usually my internet coverage is 4G, but since last week, inside my home always 3G coverage.and also if im going outside still in 3G, and recently my bill is about rm140 ++, menawhile i am using rm80 per package, and every month topup quota is about rm20..where this rm40 charges coming from?what a shame on u digi!i am staying in KL but your coverage is really stuck and suckkk!

I would like to make complaint about my data plan, I buy data plan rm68 for 15gb and 30gb 1am-7am for monthly. 29/8/17 I buy the plan rm 68 but after 2days digi send massage to me as (Super Deals Percuma 1pg-7pg anda telah tamat . Dial *200*2# untuk membeli Top Up Internet dari serendah RM1/hari.
Only 2 days i using how can finish 30gb in 2 days . I using digi prepaid for 10 years this is 1st time me facing this problem. Please fix this problem .

I would like to make complaint about your staff at lrt wangsa maju. Malay women. she is very rude ! Totally rude ! She don't even know how to provide good customer service! And the best part. She snap my picture that I don't even know why? I asked her why? And she replied me with nonsense answer! that she want to send to her boss, as a proof. Are u kidding me? Take my picture without my permission! What kind of rules is that? I am super pissed off with your service and your staff! Very rude. Don't have any manner! Do send her for recovery!

digi data network
It's so ridiculous I'd use Digi for more than 5 years, they won't be having this kind of problem! It's raining now but not that heavy, why my data keep on hanging! I can use for awhile then later on I can't surf the web it shows disconnect! And I need to keep on turn on and off my data network to make the data runs again and it keeps on repeat the same damn thing! It's so frustrated even my friends that are using digi also facing the same problem! Please digi don't make customers down as we puts a lot of trustee to Digi.
network coverage
Hello. I am Yana. I would like to do a complaint on internet coverage in my home area. My address at E-1-44, Apartment Kenanga, Taman Bunga Raya, Bukit Beruntung 48300 Rawang, Selangor. The mobile and internet coverage is very poor during the indoor used. Its a waste that when I subscribe to mobile internet but cannot used. Could you please solve or improve this matter? I would like to hear a feedback or action regarding this matter. Thank you.
bad data coverage at my area
Please improve the data coverage area at taman damai, simpang morib, 42700 Banting, selangor. Although I am paying the payment for the data plan but I can't use the service at home area here. Please come install the singnal tower around the area here because all my family member are using digi line service. Hope you can making some improvement after my complaint if not we are thinking to change our mobile line service to other network.

This phone line [protected] have already cut internet and can't be online, why always keep charges rm200+ for internet? This is not first time occur. Please give me a clarification. Digi used to suspended my line due to this payment.
Seriously, I was so disappointed for digi service. If keep like that, I will changer to other call plan instead of using digi.

I want to complaint digi line is very lag. Few days stay at kuala sungai pinang, pulau pinang. the coverage is very very weak. even no line... If have emergency case, what to do.

4G internet with 3 to 4 bar but slow

The internet connection at the place i live is 4G with 3 to 4 bar signal. What i want to complaint about is even with the 3 to 4 bar signal but the internet is slow. I cant even smoothly stream youtube video in 144p. And the data is newly renew and have more than 95% quota left. Please feedback and give a best solution.
I want to complaint about payment.
I got overdue bill which is RM61.17 and I paid RM30.00 yesterday but today I still don't get any notifications for that payment. Yet, , digi notice me again that I have bill amount RM122.65. Seriously? This, happened many times to me.so, , I attached screenshot of my payment to Digi. I really hope you can explain this to me. Wish to get your reply soon.
What's wrong with Digi actually?
It happened again. Got a reminder that my bill RM61.45 and I paid RM40.00 first but didn't get any message for my payment. Instead I got another reminder that my bill exceed credit limit which is RM152.45 and my line got barred. Like seriously? I really hope that Digi solve this problem and improve it. Please please and please.

I've had this problem before where my Internet data reached 100% in less than 1 month. Even walked in to figure store as advised by call centre agent. My phone settings in place and I've used all possibilities on my device to avoid unnecessary data consumption. This was acknowledged by your store staff at the point of my visit. I switch off mobile data when I go to sleep. Logged out from FB many hours each day. Turned off background data more than half the total apps I have on my device. Turned off auto play video in FB. Zero movie streaming. Very little video streaming. Now the question I have been asking your call centre agents the past 2 weeks were "how could I possibly consume 7GB for FB alone, how did 5GB weekend data deplete in 2 weeks and how did 1gb data deplete within 2 days from 11-13 Aug?" In total..12gb data used up in less than 1 month when i did all things possible to be very careful to save as much data as i could with zero video and movie streaming. They all kept repeating "your charges and usage are valid!" No one addressed my questions including your manager Sri whom I spoke to on 18 Aug. Your agent Gaya sarcastically told me on 16 Aug "we cannot give you 5GB data everytime you call". Look here, I did not ask for free data..just address my queries and be polite. For the times I was given free data, I don't even be so greedy to watch any movies. I sometimes don't redeem free data given via the digi app when my plan is more than enough for me. I'm not hard up for free data. Worse still the device don't throttle now days when exceeding data and this is a marketing strategy Sri told me. Read an article in the Star today..U Mobile is giving unlimited plan for RM78..now this is good marketing strategy.

