My husband and I have recently visited the IHOP in South Portland and the service was awful. The server Casey was rude and reminded us of a Robot. She seemed a little computerized, and you and you. This is what we got so we listened to her take orders at the table next to us. Low and behold she said and you and you. We laughed at the same time, and you and you, we continued to say this to each other the hole day. Well then we recieved our food. Slame the plate hit the table, YES SHE THROWS THE PLATE AT US. Really this was the last visit, she was rude like a robot and literally throws the plate at us. We left the restaurant so disgusted that we will NEVER return. Its really to bad because the food was wonderful. She really should not be a server she was awful. Again its to bad because like the saying goes ( I"m going to tell 2 friends and so on and so on. Thank you
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Brenda, I know you love Stealth, simply because I have watched you hiss her ### for long enough (lol), but just go do it and get it over with for crying out loud (lol).

Cathy, do not listen to these people. They all hang out and verbally abuse people across the complaint boards. They are bullies! They are also like a hit team. However, we are all going to fight back now.

I checked back to see the comments and I was surprised to see these. I did not make fun of her their we just laughed. We were very friendly and polite to her. Obviously the service was bad or I would not have wrote this. I just wanted someone to recognize the problem. Guess I was wrong about the comment board its for people who don't care. I thought it was serious. This was a total waste of time. Guess I need to address it to the actual corporate, thank you for opening my eyes. I was actually trying to be serious about my complaint not be rude. ops wrong complaint not mine but feel the same.
So dramatic Stealth (lol) I do not want to be anywhere near you, so you can count on the fact that I am not stalking you.

I feel sorry for the server Casey having to put up with rude customers like you and your husband. You deserved much more then just having plates slammed down on your table. And that goes for you and you.
