Fairstone review: My personal loan billing cycle

Every i will cal they will ready to help. I do not see a good customer support agent to help me. one service agent from Lawrence avenue east Toronto. he does not want to help with changing the billing cycle. he was so rude on call.

I have never heard of this type of company that does not help in changing the billing cycle.

Please look at this issue and solve it.
