see a change in the puffiness under my eyes, so did trust the product.
Since I left the Big Island shortly after buying the product I didn’t use it until I returned home. When I tried to use the Black Truffle Line Correction, the syringe did not work...nothing would come out. It just malfunctioned. I contacted the L’Core Kona store and spoke with Lucas, the store manager. I explained the situation with the syringe and he asked me to call him the following Monday and give him my contact information so he could send me a replacement. This I did and he said the replacement would arrive in 6-8 business days.
After waiting for over 2 weeks, I called Lucas again; no answer, so I left a message. I also texted him with the same message and to my delight he responded to my text saying that he would send me a replacement and the tracking number. Great! I thought...he is honouring his ageement and sending a replacement. And naturally I would return the malfunctioning syringe upon receipt of the replacement.
To make a rather long story short: I never got the tracking number or the replacement. I tried for over a month to talk with him...all my phone calls and messages and text messages were ignored. What to do next? I wasn’t going to give up!
I then decided to call the L’Core Headquarters in Las Vegas to get their help. I talked with several lovely ladies in their customer service department. To my delight they would send me a line correction replacement even though L’Core Kona is not part of the US L’Core company...they are an independent store.
Today, June 7, I received my replacement...over 3 months after my original purchase...but, TO BE NOTED, not from the source of my original purchase, L’Core Kona and its manager Lucas.
L’Core Las Vegas honors and respects their customers and puts customer satisfaction as a priority. My gratitude to them for following through with what they say and believe in, especially since I did not purchase the products from one of their company stores. Unfortunately, there is no way I can say the same for L’Core Kona and its manager Lucas. This store is giving the L’Core name a bad reputation.
CAUTION to everyone: DO NOT PURCHASE anything from the L’Core location in Kona. Not because of the L’Core products, but because of the unethical and dishonourable business practices of the manager (and owner?), Lucas.
My name is Kiely, I am a 55 years old housewife from Sydney, Australia. I was stopped by a guy called Dr.Lucas in Waikoa, Big Island, Hawaii in a cosmetic store in the King shopping center.
Lucas claimed he is a skin specialist from Italy and his main specialty is face and neck lift. His girlfriend, a Russian woman named Victoria was inside the store. Lucas flirted with me at the door while passing me gently to the Russian lady. He asked her to "fix my eyes". That young lady had a disturbing face; she has serious acne scars on her cheeks and nose, it almost as if hre face was caught in a fire. She claimed it was way worst and she told me that "Dr.Lucas" saved her skin. To make a long story short, they charged me over 5000$ for face products claiming it will help my acne issues as well. Sadly, a day after I got a horrible rash all over my face and neck. When's I got back to the store my husband asked to speak with, Lucas, the manager aka the owner. After several attempts to get our money back, the Russian girl kicked us out of the store claiming there's nothing they can do. The same day, my husband found out from one of the local stores that the couple are scammers.
The young woman's real name is Ksenia, the locals said that she is his mistress. The owner's real name is Nir and not only he is not Italian but he has no medical certificate or qualifications to provide anyone skin care. When my husband confronted him about it, he claimed there's nothing he can do to help us and he left the store with the Russian girl. When we turned to the other worker, he pretended he doesn't understand English. A week ago, my sister told me that the same guy opened a new store in Kona. If the owner is an Israeli, red head called Lucas (Nir) and and a scared face woman called Victoria (Ksenta) - stay away! please do not buy from that couple!
Lucas is a scammer and a thief!
non-receipt of paid merchandise
My wife and I were on vacation with MSC Divina Cruise lines in June 2017
We purchased some cosmetics from a sales clerk name "Michael Elkayam " in Phillips-burg St. Mar-teen (Front Street) at a store front called Adore Cosmetics.
To make a long story short, We purchased some products that were suppose to be sent to us and received an invoice from the merchant but never received the product as promised. We contacted the store but the number on the invoice was disconnected so we branched out to call the corporate number which was a toll free number out of Las Vegas, NV who which got in contact with the Franchise store and had the contact store reach out to us via email at:
I will say it's been challenging to get any sort of refund or credit from this merchant but not impossible, but don't give up and talk with your credit card company and dispute all your charges. - At this time, we are trying to work with L'Core Customer Service department in NV.
But, if your in Phillipsburg St. Marteen (Front Street) - Do not purchase anything with this merchant - Don't make the same mistake we did by purchasing something and not receiving what you paid for.
multi use cream
I was in Kailua-Kona in April, 2017. I also entered one of the locations selling the L'Core product. Had compliments on my hair but said I had bags under my eyes. Man put cream under one eye and then compared it with the other. I didn't see anything different. I did not purchase anything from them. He quickly left me to attend to another victim. I had the free sample with me so began using it. It was the L'Core Paris Multi Use Cream. The fragrance was wonderful. Once home from Hawaii I went online to purchase the same product as the free sample. I was able to order it through Amazon.com. Price was $19.23. I opened the tube and it wasn't even close to the fragrance of the sample. I have written to Amazon to complain and to L'Core. So far no luck. Please don't purchase anything from this company.
Customer service
I was told by customer service with L'core Paris that I could not cancel my order when I complained to the sales person within 1 hour of trying the product in the store that I had an allergic reaction. I was not in possession of the product and despite my attempts at cancellation the product was shipped to me without my consent, and I refused shipment. They still would not refund my money, despite never receiving the product for 5 months.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
L'core is being sold by a company doing business as Burgundy in Highlands, North Carolina. They are a total scam and use many of the high pressure described on this site. I tried within one hour to return $3900 worth of products. There was not a sign that said no refunds. I was never told the was no refund. Stay away from anyone selling L'core no matter how good they tell u look.
cosmetics scam
As the Christmas season is fast approaching, I was doing some shopping for family and friends in Phillipsburg (Front Street). Now, I hadn’t been there in a while (maybe 4-5 months) and I noticed several new stores have opened that all seem to be selling the same thing… Well not exactly the same thing, they are all selling face creams but made from different...

If I only knew :(
I was "nailed to the floor", this is how I felt.
They are smooth and slick, they know what they are doing and they perform like artists.
They had me buying products I don't need for a worth of 2, 500 USD!
And guess what, the "no refund" sign wasn't there!
But who can argue with a limited costumer services that don't really care or listen to you.
This place / company needs to be shut down, better today than tomorrow!
Scam artists with failed product and costumer services
I am writing a short summary of my experience with L'core Paris to hopefully prevent others from making the same expensive mistake I did. I was spending a fun day shopping at the Miracle Mile shops in Las Vegas on Aug 22nd, 2014. I was just about to leave to a lovely dinner with my family, when I was offered a beauty sample by a lady standing outside the...

I was in Las Vegas recently at the Monte Carlo Hotel. We walked through the Street of Dreams mall and were lured into a store selling facial products. Tony added some gel under one eye to show how good the cream works. I cannot believe that I fell for their pitch and paid 400 USD for 3 products. I feel this product is not worth the value and I would like to return it but it doesn't seem possible. DO NOT GO NEAR ANYONE IN VEGAS offering you samples of free face cream or collagen treatment. They say the deal is only good for that day..such a SCAM. They do not want you to leave the store and research the product. I cannot believe they are allowed to do this.
It is amazing product
this company is a total SCAM!
