Plum Pretty Sugar is a website that sells robes, but if you're thinking about buying from here, you might want to think twice. The robes are cheaply made and way too expensive. They're also completely see-through, which is not what you want in a robe. It's more like a hospital gown than anything else. If you have money to burn, then go ahead and buy from here, but if you're looking for quality robes at a reasonable price, you might want to look elsewhere.

This website ain't good at all. It's hard to find what you're looking for and the pictures of the stuff they sell ain't great. It's also hard to get around the site. If you gotta return something, you gotta get permission first and then you only get store credit. That's not cool. I wouldn't recommend using this website.

So, I paid for the return shipping myself, and then they still charged me $8 for the return and to credit my account. Like, seriously? That's just not right. I feel like I paid for shipping three times over. And now, when I use my store credit, I'm gonna have to pay for shipping again. It's just not worth it.

To make matters worse, I even chatted with customer service before I made my purchase to make sure I was getting the right size. They told me that the M/L robe would fit me, but when I got it, it was way too big. So, not only did I have to pay to ship it back, but now I'm gonna have to pay to ship it again when I use my store credit. It's just ridiculous.

All in all, I spent $75 on my purchase, but after all the extra charges, it's dwindled down to $56. And honestly, I don't think it's worth it. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

So, my man got me a silk road sweet robe from Plum Pretty Sugar for Christmas. I was so excited to get it, but when it arrived, I was disappointed. The stitching was all wrong in a bunch of places and it looked like the machine they used was messed up or something. I mean, come on, it was over $100!

I was hoping to get some robes for my bridesmaids too, but I was let down again. I ordered them in November and they told me it would take extra time because one of them was a special order for my mom, who needed a bigger size. I emailed them in February to check on the status and they said it wouldn't ship until mid-April. But then, in June, I still hadn't gotten them and my shower was only two weeks away! When I asked about it, they were all snooty and said they'd ship "well before your September wedding." I mean, seriously? I needed them sooner than that! When I asked for a refund, they said they don't allow returns because they schedule fabrics for each customer. But that's not true, or I would have gotten my order earlier.

Anyway, somehow they managed to get the robes to me, but the one for my mom was too small. It was supposed to be a size 20, but it was tight on me and I wear a 14.

Overall, I think the fabric they use is really pretty, but the quality of the robes could be better. And their customer service needs some work too. Plus, it's just too expensive for what you get.

So, my niece wanted us bridesmaids to order a Maxi dress from Plum Pretty Sugar for her wedding. I was the first one to order and when I received the dress, I was so disappointed. It was nothing like the description or picture. It was more like a sexy nightgown and it was SEE THROUGH! The slits went so far up that when I sat down, my whooha stuck out. It was not a maxi summer dress at all. Plus, the price was astronomical! The quality was horrible and there were runs in the dress. It was just terrible.

Their return policy states that you can get a refund or exchange within 14 days. However, when I called to get the return process started, the girl I spoke with said "NO RETURNS". I told her that their policy states 14 days, but she tried to tell me that it was a special occasion dress. I bought it under the dress section, not bridal. She kept repeating the same information and was very rude.

I tried several times to chat and call to get through to someone, but nothing worked. Finally, after I filled out a return/exchange request, I received a very rude and disrespectful email. This was also after my niece was told that we would all get returns. My niece and all the other girls battled with them and finally, they agreed to give us a refund after they received the dress back.

When I tried to confirm this, I was spoken to very rudely. After a long and rude battle with them, I finally got my return after 6 business days. So, their policy states returns for 14 days, but they will tell you no. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their items are overpriced and of low quality. They are hard to even get a hold of. After the first time I called and tried calling back, they NEVER picked up. The local store in CA never even picked up. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and RUDE. BEWARE!
