SHEIN UK A company with an awful customer service, the worst of all, NEVER buy from them

Like its reclused owner, customer services do not exist or they just don't want to help customers... The so called "live chat" is never live, can never get to chat with a real person. The robot is badly programmed and it takes you round circles and not get a proper answer. Frustration is an under statement, and the current problem of delivery is still outstanding, try to complaint, but there is no faculty to do so. All in all, quick to take my money but if there is a problem, jumping through hoops and climbing mountains will not resolve it, as no one would talk to you.

Recommendation: I wouldn't waste your time, there are other site which you can get the same products cheaper and are more efficient when you have a problem.

Tracking number is useless. No information from the courier (see attached). Meanwhile, SHEIN keep sending email to me telling me my package has been delivered, but I have received only ONE item and there are 2 in my order.

Try to contact customer services to get further information and speak to someone but the live chat is never live.. disappointing. There is facility where I can write to customer service or leave a message, I cannot even get a "ticket".

SHEIN UK Extremely Disappointed with SheIn's Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SheIn's customer service, and I must say that their level of unhelpfulness and lack of accessibility left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager, I was consistently denied and left feeling unheard and frustrated.

One of the main issues I encountered was the difficulty in reaching an actual human representative. Every time I tried to contact customer support, I was routed to an automated system that proved to be unhelpful in resolving my concerns. When I finally managed to connect with a live agent, my chat was terminated multiple times without my consent, which I found incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Another major problem I faced was the lack of detailed information provided for their clothing items, specifically regarding the length of the pants I ordered. The size information did not indicate the length, and as a result, I ended up ordering pants with the wrong length. When I reached out to their support team for assistance, they simply informed me of the length, which was not suitable for me. This miscommunication could have been avoided if they had provided accurate and comprehensive sizing information on their website.

To make matters worse, my order was marked as delivered by the courier, but I never received it. I am currently in the process of chasing my money, as SheIn failed to deliver the product I ordered. Despite my requests for evidence of delivery, such as pictures or any form of proof, they were unable to provide any. This lack of accountability and transparency further added to my frustration.

Throughout this ordeal, one customer service agent named CHESKA stood out for their robotic and unhelpful attitude. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist only reinforced my negative perception of SheIn and their customer service.

I am truly disappointed with SheIn and the way they have handled this entire situation. Their unhelpful customer service, lack of accessibility, inaccurate product information, and failure to provide evidence of delivery have not only caused me financial loss but have also tarnished their brand reputation. I will make it a point to share my terrible experience with others to warn potential customers about the poor quality of service provided by SheIn.

SHEIN UK Disappointed with SHEIN UK's Delivery Service: Order Not Received After Two Weeks

I ordered from SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk) a couple of weeks ago and I'm not too happy with the service so far. I received a notification that my first order, with the order number GSHMXH00A***U, has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. I'm not sure what's going on with my second order, with the order number GSHMXE00S***Q, as it's still being shipped according to the status. It's been two weeks since I placed both orders and I'm starting to get worried.

I would really appreciate it if someone could urgently get back to me and let me know what's happening with my orders. I'm not sure how long it should take for them to be delivered to me, but I hope it's soon. I'm really excited to receive my items and I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the service from SHEIN UK so far. I hope they can improve their delivery process and provide better communication with their customers in the future.

SHEIN UK Mixed Feelings About Shein: A Review of Their Clothes and Shipping

I gotta say, I got mixed feelings about Shein. On one hand, their clothes are pretty dope. I mean, I've gotten some real head-turners from them. But on the other hand, sometimes what you see on the website ain't what you get in the mail. And that's a real bummer, ya know? Like, I ordered this one dress that looked so cute online, but when it arrived it was like three sizes too small and made out of some weird material that felt like sandpaper. Not cool, Shein. Not cool.

And don't even get me started on the shipping. I mean, I get it, we're in the middle of a pandemic and the postal service is struggling. But come on, Shein, three weeks and still no package? That's just ridiculous. I ordered this thing as a Christmas present for my sister and at this rate it's gonna be a New Year's present. And that's assuming it even shows up at all. I mean, I heard there's a lot of strikes going on and stuff, but if nobody's working then nobody's getting their orders. It's a real mess.

All that being said, I'm not ready to give up on Shein just yet. I mean, like I said, their clothes are pretty sweet. And I've had some good experiences with them in the past. So I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that my package shows up soon and that it's actually what I ordered. And if it does, I'll probably keep shopping with them. But if not...well, let's just say I won't be too happy.

SHEIN UK Stunning Pearl Detailing on SHEIN UK Bag - A Steal at Only ?13.49!

I recently did a little shopping spree on SHEIN UK and I gotta say, I found a real gem of a bag (check out the pic I attached)! The pearl detailing on it is absolutely stunning! And the best part? It only cost me ?13.49! I mean, come on, that's a steal! I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with this purchase.

What I love about this bag is that it's versatile. You can wear it two different ways - either as a grab bag using the pearl handle or as a cross body/shoulder bag using the detachable gold chain. It's like getting two bags for the price of one!

