I have a LFHB2751TF Frigidaire refrigerator, was purchased in 2020 . On Aust 15 the unit stopped cooling top and bottom , ice melted. Called in my extended warranty with Electrulux. Tech arrived Friday august 18 and diagnosed faulty fan. Ordered fan and returned on Monday August 21. Replaced fan in the morning, by 5pm unit still not cooling so I called Electrolux again, they set up factory tech for Friday august 25. On August 25 at 1030 am got a message that my ticket for repair was cancelled. Called Electrolux again and they said it was an issue with the warranty and they set up another tech to come out on August 29. Tech came out and this time diagnosed a low gas problem, he called the Tech help line and remotely it was determined that fridge has a gas leak. I called Electrolux again and complained that it had been three atemps and three weeks and no resolution. I requested a replacement and was given a reference #[protected] for replacement. By now I'm dissolutioned and upset that it should take this long to fix my fridge. I called Electrolux more than 3 times regarding the replacement and on September 1 I got a message that I had a tech coming out September 12 to check my fridge. I called Electrolux again only to find out that they had scheduled a tech to come to my house to verify if the fridge was repareable, mind you no one called me to set up the date, they just expect me to be there with no notice. I requested a replacement and was told that the back office would refuse the claim untill it was verified that the fridge was unrepaireable. No give or concern that my fridge has been out for 3 weeks at this point. I spoke to a Supervisor and she said she would get the tech out to me Tuesday September 5 in the afternoon. Here we are Tuesday, I called Electrolux again to check as no one had called me to verify and was told that they were all busy and could not get to me till September 12. Here we are a 3 year old fridge not cooling, a service company unwilling to assist in the timely repaire or replacement, do you think this is right? I have spent so much time on the phone getting angry and frustrated only to be ignored, I work customer service as a Master tech and if I did this to my customers I would be finding another job. Right now I'm sitting on a 3 year old fridge that does not work waiting for tech to diagnose a gas leak and if he deems it not repairable I still have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement decision mind you its a decision not a replacement and it does not guaranty I will get exactly the model or features I have. This is the worst extended warranty experience I have ever had.

Desired outcome: I want the price of my fridge and the extended warranty refunded to me so I can correct this issue.

I'm having similar problems with the Frigidaire/Electrolux Warranty. Many phone calls, none returned. Forms not being sent to make a claim after they said it Would be replaced. I think a Class Action Lawsuit should filed. I'm waiting on BBB and States Attorney General papers to file complaint. This is NOT good for Frigidaire!
