Family Dollar review: My $5 coupon for 11/25/23 was not applied to my order

November 25, 2023 - 09:29AM I entered the store and it was quite crowded I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. I took advantage of your bottled soda (Pepsi-Mt Dew) sale and also the paper towels and some Progresso soup. I came to the store on Saturday to specifically use your Saturday coupon of $5 off $25. I was interested in your BOGO 75% off sale for children's toys. I did buy two items. I also saw a BOBO 50% off on winter gloves and hats. I also purchased two. Total items on my bill was 10 items. I went to the register and the woman was fast and ringing up my items. I wanted her to take my $5 off coupon but she said since I entered my phone number it was automatically applied to the order. She showed me on my receipt it was $9.40 in savings. I got home and looked at each item on my receipt. The $9.40 she is referring to is the BOGO's listed above; soda discount and Progresso discount. The $5 coupon off $25 was not applied. The total of my order was $36.39. Blonde cashier
