This was the fastest, easiest and stress free way to buy out my lease. It literally took less than 30 minutes to have it all completed. I did not even realize this was an option until I received the letter in the mail. I was not looking forward to having to go into a dealership to try and buy out my lease, because I know they would probably try to sell me a new car and definitely not be quick and efficient. I am beyond pleased with their services and how easy it was to get this checked off of my "to do" list. Thank you Lease End, I highly recommend.

LeaseEnd is an excellent company. I wanted to end my lease by returning my car in just 15 months and less than 3K miles because I bought another car. I was looking for options I had and found out that LeaseEnd provides finance for buying out the lease and also buys your leased car. I got the best deal for my car from them, much better than what the dealer offered me to buy my car and some other lease buying and swapping companies online. I received the check within a week, and they picked up the car right after the payment.I would highly recommend this business and will work with them in the future.

I have been trying to qualify for a home loan. Loan officer told me I could get a loan unless I get rid of the lease vehicle. I ran into Lease End applied to end the lease online and within a day lease end sent all paperwork, they paid for the car next day and picked it up at my home. The best thing was I got a check for almost $4000 as I learned my car had equity, usually you drive off a lot with new car you lose money the second you drive off lot. So, I was coming up on the end of my Automobile Lease and wanted to keep the vehicle. Normally I would just trade it in for a new car, but not this time. I was unsure how to go about this so I ***d "End of Lease Purchase" and the first *** entry was for www.leaseend.com.It took me a matter of minutes to fill out the application. Withing an hour or so I received a call that a Bank had been found and I had approval for the loan. Later that afternoon I received the Loan Documents via email, digitally signed them, and returned them.In a matter of hours I found a loan and had the documents signed. Easy Peasy.

Our experience with Lease End was phenomenal ! We initiated an inquiry to find out about purchasing the vehicle we were leasing. Time was of the essence, as the lease was ending in days. Lease End rapidly responded, found a very good rate for us to purchase our auto. The Lease End people we talked to were EXTREMELY courteous and helpful! Customer service for many companies seems like a lost art, not with Lease End! VERY important to us as clients. Bottom line, Lease End came thru in a major way. All over the phone and via emails, i.e., simple. We never had to venture back to the auto dealer about the lease. Easy! Thanks Lease End!

I was a little skeptical when I got the letter in the mail. But I read reviews and saw it was a legit company. Having worked in the car business for 15+ years I found it to be the easiest car buying process I have ever done. I have printed car deals and worked in finance so all the paperwork looked correct, legal, and accurate. I probably didn't get the best APR because I didn't shop around but I am happy with the payment, speed, and efficiency of everything. My lease was paid off through *** after about *** days, which is a normal turnaround time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't wanna deal with a dealership. I would use them again in the future based on the convenience alone.

My experience with Lease End was positive. The people I talked acted professional. I appreciated working with *** and ***. They were pleasent and friendly. They were able to answer most of my questions. When they were uncertain of the they answer they said so and attempted to find the answer. There were no mistakes made in the documents. It appears to me that the loan process has been carefully engineered. I like the way the people made them selves available by phone and texting. It did not feel like I had to go through an annoying phone trees to make contact. The process was flexible. I wanted to make a larger down payment and they accommodated me. They waited about a week before I had they down payment available.

Lease End bought out my lease and it went just as they said it would. This was my first experience with a lease. I was under the impression I would just turn my truck in as I had one payment left to make and then my last month of using it. I received a solicitation letter from Lease End but I was in no mood to deal with a salesperson on the phone. At the bottom of the letter they had their web address so I was curious enough to check it out. When I tell you that in less than a half hour I signed a contract that put money in my pocket at better than 2K. A very sweet surprise! It all went as expected as they came to my home and picked up my truck. I would do it again and in the future I will give Lease End first crack at my next lease end.

