Huntsville Residential Fencing was great from the Tear Out and Disposal of the old fencing to building the new fence. They were very polite and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend this company for all your fencing needs.

We have used Huntsville Residential Fencing and John's team twice already for building our fences. The craftsmanship and quality of material has been top notch. Their customer service can be described as friendly, professional and courteous. John is just so down to earth and pleasant to do business with. The speed and craftsmanship that they build the fences with is unmatched.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I never heard back from the 5 other fencing companies I queried. They came to my house and measured off the area for the fence and then emailed me an estimate later that week. They gave me a date when they could build the fence. The crew came to my house and built the fence in less than 4 hours. The final bill matched the estimate. I was quite satisfied with the process.

I am a Realtor in the Huntsville area, I have seen my fair share of fences both good and bad. These guys did an INCREDIBLE job on our fence. We have a very rocky Huntsville mountain backyard. We had multiple companies come out and tell us they couldn't handle the job. Jim and John didn't blink an eye. Victor came out and was an absolute beast. Every moment this company was professional and willing to explain the entire process. I couldn't recommend them more. We love it and our dogs love it too!

It's a busy season to get fences installed! It took a little longer to get installed with rain setbacks and a few parts missing but overall Huntsville Residential Fencing is affordable and I appreciated the integrity of the installer Kyle and his team. I also like the one year warranty that comes with the installation. It feels rare to have a good faith company but yet here they exist and I like that about the company. My fence looks great and the owner John is pretty a quality guy so far. I'd use the company again and recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with Huntsville Residential Fencing. The team was very efficient and professional in taking care of us and all my surrounding neighbors. The owner, John, was friendly, reliable, and very helpful in answering all our questions. It was obvious that they were skilled professionals at every aspect of fencing. The Installers worked hard to ensure all the neighbors were happy. They completed all of our fences in just a little under 2 days. I would recommend this fence company to everyone of my friends and colleagues who need a fence.

It was very difficult to communicate with this company from the beginning. It took me more than a week to obtain an estimate. Finally, installation crew was scheduled to start the work on Saturday. They showed up 3 hours late! 5 minutes later they left without any notification. The next day they didn't show up at all, supposedly due to not being able to get materials. I tried to contact the owner but he didn't respond to any of my texts or calls. I communicated with foreman and we moved installation to Monday 8:00am. Foreman contacted me on Monday and said he will be late again, now due to personal reasons! I fired these guys after that. I can't really comment on the quality of their work, but the way they operate and treat customers is awful. Do not use this firm!

Update on my fence, it's been over two and a half months now they still haven't fixed the 10 feet double gate that looked like it's made of spare parts that I paid over $800 for. John keeps promising that he'll fix it and has not delivered on his words. I shouldn't have to get an attorney involved but this company has issues with me. What does the ComplaintsBoard.com do for people like me that got screwed?

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, less than a 100 ft of vinyl fence to be installed and it's been a month now to fix it and no one seems to give a care. They even stole my hand sprayer. Nothing is uniform, posts are leaning, they still haven't worked on the double gate that they ruined. They left trash and parts in the yard. Several posts are even swaying back and forth. They said they'll fix it but it's been a month now and nothing. They said they'll be here today to work on it and it's 1 pm now and no one came. The quality of their work is garbage. Sadly I already paid. Because I was out of town when they installed the fence. This group are unprofessional and unreliable. I would rate them zero and no one should risk their money with this company.
