I bought 20 cigarettes today 1/4/23 I was smoking one and found it hard to get a draw of it the head fell off and burned my sofa I didn’t realise and I sat on it and burned my thigh at the back I’m really angry as it’s saddle leather it cost a lot of money. I then lit another up and it was hard to get a draw of that and the head fell off again I need this sorted out I’m really angry I purchased from a shop in Larkhall

Not happy with this product. The price is constantly go up and the quality is going down big time, big chunks of bark and lumbs so the cig doesn't burn and splits open. Shocking to say the least. Mybe stop sweeping the floor to fill the cigs and use good quality tobacco like you use to do safe to say I ain't buying them no more the bottom brand has better quality now, very disappointed

Could you please tell what I have inhaled I started to choke while smoking my cigarette didn't think nothing of it.The cigarette whent out so I tried to light it back up it wouldn't ignite again I pulled of the cherry and the only way I can describe it as pulling chewing come apart I have attached a photo.also whatever it is it's still attached to the cigarette

I made a complaint last week and you haven’t the respect to even reply this says a lot about your company and the respect they have for customers I will be taking screenshot of the original complaint and date and this complaint and reposting to all social media platforms to show what you think of customers and how you don’t even dignify your customers with an answer

Dear Sirs,

I buy two packets of Lambert and Butler a day from my local news agents and have no problems with them. I have my shopping delivered from Asda every Friday and I get a pack of 5. For the last few weeks I have had real trouble opening the packets without damaging the cigartette,s. The problem is with the seal ( sticker ) on the packet which stops the top opening. When I finally open them 2 or 3 cigarette,s are broke.

Is they a reason this just happens with the hundred packs as I have no issues with the packs I buy daily from my local shop.

I have just returned from Tesco in highbury next to arsenal football stadium and opened my tobacco pouch to find that my tobacco is overly dry and very dusty it is breaking into dust as I’m pulling it apart to roll a cigarette I am not happy about the product I have been a lambert and butler tobacco smoker for a long while now and have never came across this in all that time

I bought a pouch of lambert and butler tobacco as I normally do, this time before I opened the seal there was loose tobacco in the packet.

And could smell a strong burnt smell before I even opened the packet. It smells like there was a fire inside the packet, along with an extra sweet vanilla note. Way more than usual.

I thought it could be needing dried but after a few days it still smells awful and tastes awful. It leaves awful feeling in the throat too.

(I have been smoking this tobacco for about 2 years now and not recently been ill)

I'm seriously concerned I have consumed something that should have been recalled.

If I don't hear through this I will find the correct regulations board to get an answer.

I smoke Lambert & Butler silver cigarettes
I bought my cigarettes yesterday from my usual retailer, Scotmid, Main Street, Broxburn, West Lothian. EH52…
5 of the cigarettes I pulled from the packet left me with just the filter in my hand and the remaining part of each cigarette, still in the packet!?
I simply cannot afford to lose 5 cigarettes as they have become such a ridiculous price now.
I’m trying so hard to quit this habit, but alas, it’s a habit of a lifetime and it’s not easy - maybe if I lost out on 5 in every packet, it would help? 😂

Good morning I bought 100 lambert blue from the coop last Friday I was smoking one and as I took a drag a sharp long piece of wood stook in my lip and caused it to bleed x I opened another pack and also there were several large pieces of wood. Not tobacco z I have a bump now on my lip I’m not sure if there is a splinter in my nose I really would appreciate a replacement of some kind my number is [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

Every packet I buy the [censored]s keep falling off the filters I'm only getting about 8 [censored]s out of every 20 and the price of them its hard enough to buy them I would like to have some sort of replacement for them I buy them in northern Ireland there no dates as I buy 40 cigarettes a day
Use keep saying same thing it's a joke use would need to sort the cigarettes out as complete joke

I bought a carton of 200 cigarettes yesterday and I opened the first pack of 20 to find that majority of the cigarettes where unsmokeable & broken etc and there was branches of tobacco that looked like sticks piercing through the cigarette skin and as I open another pack I find the same thing! This is a whole 200 carton of cigarettes and they ain’t cheap and majority of the cigarettes were broken or had stick is tobacco piercing the cigarette paper! I bought them so they would last me a while as I don’t get money again for a while so o got all my shopping etc and bought them to last till next payday and now I’m sitting with nothing. I love lambert & butler silver cigarettes it’s all I buy but I’m really let down after buying a FULL 200 CARTON and to find that most of the cigarettes where broken and stuff :(

I bought 40 Lambert and Butler Super Kings real blue today 4 of January 2023 from my local Co-op in Shelton Lock Derby my complaint is to do with the quality of the taste this is not the first time I've had this problem that cigarettes I am smoking or tasting of mental or something very similar to the point they are not a smokable and I am having to throw them away I have smoke Lambert and Butler a longer than I can remember and it's only been the last 2 to 3 years that this problem as a reason and obviously the price of cigarettes are not cheap I'm hoping that you will be able to to find out out the cause of this problem and stop it otherwise I am going to be forced to change brands but obviously I want to stay loyal to the brand

Each packet I open the cigarettes keep going out and having to relit and are not burning or smoking right. I've wasted many cigarettes by trying another. On a few occasions the tips have fallen off, wasting more cigarettes. Some packets have a funny smell also.

I believe these was purchased from Morrisons, king Street branch, Aberdeen.

I believe this is a faulty batch, as I've smoked this brand for decades.

On the 28th of December I bought 40 L&B Blue from Sainsburys petrol station Garthdee Aberdeen at around 8.15pm

I've lit several cigarettes and they havebsplit I have photographs of 2 as this has happened on several occasions.

I took the packets to sainsburys where I bought them and they advise I write to you.

They refused to change the unopened packet to which I have started smoking and same thing has happened with 4 cigarettes.

I bought a packet of Lambert and butler real blue and half way through pack i discovered this cigarette, the packet was not damaged in any way so my concern is maybe this packet of cigarettes was tampered with before packaging and sealing and im really worried i could of smoked contaminated cigarettes, or is this a damaged product which i am concerned it may not be as packaging was completely fine, i bought cigarettes from tesco brimsham park yate, my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

The cigarettes keep going out once lit. I have wasted most of the cigarettes due to having to light another one as I don't like re lit cigarettes. They are expensive and I'm not happy with the product. Im hoping it's a faulty batch. I believe this needs to be looked into as I am considering switching brands

I have been smoking lambert’s for as long as i can remember,but lately i have noticed how many cigarettes are pierced by sharp twigs pretty much.i have opened a few and there is a lot of very hard bits and it looks like the sweepings from the floor.the quality of tobacco isn’t the same as it used to be.really poor quality………………………………………………………,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I brought 20 L and B real blue super kings co op in Wrexham and when undone pack there was only 19 in pack as 1 of the cigarettes was snapped in half in the pack I have put pictures on this page and would ether like refund or another packed . I would not normally complain but when paying 10.38 I expect 20 in the pack and not 19

I purchased a packet of 20 original silver in b&m store in high farm, Wallsend, tyne&wear at around 9:15am today and 3 of the cigarettes have large black stains from the filter to tips which looks like ink and due to this I feel unsafe smoking any more of them I, did not notice until I had smoked a couple, I am rather unhappy at receiving these as now I must pay for another packet which are not cheap and for all I know I could have smoked some sort of chemical which could be worse for my health than usual, I have smoked your brand for nearly 20 years now and would not smoke any other.