The line in taman pengakalan maju, taiping perak is so weak. I cant play an online game smoothly due to the slow internet. I dont know what to do. It so inconveniences when i want to use the Youtube to see video. Sometimes i have to wait for a long time so i can just see a short video. I feel very disappointed when this situation has maintain from 2017 january until now! The problem become more horrible when its is rain.

Dear Management, I got the Barbq plaza 20% off for family mixed set reward from my Digi apps earlier and today I purposely went for redeem at sungei wang plaza. I'm regret to inform that Barbq plaza at sungei wang has been closed since last month. I was a bit disappointed why don't Digi check the rewards whether is still applicable before offer to customers. This offer supposely valid from now until 31st Aug however the shop was closed since last months . As at today, this offer still open for customer, I hope it is not a way to foolish us indeed this mistake has caused me a lot trouble in mentally and physically .
no mobile service signal

Please do not treat this as complaint. It should be treated as feedback. I have been a DIGI mobile subscriber for a numbers of years. Most of the time, I'm based outstation and overall I'm satisfied with the DIGI mobile service signal all over Peninsular Malaysia.
Lately, I was transferred back to my hometown in Rawang and my house is located at Jalan 11/5, Taman Rawang Perdana 2, Rawang. The DIGI mobile service signal in my housing estate is horrible and most of the time "NO SERVICE AVAILABLE".
I am a loyal DIGI customer and I am reluctant to change; however if the situation persists, I would have no choice but to change to another mobile operator that can offer better signal reception.
I hope DIGI management will look into this matter seriously.

Hi.. digi 4g internet at my place is slow.. when I check the website, shows there are 4g signal there.. but the speed is slow... I cant even play online games. surfing the internet is slow. coverage there is unstable.I lived at Lorong Dahlia, Sibu, Sarawak. Im using prepaid. im pretty sure the digi coverage there is slow. at workplace the speed is gud. acceptable. can reach 2mb per second. and it's already gud enuff. im using prepaid btw. pls consider fix coverage in that area. Im using your service i think almost 5 months.. For the first 2 month nothing is wrong.. Everthing is okay.. No lagg whatsoever when im using your internet plan.. Btw i always using the one week plan RM 4...but lately when im playing or surfing video its starting to lagg and its so bad..i know its only 300mb but i deactivated the plan and changed to internet one time pass plan. I take the one day RM 3 plan and yet still it getting worst than the weekly plan i took before... Why are you doing this to your customer.. Please take note dont just take it for granted..pls fix your internet service...You make so much money pls.. Take an action..this is for your company own good..i love to use your service..i dont want to badmouth yoir service and viral it online.. It is enough to make complaint here.. 72 hrs 2gb 30 mins combo roaming in singapore

I ve subscribe to this plan on my arrival day at singapore on the 5th august 17 but the data is not functioning at all. There is totally NO DATA. The 4g sign is there but data is just not present. I ve tried restarting the phone multiple time but its pointless. I try to access the Mydigi app but is unable to. Due to this my trip in singapore was chaos and i ve to apply for a external data source to move around. Kindly explain and I will like a refund from this subscription.
slow internet connection
I reside in Permyjaya Miri Sarawak. I have subscribed to a weekly internet plan at RM9 for 1.5GB and 1GB from 1 to 7pm. I am dissatisfied with the internet connection speed especially when I am suppose to have 4G service. Even with the 4G service showing on my phone, the connection does not exceed 100kbps today. The connection is not stable and to be honest the service is poor. I cannot use the 1GB quota completely because my download content cannot complete on time. I want this fixed OR ELSE.

Hi, I've just accepted a friend from Facebook and this person ask me for some OTP. After asking me for my number, he or she ask me what mobile operator I'm using. then I've received some OTP from Codapay. I thought it's my friend from long time ago so i gave this person the OTP that he/she wants twice without thinking much. Have i been scammed? Please help!

digi staff very rude & no manner talking to customer
I want to launch a complaint due to your staff name Pn Faridah/Damiya calling me on 31/07/17 9.30am 9.36am & 9.37am with no manner & very rude.This no the first time your staff calling me with no etiquette manner.I never promised when im going to pay so why they have to be mad & yelling at me.Although i have outstanding balance but digi must trained their staff how talk to customer. Im not owning 7 million outstanding with digi only rm73.++ . Please check my previous payment record since 4-5 years ago i never late & good paymaster after i changed to another telco.Reason I changed because digi agent at Aeon Seri Manjung & Tesco Seri Manjung very rude & didnt serve customers right.I want to change another package that have iphone 7 plus but they just says no stock with sour face and didn't offer me other alternative/way.I have no problems with digi coverage & service before this.I can pay that outstanding balance @ anytime but i want your rude staff to call me and apologies personally.Hope your staff will be more careful talking/professionally/manner/etiquette when dealing with customers.tq
