Stayed at Hotel Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites for the 4th of July. Room was 134.00 a night and it was a dump! Mold above window, bathroom was filthy. No soap, shampoo and only 1 towel for us both. Fridge made ticking noises all night. Iron was broke and when we showered, our feet were black from dirty floors. Had to leave early cuz of mold and allergies.

This place was the worst ever! They got a sign that says no pets but I need my service animal for my health. They asked for my number and I showed them even though I don't gotta. They said they'd call the cops but they didn't so I did for my safety cuz the dude was mean and scary. But don't go there cuz there's black mold, it's dirty, no hot water, and the beds are bouncy and hurt my back.

Stayed at Hotel Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites through bookit.com. Asked for a smoking room and got confirmation for it. But after two days of leaving, $150 was deducted from my bank account. It took two days of calling before someone told me that it was because we smoked in the room.

I booked a hotel with them and I thought I got the refundable one, but I saw some reviews after I booked it and they said there were bed bugs there 2 weeks ago, 1 month ago, and 2 months ago. I called them the same day to get my money back, but they wouldn't do it. They even offered to let me pay the difference for the refundable one.

I stayed at Hotel Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites and it was not a good experience. There were bugs in the room, including cockroaches and bed bugs. I had to leave after the first night and find another place to stay. I did get a refund for the second night, but I am still trying to get a refund for the first night and the $80 security deposit that I didn't know about. I booked through Priceline and have been trying to send them pictures of the bugs, but it won't let me. I also tried to contact the hotel, but they won't accept the pictures either. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room at this hotel, but my boss made me work instead. I called the hotel and talked to a lady who said my card didn't work and I had to update it on booking.com. I didn't do it because she said they wouldn't charge me again. But then I got a notification from my bank that they charged me $196.69 at 5:30am. I called the hotel and they said it's not refundable. The lady I talked to before said she didn't charge me, but the night shift did. She said she left a note to charge me. I want my money back because they charged me without my permission. They basically stole my money.

I stayed at Hotel Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites on April 24th, but I had to leave within 20 minutes. We parked on the side where they told us our room was. We used the key card and walked in, but there was a master key lying on the floor right when we walked in. When we opened the door to our room, the floor was very dirty with dirt everywhere and dried blue spray that hadn't been wiped. The toilet had dried poop all around the outside of the bowl. The tub had dirt all in it, and the towel hanging had something brown on it that looked like poop as well. I went straight to the front desk and asked to check out. The guy said that since I used a third party, I had to contact them. So, I did and left. The third party canceled for me and asked for a refund on my behalf. The hotel responded only with they couldn't refund me. I added pictures and reached out to them again, but only got a reply saying, "Thank you for your stay. We look forward to seeing you on your next stay." I've called and left messages for the manager with no return call. I just want a refund.

I booked a room at Hotel Pigeon Forge on December 14. The next day, I emailed them to cancel my reservation and get a refund, but they didn't reply. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. However, they still charged my credit card $113.06 for one night. My fiancé and I went to the hotel in person to get a refund, but the woman at the front desk said she couldn't do it. There were other unhappy customers in the lobby, too. One of them had just checked in and found black mold, spiders, holes in the walls, and dirty linens in their room. The hotel was in terrible condition, and they even charged an extra $150 fee before check-in for damages. Customers had to pay in cash, and there was no guarantee that they would get their money back. This was not mentioned on their website or in the reservation confirmation. It's suspicious and shady. I want a refund, and I hope they resolve this quickly. It's not fair to take people's money, especially during the holidays.

My mom didn't want to leave him alone, so I had to cancel the reservation. I called Expedia, who said they would contact the hotel. They mentioned I might get charged for the first day since it was July 1st and the reservation was for July 2-5. When I got back home, I called to check on it, but didn't get a clear answer. I finally called the hotel, who said Expedia never contacted them. I cancelled the reservation and got a cancellation number, but the hotel keeps saying I didn't cancel it. I've called many times, but they won't do anything. They charged me over $450, which isn't fair since I cancelled as soon as I found out my dad was sick. They say I cancelled too late, but the circumstances were special. Their customer service is bad, and they don't care about the truth. I'm willing to talk to the news about this. My itinerary and cancellation number is XXX. I just want a fair solution and I won't stay at this hotel again.
