Hi..digi for this past few month, your company keep on registering my prepaid for something that i don't even know..everytime i top up and when the money exceed rm10 my money will ALWAYS get deducted saying that i had been register to this plan or what so ever..i'm not happy with this..n i want my money back..it's wrong taking other people money's without their permission..please do something about this..tq..
extremely bad service from digi
1. I can't access my digi broadband service and called the customer service (cs) twice on the 18/7/2018. I was told by the cs that their technical service engineer will call back in 72 hours?. To my astonishment their technical team only returned call on the 24/7, after 6 days!
2. Having being a digi customer for up umpteen years, while I did signed up for 4gb package 2 years ago..., digi remained silence on upgraded service to your long time customer. After my predicament, I only noticed from their web portal that there are better benefits with my current package!
Hmmm... Should I move out from this telco?
low quality of product sell - iphone x
I was bought an iphone x last two weeks (4th of july) with rm 120 digi package.
Unfortunately, iphone x broken after one week (12th of july).
The process of solving this case was wasting my time, money and energy to search apple service centre to repair my new phone bought from aeon digi bukit tinggi.
No compensation to me for the lost which is also included my screen protector.
Now I have to wait one week to get my phone back.
This is my second case as I was bought iphone 6 from digi outlet last time (kuantan) as well. Speaker is not function well.

I want to complaint about pending payment and service
HAI ALL,
i received call from DIGI, she say i got pending payment during previous account.
i already explain to digi and chat online digi about this issue but today some of one Agent digi name ROS call me again to tell me the [censored]ing same problem when i want to explain to her, She cut off the conversation! what so RUDE! last year my old account got to non-active because i forget to make a payment then when i notice my account already block, i go to central putrajaya to make a full payment (last year)
and a staff ask me to pay all pending payment then can open new account for my old number. The issue is now there are call me for the [censored]ing pending payment is was last year?! what the [censored]! when i want to explain the that Agent ROS, she cut off our conversation directly. SERIOUSLY IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS RUDE AGENT AND DIGI TELCO!

Hi I'm Angie here... I'm so disappointed with Digi customer service. I have been contacted digi since this friday but couldn't even contact. And really don't know why. I'm here just want to confess that i had decided to switch my line from Digi to Celcom cause of my personal problem. And coverage problem is the main. So please release my phone number and let me switch to Celcom. I'm willing to and really mean it. Internet plan of Digi is not enough for me too. So hope Digi understand. One request, please improve your customers service. Very bad service.

I m very frustrating n feel disappointed on ur services tat u provide. Recently i have just signed up ur new plan rm100 unlimited online but these few days i encountered difficulties to browse into internet! Now even 1.5 m video i cant even watch! This called unlimited? I have called to digi but the problem still the same! Already been 1 week n i still cant even browsing to watch any short video..and you still charging me monthly rm100? Saya sebagai pengguna digi di felda keratong 5 ingin melahirkan perasaan dukacita dengan servis data internet yang disediakan oleh digi di kawasan felda ini. Line yang disediakan sangat perlahan dan masih di tahap 3g (kadang2 dpt h/h+) sahaja hatta ketika waktu bukan "peak hour". Ini sangat menyakitkan hati walaupun hanya ingin menggunakan whatsapp @ facebook.
Ketika disemak dalam digi coverage, tempat saya sepatutnya mendapat liputan 4g. Oleh itu, saya sebagai pengguna digi yang membayar bil bulanan digi sebanyak rm310 mahu pihak telekomunikasi digi menaiktaraf perkhidmatan mereka di kawasan felda keratong 5, 26900 bandar tun abdul razak, pahang. 17th June 2018 evening, I went to Digi AEON to change simcard to micro.
Encounter bad experience with the services. No customer current time, 4 staffs were there.
The staff (chinese guy) friendly approaches when I enter Digi but after knowing the card is under company name, his attitude 180 degree changed, rudely told me have to bring company stamp though I politely told him that brought company stamp & director is present. But he totally ignored me and glared at me after I repeated for 2nd time (politely as well) that I got bring company stamp with me, showed him and asked him what I need to do. He straight away walk off to help the walk-in customer in payment for the mobile & chatting with customer on the child life.
I approached another staff (a Chinese girl) which is probably new to Digi, didnt know what to do & said she need consult with him. She been standing in front of him and been asking him what to do but was ignored, the guy continue on chatting topics on "child being home are playful".
She requested us the I.C. and company stamp & brought it into their room and left us for 10 minutes without explaining anything or what she will be doing.
In between, she came in & out of the room but as she saw the guy is still chatting, she went to ask the another 2 staffs for advice.
I was quite upset that she reported the case as replacement of lose simcard & told that we that this is the procedure to apply for a new simcard. Other reasons would require months to get the simcard. Being a bit upset as I only wished to change to microchip and was willing to pay for "if there is charges on fast microchip convert".
In the end, she said unable to request due to absence of IPO number & keep explaining to me IPO is not business registration number. I asked for full word but unable to reply me as IPO within my knowledge is Initial Public Offering. Then she say the number beside the company name. Where its greatly upset my director as when we were dealing with the government, (finance department & other companies) they do not require the registration number & especially when we were registering for the DIGI, company number are not required as well.
The most upset thing is when I found out, one of my company staff went there to change to microchip one week before, company number not required. Was told by other customers that Digi service is very bad when related to companies. But the problem is I just wanted to change to microchip, is it so hard, they still earn money from me? Its not like I'm terminating.
As soon as we left, we went to another Digi store & was told there is no nonsense such as the IPO stuff and the simcard is fast to get.
Digi (Aeon) staff should not put they "moody" attitude to customer although they are from companies or due to unsatisfied feeling as they need to work on Public Holiday (Hari Raya) or because they have personal problem.
They should have a PROFESSIONAL WORKING ETTIQUETTE as they are in customer service industry.
The problem has been solved.