If I could leave 0 stars for Lease End I would. I have been working with them since April after trying to purchase my car. I have been waiting since May for them to get me new license plates. I have gotten excuse after excuse as to why they have been delayed. From them moving offices and losing the original copies of my documents (my inspection and power of attorney papers) to being told the state needs this paper or that paper they did not have before. I have had to call them to get any updates instead of them keeping me updated because they have made continuous errors. We are in September and I still don't have plates 4.5 months later. As someone who does customer service for a living this is the saddest treatment I have ever received as a paying customer.

The worst experience I have ever gone through in my life. I signed a contract and the title process is still not done; it has been 5 months and the title is STILL not been done because they didnt work with *** before (an excuse I was given when they couldve called any DMV to check vehicle/title registration requirements). I do not recommend anyone to them , they are the worst and I still have to pay for a service I did not even receive due to their incompetence. They told me they wouldve eventually figured it out and reached out to me in regards to title requirements I reached out 2 months later confused as to why my title has not been switched to my new lien holder. Its a shame that they are taking advantage of people. I have begun legal action against them and plan to ***.

I am still in complete awe of how easy and incredibly painless this process was. We had 13 months until the lease was up on our 2020 Sata Fe (nearly $7,500). The whole trasaction took less than 3 days. I got my check (ACTUALLY got $ back) in 24 hours via *** got the payoff check in 24 hours too. They came to pick up the car before the 5 to 7 day window, but its ok because I was able to cancel my insurance before schedule. To be honest, I was a bit nervous when they came for the car the next day considering how much fraud there is. However, I am here to tell you this company is legit legit! Everything is digital (contracts and such) and it is by far the most convenient way to get out of your lease! I am telling all my friends and family about this and you can buy your lease through them too if you decide at the end. Hope this review helps!

Great Experience and very helpful. Glad I responded back to letter that was sent by Lease End. They made the entire auto lease-purchase really easy. Great guidance, expertise and follow up. Addressed all of my questions /concerns. Took 1 day to get funding approved. This was very helpful as I leased my car in *** and then moved to Alabama. I called the dealer I leased from and they never called me back. I went to the bank I use and was told they didn't do automobile loans anymore. The best part of all of this is that Lease End is taking care of all of the paperwork and I didn't have to do anything but Doc Sign all documents and had to send a picture of odometer reading so they could see the mileage. They offered extended warranty and gap insurance as an additional offer and I accepted. This is included in my total amount. I hope that everything else goes as well with getting title changed over and contact with DMV.

I received an unsolicited mailing from Lease End a month or two before my auto lease was scheduled to expire. I hadnt heard of the company prior to that time. I *** searched Lease End and was quite impressed with the results. But those search results were nothing compared to my experience dealing with a Lease End representative. From my first phone call, I was absolutely amazed with the efficiency and professionalism of my rep. *** was immediately evident that the Lease End employees are highly trained and provided with all the tools necessary to make the process.SIMPLE. Nowhere was this so evident as when I called my original note holder with the intention of comparing the package they could offer with the package provided by Lease End. That is, if I could get any information from my original note holder. My call was transferred and transferred again. The person I finally spoke to had no idea of what I was attempting to do. I ended the call as quickly as I could and immediately called back Lease End. Ill actively promote Lease End to anyone and everyone I can.

Using Lease End, LLC was the best choice I could have made. It not only saved me a lot of time, travel, and stress, but it gave me the best deal as well. The associate named Lisa H did a fantastic job, she was informative, explained all options, worked with me on purchasing the car that I was turning in at end of lease time. Lisa was courteous, responsible, not "pushy" at all, but a really good business person. She fought for me and came back time and time again with improvements in many categories, until we reached an agreement that was easy and comfortable to approve. Much thanks is owed to her. A gem of a person. Also, a specialist named Lesley S contacted me with the details for the contract. She walked me through every line item, every step, and even assisted me executing it on-line. The whole process was quick and seamless. I had also contacted my dealer, and the car company finance division, they were unable to answer any questions specifically, only generally.
