I had a really bad experience with Morphe. I ordered some stuff almost a month ago and they still haven't shipped it yet. I talked to customer service and they said they would ship it weeks ago, but nothing has happened. I've asked for my money back a bunch of times and they haven't replied.

It's really disappointing that they don't communicate with their customers and their website doesn't tell you about the delay. What's even more annoying is that they're still having big sales and posting on social media like nothing is wrong. Influencers are still getting their promo packages, but what about regular people who spend their hard-earned money? How do we get our money back?

I'm really frustrated with Morphe and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's just not worth the hassle and the lack of communication is really unprofessional. I hope they can get their act together and start treating their customers better.

But I had emailed them within the 30 days and they didn't reply! It's so frustrating because their website says you have 60 days to contact them. I don't get why they're being so difficult.

So, I was looking for some new make up brushes and I kept having bad experiences with the ones I was buying on Amazon. I decided to check out Morphe Brushes after hearing a lot of good things from beauty YouTubers.

I was blown away by their huge collection of make up brushes. They have brushes for everything you could possibly need, like ones just for nose contouring, and they're all sorted into categories like powder, foundation, contour, and more. And the prices are so reasonable! I found a bronzer brush for only $14 that would have cost me $36 at Sephora.

I placed my first order, but then realized I forgot some important items. I read their FAQ and saw that you can only make changes to an order within 2 hours of placing it. I was so bummed out, but I decided to email them anyway and ask if there was anything they could do.

The next day, I got an email back telling me to call customer service right away. I did, and found out that my order was already being processed. But the girl I spoke to was so nice and helpful! She gave me a 15% off coupon code and told me to place a separate order for the items I forgot. She even gave me free rush processing so I could get everything at the same time.

I was so surprised and grateful for how helpful everyone was. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The only downside is that their processing and shipping times can be a bit slow, but that's just because they're so popular. They work really hard to keep up with demand.

So, I recently decided to try out Morphe and ordered a set of brushes, mascara, and a cleaning brush tool. I had heard great things about their products from makeup gurus and junkies, but unfortunately, my experience with their service was not so great.

First of all, I was charged 15 euros for shipping, which I thought was a bit ridiculous. But what was even worse was that my order took a whole month to arrive! I placed my order on December 5th and received a notification on December 8th that it had been shipped. I was checking the tracking number every day, but there were no updates after December 10th. I didn't hear anything from Morphe or the shipping company, Bpost, until January 13th! That's over a month of waiting with no updates.

I was worried that I would have to pay for customs since I ordered from Morphe UK and Brexit had just happened, but thankfully I didn't have to pay anything extra. However, I was still pretty upset about the extreme delay, especially since Morphe had warned that shipping could be delayed up to 10 days due to COVID-19. I decided to email them and ask for a refund, but the communication was absolutely terrible. I didn't hear back from them for days, and when I finally did, they asked for my information and then didn't contact me again.

I eventually received my order on January 22nd, but I still hadn't received a refund. I emailed them again on January 24th, but the communication was still terrible and it seemed like they had no intention of refunding me. Overall, I do not recommend Morphe's services due to the terrible delays and bad customer service.
