I bought an hoodie for my daughter from their website. It was way too big and we wanted to exchange it. Turns out the item was on final sale, which was not at all obvious in the item description. The item had a long description, and "final sale' was at the very end, in same font color and size as the rest of the description, not noticeable unless you read full item description thoroughly. Normally, on other websites "final sale" is highlighted in red, it stands out. Final sale items apparently are not exchangeable either.

They don't honor customers orders. 2 items missing and NO response from them. I have emailed 3 times about my missing items. I will never order again from this company. I would also like a refund.

This company has no customer service at all. I bought shoes for my husband as a Christmas gift, but they turned out to be too big (even though I picked the size according to their advice). I tried reaching out for an exchange, but they don't have a phone number for customer service. They do have an email address for support, but they don't reply to emails. Now I'm stuck with $*** shoes that I can't exchange or return, and the company hasn't said a word. This company is a fake - avoid it.

I bought some clothes from Fear of God and followed the washing instructions on the tag. The next day, after my shirt had finished air drying, I noticed that all the letters on my shirt were falling off.

I ordered a Fear of God hoodie with order number XXXXXX. The package arrived in a messed up condition, and the company isn't responding to my complaints. They also messed up the size, as I usually wear a medium Fear of God hoodie, but this one feels like a different size altogether.

I bought a jacket from Fear of God on September 28th, and according to their shipping policy, I should have received it within 5 to 7 days. However, it's already November 17th and I still haven't received my jacket.

I ordered 2 things from Fear of God on December 25th. The website said I would get an email with tracking, but I still haven't gotten it. It's now January *** and I haven't gotten any updates on my order at all!

I bought a shirt (order# XXXXXX) on August 24th from their fall collection on the website and I still haven't got a tracking email or anything. I've tried contacting them multiple times but no response! This is really bad business, I'll NEVER buy from them again!

On September 2nd, I bought three items from Fear of God's website. I got two tank tops and a nylon jacket. However, instead of receiving what I ordered, I got a pair of children's shorts in size 8. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times through email and phone calls. The last time I called was on September 15th. All I want is to exchange the incorrect item for what I actually paid for. I've never had any issues with them in the past, but their customer service could definitely use some improvement.

I bought 2 sweatpants, one in black and the other in oatmeal colors, from Fear of God on ***. The total cost was ***. When I got my package, the black sweatpants were missing. I tried reaching out to Fear of God, but they haven't responded. Right now, I just want a refund because the shipping took a long time. My order number is ***.

I sent them emails about my order on Monday, November 19th, but they haven't replied. I have two orders from that date (Order #***). The first order has one item, the NIKE WARM UP PANT - M / OFF NOIR in Medium, and the second order has the NIKE WARM UP PANT - L / OFF NOIR in Large. I just wanted to know what's happening with my order because it's been 7 days and I haven't heard back from them. I understand there might be delays due to COVID-19, but it would be nice to get a response.

I bought an essentials hoodie from the Fear of God website on 10/22. I waited for a week and a half for them to ship it, but then they sent me an email saying they had to cancel my order because they didn't have enough stock. They took money from my account and made me wait for so long, only to cancel my order. They haven't mentioned anything about a refund. Their customer service and treatment is terrible. I used to be a fan, but this experience has changed my opinion.

I bought a hat from Fear of God's website on January 30, 2022. When I received the item, it was much bigger than the other hats I had bought from the brand. I sent an email asking if I could exchange it because I thought the hat I received was defective due to the significant size difference. They replied saying that the item cannot be returned, which I get, but I still believe that if the item is defective, the brand should exchange it.

I bought a shirt from Fear of God's website on September 23, 2022. They sent it out on September 28, 2022 using *** as the shipping service. According to ***'s records, they delivered my package on October 4, 2022, but I never received it. I checked my *** Camera, and there's no evidence of a delivery on the date and time *** mentioned. I've sent multiple emails to Fear of God regarding this issue, but I haven't received any responses or seen any action taken. All I want is either a refund or the shirt I originally ordered.

I bought a hoodie from Fear of God's recent collaboration like a month ago, but I didn't get any help on when it would be shipped to me. After bugging them a bunch of times, they finally told me it was a preorder. They never mentioned that when I bought it, and they didn't even have the items ready to ship like they said they did when I bought it over a month ago. They never bothered to let me know about any delays. Instead of being honest, they just kept lying and pushing back the shipping date. In the end, they just canceled my order without offering any solutions like invoicing me when the item arrives or giving me a specific shipping date. Their customer service is outsourced and their responses are terrible, generic, and they don't care about the problems caused by their bad distribution partners and lackluster customer service.
