I bought cabinets from Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc. on April 1st and paid $11249.89. They told me on May 5th that the cabinets would be delayed until July 7th because of COVID. I was really mad and asked to cancel the order and pick something else that could be delivered faster. They canceled my order without giving me time to choose something similar. I was upset and asked them to reinstate my order, but the timeline was extended to July 27th instead of the first week of June like it should have been. Last week, I asked about changing some cabinet sizes since they haven't started production yet. They said it would cost extra, so I decided not to make any changes. Now they just told me that the cabinet manufacturer, Schrock, changed the timeline to August 10th-16th. I know it's not Studio 41's fault since they don't make the cabinets, but I'm really frustrated because I already paid $11249.89. We need to find a solution soon because I'm not living in my home right now and I have kids! My order number is ***.

I used to be a customer of Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc. located in ***. I contacted the main office and the store where I bought the cabinets, which is on the southside of ***. I bought cabinets for my new kitchen, but when they arrived, some pieces were missing and there were too many of the same type of cabinets. I checked my receipt and it said I had 45 days to return them. I called the salesperson and she said I couldn't get a refund for the brand I bought. If I had known this, I wouldn't have made the purchase. She seemed more interested in making her commission than helping the customers. It's not fair when companies take advantage of customers and then prevent them from talking to management. This is the third time I've bought something from this company and I'm shocked at how they treated me and deceived me just to make a commission.

I went to Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc. to purchase some items for my home. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The manager, let's call them ***, decided to open the boxes from Madeli and Kohler without asking me first. To make matters worse, they deliberately took out important parts that were needed to install the pieces I bought. This left me with useless items that I couldn't use.

Not only did this cause me a lot of frustration, but it also resulted in extra expenses for me. I had to pay for additional labor while waiting for the missing parts. On top of that, *** sent the parts to the wrong address, even though they had my correct address on file. It's like they didn't care about my situation at all.

What's even more disappointing is that Studio 41, the company that owns Logan Square Aluminum Supply, Inc., didn't follow their own policies. They should have never allowed *** to open my boxes without my permission. And when I asked for reimbursement for the extra labor fees, they refused. They also refused to give me a refund for the merchandise that I couldn't use. Instead, they directed me to Kohler, the manufacturer, to resolve the problem. But the problem was caused entirely by Studio 41, not Kohler.

Studio 41 had absolutely no right to open my boxes and take out parts without my consent. It's a violation of my privacy as a customer. They need to take responsibility for their actions and make things right. I hope they learn from this experience and treat their customers with more respect in the future.

8/23 I got my doors installed. The installers came out 4 times to fix gaps 'cause air was coming in. On 9/13, the installer came out again and put some chaulk and pulled out the wooden frame from the window to seal it. He said the frame was bent. But he didn't guarantee that it would fix the problem. I talked to the manager (his name is ***) on 9/13, and he said he talked to the installer and there was no air coming in. Today was a calm day, but a few days ago when the wind was blowing at 40 miles per hour, you could feel the wind just 3 inches from all the windows. I asked the manager why the installer would work on the windows if there was nothing wrong, and he said he would have to talk to the installer (even though he just said he talked to him). He kinda hinted that I was lying. The product is defective, and they don't stand by it. They say the windows are supposed to be airtight, but that's not true. They say their work is guaranteed for life, but I hope they don't cancel the warranty when we settle this. I'm 76 years old, and $7600.00 is a lot of money to pay for faulty materials. The air coming in is gonna make my heating bill go up, but the manager didn't care to hear about that.

Ordered windows in July , was told they'd be ready in 6 weeks. Called multiple times, left messages for updates, but no calls back. Called salesman *** to inquire about the order, but he seemed unsure of when it would be installed. After about two weeks, received a call saying the windows were ready for installation. Scheduled a date, but encountered a problem with the order. The measurements were incorrect for six windows, even though the company's technician had measured them. We allowed them to install the windows that fit, but the window casing had been removed, exposing them to rain and causing the frames and borders to get wet. The house's exterior looks awful now. It took the company nearly two weeks to send another technician to remeasure the openings for the remaining six windows. I asked *** how long this correction would take, and he said two weeks since the company would prioritize the order. Today marks 5 weeks since the initial installation. I've wasted time and money on this project due to the poor service. The house was supposed to be painted, but that's not possible due to the weather conditions. I have to take time off work again for the installation, and now I have additional costs due to heat loss. I haven't received any compensation or adjustment for the error.

I bought cabinets from Studio 41 on 3/9/22. When they came in June, my contractor tried to install them but some cabinets were damaged. They said they would send replacements in 2-3 weeks. The new cabinets were supposed to be delivered to Studio 41 for inspection and then to me. Finally, they said the new cabinets would arrive on July 13th. I had my contractor waiting at my house for delivery on 7/15, but it didn't happen. They promised it would come on 7/14, but it didn't. They assured me it would come on 7/15. As I was boarding the plane, my guy called to say no delivery again! They promised once again. The cabinets were finally delivered on 7/19. There were no drawer fronts or cabinet doors! Three cabinets still had damage, but I accepted them anyway. I contacted Studio 41 and they said they didn't realize the doors were damaged. I showed them pictures of the damage. They said they would fix it quickly. On Sept 6th, they came to deliver the doors, but they weren't inspected. Three of the doors were damaged and the drawer fronts were warped. About a month ago, I noticed another drawer front with peeling paint, and they ordered a replacement. It was shipped directly to me and arrived with bad paint and a hole drilled sideways. They said they would replace these too. I had no kitchen for 6 weeks. I had to pay my contractor for extra weeks, rent a dumpster for 3 more weeks, spend a lot of money on takeout food, and my vacation was ruined. Studio 41 wants me to try to get a refund from ***, but I paid Studio 41 and I want a full refund.
