We tried to return it, but they said it was custom-made, which was not true, and refused to take it back. We were really frustrated because we paid over $1000 for this hood and we couldn't even use it properly. We asked them to help us fix the problem, but they said they didn't have anyone who could help us and basically washed their hands of us.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - these guys offer some seriously low prices. And the best part? I actually got a working fridge out of it. No major issues to report, which is always a good thing.