I have used this prepaid no for over 10 years. Over the last 4 months i have had my credit deducted for Internet when I am on wireless n not using my data. I have been using the RM38 plan. Noticing this I purposely stopped using data for 2 months n only topped up for calls. I did this to monitor the problem and used wireless exclusively. However, every time I top up RM10, Digi sends msg within 2 hours that I have used RM3 internet, this happens over 3 days for two weeks or more each time I top up. I have not switched on data on my phone. It has been permanently on wireless for two months. Why is this happening? Please check my account and explain. How do I claim these false deductions back?

Must next day sms me say can not proceed ..
Then I call to customer services
1st call staff ask me wait ...
2nd call staff say they will complaint to dataran C108 as my enquiry not being proceed .
Staff say need wait 48hrs to solve the complaint ..
This is terrible ..
I say tell me where the HQ. .
I go HQ and settle immediately but staff first hassle where their HQ location ( that's a shame)
Then say I go HQ also no point this issue can not be solve ... ?
Im not going to use DIGI anymore ..Terrible !

But, with regret, I bring to your kind notice that the bill for last month has been way too much compared to the previous few months bill.
I am quite surprised to see my exorbitant phone bill receive of your invoice No.180600000001133954578 (08 May 2018 - 07 Jun 2018) for concerning my telephone No. [protected], which is apparently much in excess in the previous bills.
I have been charged the incorrect amount for my internet usage. My contract states I have an allowance per month, but I am being charged daily for each separate connection to the internet, and not received any sms alarm me as below:

poor service to digi user
I am very angry about to the digi service. Yesterday, I have received email to notify me my digi line overdue and cut my line. But from I register until today, I never received any email and SMS notifitication to ask me make payment. Then it automatic cut my line.
Most important thing, when I register the digi line, the staff who work at Sutera Mall Johor Bahru told me I can receive bill by email. She never told me need register the billing method at my digi apps just can activate and receive bill.in second month, I went back to ask for billing and also ask why I do not receive any email for bill. They act like do not know. This made me very angry. How your staff treat digi user and how they response client's question, just simply answer me and very perfunctory. It is very unfriendly and irresponsible.
Another issue, I received email about overdue and ask me payment RM325+. But I check to. billing, it only state RM274. I call to digi helpline, can you guess what your staff told me? She say "NOTHING IS FREE" and saying the difference is due to email notification. Hei, email need charge? What the hell answer. Use Telecommunication, you told me charge? Can you take note on this kind of matter and PLEASE train you staff how to answer clients' question if you wish to have loyal customers. PLEASE, attention to the matter raise up.

I'm so disappointed about digi brand not deliver their promise to their customers. I have been go to digi service centre to check back my old number due to I went to over sea from 3months. They mentioned will get back to us after 3months, however they are not and sell the number to another customer?! This is how you all deliver your promise to us? However, I can't wait for it, and I went to digi store to ask for the available of iPhone8 and decided to sign. I would like to inform that the sales person have taken RM150 from me for the upgrading plan from RM80 to RM150 family plan.
She told me I will received a new I phone 6 for free and the RM150 is the advanced payment. But after 2 days I checked in with tele customer service there is no such advanced payment is required .
So is this a fraud?
I'm not happy with this and would like to claim back the rm150 and return back the hp.