I've bought bags from SHEIN before and I've never been disappointed. I know there's always a bit of a worry when you're buying something that's lower in price, like maybe it won't be good quality or it'll fall apart after a few uses. SHEIN UK Avoid SHEIN UK: Non-Existent Customer Service and Damaged Items

I recently had an experience with SHEIN UK and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. While some lucky customers may receive their items without any issues, my experience was quite the opposite. Not only did I not receive my items, but when I finally did, they were damaged in transit.

The biggest issue I faced was trying to get in touch with customer service. It was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Their customer service was non-existent and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I tried to get a refund or replacement for my damaged items, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They simply refused to help and ended up robbing me of my hard-earned money.

This was my first and last order with SHEIN UK. While their products may be cheap and attractive, it's not worth the hassle if you have any issues. Their customer service is a joke and the only option available is a robotic chat online that goes around in circles. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with.

To make matters worse, I was told to contact SHEIN UK directly by someone named Evri, but I had no idea how to do that. It's like they purposely make it difficult for customers to get in touch with them. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

In conclusion, if you're lucky enough to receive your items without any issues, then you're one of the fortunate ones. But if you have any problems, don't expect to get any help from their non-existent customer service. It's simply not worth the hassle and frustration.

SHEIN UK Stay Clear of SHEIN UK: My Disappointing Experience with Their Refund Process

I recently had an experience with SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk) that left me feeling quite disappointed. I returned my items over a month ago, but despite contacting them on 6 different occasions, I still haven't received my refund. Each time I reached out to them, they gave me the same excuses and refused to give me my money back.

According to them, they haven't received the parcel back yet. However, I know for a fact that I returned it and entered the tracking info provided for the return. It's frustrating that their company cannot track and update their systems correctly on incoming returns to their warehouse. As a result, they feel the need to keep my hard-earned money!

It doesn't take over a month to receive the parcel that I had returned. Clearly, there is an in-house problem occurring where they can't update their systems to show my parcel is with them. I have taken to social media and seen others who have been through the same issue with this company.

I would advise anyone to stay clear of SHEIN UK. They steal hard-earned money and refuse to refund you when you send them their items back. It's shocking treatment and not something that any customer should have to go through.

I've been shopping at SHEIN for a while now and I have to say, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, they have some really cute clothes at great prices. SHEIN UK Warning: Terrible Experience with SHEIN UK - Do Not Buy from Them!

I recently had an experience with SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed my first order on January 21st, excited to receive my new clothes. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I received an email four days later stating that my item was out of stock. I requested a refund and decided to place another order using a different card.

Unfortunately, my troubles did not end there. I am still waiting for my refund from January 25th, and to make matters worse, my second order was lost in customs. I am now out of pocket by £140 and every time I speak to SHEIN UK about my refunds, they give me an ARN number and tell me to speak to my bank.

According to their website, refunds can take up to 30 business days. However, it has been much longer than that and I am still waiting. I feel like I have been scammed by this company. They take your money immediately, but then make excuses as to why they can't fulfill your order and never refund you back. It's a complete joke!

I have wasted so much time and energy emailing them and getting nowhere. I would strongly advise against buying from SHEIN UK. It's just not worth the hassle. If you do decide to buy from them, be very wary. They are nothing but thieves!

SHEIN UK Shein UK Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Dishonest Refund Policy

So, my daughter decided to give Shein a try and bought five items from their website. I was surprised to see that they charge ?12 for 'express' delivery, which in reality means 3-7 days. I mean, come on, that's not exactly what I would call express. I refused to pay for express delivery, so my daughter had to wait for eight days to receive the clothes. Eight days is a long time, especially when you're 13 and most online fashion retailers can manage to deliver within 1-3 days.

When the clothes finally arrived, we were both disappointed. The quality was terrible, the fit was poor, and the clothes looked very trashy. So, we decided to return them all. However, we heard nothing from Shein after returning the items. We eventually had to email them to find out what was going on with our return. They confirmed that they had received the items, but had no intention of refunding us unless we chased them! To make matters worse, they charged us ?6.50 just to return the items and said that the refund to our card would take UP TO 30 DAYS! Can you believe it? We had to chase them just to get our money back.

The customer support person agreed to charge only ?3.50 as we are 'valued customers'. But, there was no apology for the poor service or quality of the garments. We are still waiting to hear that our refund is being processed. They have gone very quiet. This is a very dishonest online retailer, and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

In conclusion, Shein UK (shein.co.uk) is not a reliable online retailer. They charge a lot for express delivery, which is not really express, and their clothes are of poor quality. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not seem to care about their customers. If you want to avoid disappointment, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

SHEIN UK Shein UK Review: Buyer Beware - Non-Delivery and Ripped Off Customers

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Shein UK. I mean, I know the saying "too good to be true" but I still went ahead and hit that buy button. And boy, do I regret it now. My package was marked as delivered, but when I checked with the post office, they said it was delivered to their local depot, which was like 150 miles away from me. What the heck, right? The post office said there was some issue with my package and it never left the local area it was posted in, so it got returned back to Shein.

