GSD Construction Services LLC did my roof and fixed the inside damage. They did the roof good, but they took all the insurance money and my deductible and didn't help with the inside damage. I called the president many times, but he didn't answer. They know about the inside damage, but they don't want to help.

This company put a new roof on my house in 2018. But now, I have a big problem with water damage on my ceiling and C Company won't answer my calls to fix it. GSD Construction Services LLC did the roof installation, but it was done wrong and caused the water damage inside my home. They don't care about their work and don't even answer their phone. I tried to get customer service, but they don't provide it. Another roofing company told me it will cost $2000 to fix the damage. GSD Construction Services LLC is not a good company and they take advantage of seniors.

This company ain't doing what they said they would. My insurance agreed to pay for roof repairs, but GSD Construction Services LLC won't do it 'cause they only do full roof jobs. That ain't what we talked about at first. They said they'll give me back the money, but they'll take an admin fee which I ain't cool with. Insurance said they gotta let me go before they can do anything. Basically, they're keeping me hostage with my money.

We worked with GSD Construction Services to get a new roof on our home cuz of Hurricane Irma damage. For almost 2 years, they said they'd fight for us and get us a new roof. They made very bad and temporary fixes which made our roof/home damages worse and worse. In fact, their "fixes" really messed up our roof even more. Now we found out that in March , GSD Construction Services got money from the insurer and won't answer any of our messages about the new roof they promised and the damages caused by the bad roof and their faulty fixes. We're looking for reimbursement for damages incurred throughout their assurances that we shouldn't do any fixes on our own and promises to replace our roof and fix any and all roof-related damage to our home.

So, on June 4th, these guys Alex D and his buddy showed up at my door. They said they knew my neighbor and wanted to check out my roof for storm damage. I didn't really have any problems, but I let them take a look anyway. I saw them up there, and one of them was messing around near a skylight. Then, a couple hours later, it started raining and the skylight was leaking! I told Alex about it, but he said he didn't touch it. But I know what I saw! When I asked him about getting it fixed, he stopped answering my emails. I even gave him a whole month to respond, but nothing. I tried reaching out again, but still no answer. Not cool, man.

I had a bad experience with GSD Construction Services, LLC. They were supposed to repair my roof after Hurricane Irma, but they withdrew from the job even though they received a settlement check from the insurance company. They said the check wasn't enough, but they didn't tell me that before we signed a contract. Now they're holding onto the check and won't give it to me unless I sign a release that I'm not comfortable with. I asked to meet with them to exchange the release for the check, but Austin was very rude and said he didn't have time for me. The check needs to be endorsed by three parties, including me, and GSD Construction is purposely holding up the repairs. All I want now is for them to return the check so I can move on. I removed an earlier complaint at Austin's request, but he never kept his promise to return the check. I feel like I've been cheated.

I had a guy from GSD Construction Services LLC come check out my roof for hurricane damage on Feb 4, 2020. He showed me a bunch of pics of damage and I showed him the water marks on my bedroom ceiling from leaks. He said he could file a claim with my insurance and if they paid up, GSD would take care of everything and send their handy man to paint the ceiling. But the insurance company said no and GSD hired some lawyers to sue them for me. We won and GSD got $65,000 for the roof and painting and the lawyers got $15,000. Kyle said they'd do the painting on March 15th, but I've emailed and texted him and GSD a bunch of times and haven't heard back. Can someone help me get them to paint my ceiling like they said they would? Thanks.

So, we had some roof damage from a storm and our insurance said we could get a new roof and some other stuff done. We went with GSD Construction in Tampa to do the work. They finally finished the roof on October 15, but they still haven't done the repair to our pool bathroom ceiling or replaced our gutters. They keep saying they'll do it soon, but they never show up. We've been trying to get in touch with John, Andrew, and Zach, but they don't always answer. They said they'd replace the gutters on October 16, but now it's been three weeks and we still don't know when it'll happen. Zach said they'd do the pool bath today, but he never called back to confirm. We can't even get our house painted until the gutters are done, but we don't know when that'll be. We just want them to do the work and tell us when it'll happen.
