Ordered food through the app. The app gave a time for pick. When I got to the store there was nothing ready. Another couple had the same issue. The store manager said “ I don’t care about the app they re not in the store. The app should not have given you a time. He was loud and very rude. The couple left without their food. My food came up after about 20 min. I questioned the free chicken nuggets the app said we were to get. The girl at the register said she didn’t know anything about that and needs to ask the manager. The manager said to show him the app. “You’ re not getting anything until you show me the app.” I couldn’t show him the app because my wife was the one that ordered the food.
I asked him- why would I lie? Again he was very rude and told me “you’ re not getting anything without the app. Anyone could come in here for free food.”
The manager was out of line.
There was no ice or soda (Pepsi)
The food was not ready- 20 min wait for “ Quick Pick”
Desired outcome: I feel compensation for the $22.31 paid is in order.Manager training course might be a good corrective action.