Now, I'm not saying Shein is a scam or anything, but it does make me wonder. If they do this to just 10% of their customers, that's a lot of money they're recouping. And they're not even willing to look into it or call the post office themselves. They just keep saying "it's delivered" like that's supposed to be good enough.

Thankfully, my pay agent was on the ball and did some research. Shein didn't get away with it with me, but I know a lot of people have lost their money to them. Just take a look at the other reviews on Trustpilot. There's a ton of 1-star reviews about non-delivery and people getting ripped off. So, buyer beware, folks. I won't be ordering from Shein again.

I sent a lot of items back to Shein and they received them on 22nd August, I am still waiting to be reimbursed. it is taking way too long and there is no live customer services available so I cant talk to anyone...

My 10 year old daughter was searching for kids trainers and a whole lot of disgusting items NOT FOR CHILDREN came up, this is grooming our innocent children. She also typed in kids full

Face goggles it came up on that too.

SHEIN UK Mixed Experience with SHEIN UK: Good Website, Disappointing Product and Delivery

I recently bought a couple of lights from SHEIN UK for Christmas. I was pretty excited to use them, but when I got them, I realized that they weren't what I expected. The lights were not able to change the battery, which was a bummer. I could only use them once, and then they were useless. SHEIN UK SHEIN UK Review: Great Clothes Selection, but Returns Process Can Be Frustrating

I've been shopping on SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk) for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with their selection of clothes. They've got everything from trendy tops to cute dresses, and the prices are pretty reasonable too. However, I recently had an issue with a few items I ordered and needed to return them. Unfortunately, I couldn't seem to find the returns address anywhere on the website. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't seem to be much help either.

SHEIN UK Mixed Experience with Shein UK: Great Selection and Prices, but Shipping Issues

So, I've been shopping at Shein UK for a while now and I gotta say, I've had a pretty good experience overall. I've ordered a few things from them in the past and they've all arrived in a timely manner and were exactly what I was expecting. However, my most recent order has been a bit of a letdown.

According to the tracking information, my package was delivered a few days ago, but when I went to check my mailbox, there was nothing there. I've checked with my neighbors and even asked the delivery person if they remember delivering it, but so far, no luck. I'm not saying that it's Shein's fault necessarily, but it's definitely frustrating when you're expecting something and it doesn't show up.

That being said, I don't want to discourage anyone from shopping at Shein. They have a great selection of clothes and accessories at really affordable prices. SHEIN UK Disappointed with SHEIN UK: Package Not Delivered and No Response Yet

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order from SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk). I mean, have you seen their clothes? So cute! But when I got a notification saying my package had been delivered, I was like, "Uh, what package?" 'Cause I definitely didn't get anything.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty bummed about this. I mean, I was really looking forward to my new clothes. So I sent them an email asking if they could look into it or give me a refund. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm hoping they'll get back to me soon.

The tracking number they gave me is QP***GB, in case anyone's wondering. I don't know if that helps, but I figured I'd throw it out there.

Overall, I'm not super impressed with my experience so far. I mean, I get that things can go wrong with shipping, but it's still a bummer. I'm hoping they'll make it right, but we'll see.

SHEIN UK Disappointed with SHEIN UK's Non-Stretchy Dresses for Heatwave

So, I was really excited to order some dresses from SHEIN UK for the heatwave we've been having. I made sure to pick out ones that were listed as stretchy fabric, because who wants to be uncomfortable in the heat, right? Well, I received two of the dresses so far and neither of them are stretchy at all. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing them and now I'm not sure if I'll even be able to. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive, so I'm hoping that at least some of those will be stretchy like they were supposed to be. Overall, I'm just feeling let down by my experience with SHEIN UK so far.

SHEIN UK Disappointing Experience with SHEIN UK: Missing Items and No Response from Customer Service

I recently made an order on SHEIN UK (shein.co.uk) with order number GSONU952A0001SQ. I ordered 7 items, but unfortunately only 1 item arrived. To make matters worse, the tracking number has disappeared and when I tried to track my order using the order number, I couldn't find any information.

I have tried to contact SHEIN UK via email, but I have not received any response. It has been a couple of weeks now and I am starting to get worried. I would really appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me regarding my order.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with SHEIN UK. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and response from their customer service team is unacceptable. I hope that they can rectify this situation and provide me with the missing items or a refund.

SHEIN UK Disappointing Experience with SHEIN UK: Delayed Delivery and No Communication

Yo, so I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with SHEIN UK. I made an order back on November 19th, 2022 and was supposed to get it delivered by December 1st or 2nd. But guess what? Nothing showed up. Nada. Zilch. And that's just not cool, you know?

So now I'm reaching out to SHEIN to see what's up and hopefully get my package delivered ASAP. I mean, I'm not trying to be a Karen or anything, but I did spend my hard-earned cash on this order and I expect to actually receive it. If they need my order number or anything like that, I'm happy to provide it. But seriously, SHEIN, let's get this sorted out.
