Facebook review: I have been hacked

On tuesday 19th |september my hotmail account was hacked - I noticed the email around 9.30pm so I changed my password - but then the internet went down in the whole town so I couldnt change facebook - when I checked in the morning my account was logged out but my profile pic had been changed to a back circle - I checked with my friends and one had taken a screen shot of her messenger earlier and the profile picture was someone snorting cocaine. I have emailed every day to try and get help - I have sent screen shots and forwarded the email from microsoft showing the date and time I was hacked -

My business page is also attached to my account which means I cannot log into my business page which is how most of my customers contact me - I just am begging for someone to help me I am having a mental melt down thinking I might have lost all my memories im absolutely distraught.

I even got so desparate that I googled to see if I could get a help desk phone number and ended up getting scammed - it was a fake number makde be believe it was facebook - I can see the red flags now but I was just so happy thinking they could get my page back - please please please help
