I purchased a refrigerator from your store at 6000 S Gun Club Rd Aurora co. on Dec 5th. I set up an appointment for delivery Dec 11th. I received a text message on the 10th that my delivery time was on the 11th between 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm. This refrigerator is for my 89 yr old Mother in law who lives alone. I drove to her home 45 minutes away arrived at 2:pm so I could hook up her copper line since the delivery guy won't. At 4:30 I received a text saying Home Depot can't complete my delivery? Advised they would call for a reschedule. No explanation why. Call the store 3 times until someone answered and told me they had no idea why either. I was told I could not contact the delivery company they would call me. I waited until 9:30 the 12th no call. I called the store a lady Connie advised she would call the delivery company. She called back 50 minutes later advised no one would answer to wait for a call 24 to 48 hours. My mother in law has been without a fridge for 7 weeks. We went to Lowes first they had issues getting fridge. So we came to you hoping for better service and sooner delivery. Were is our Fridge!

Desired outcome: Want my Fridge, Your delivery system or company is so un professional!!!!

Hi Mr Cobb.

We're so sorry to hear of your frustration. As you very wisely pointed out, The Home Depot is not the only retailer to have problems with their deliveries.

There could be multiple reasons for a difficulty in delivering, one of which is of your mother-in-law lives in a very rural area. You may find it easier to pick up the fridge and take it to her yourself.

Please let us know what we might be able to do in order to resolve the issue.
