We have received harassing letters for now the 5th time stating that there was a claims error and that an overpayment for the amounts of $190 and $208 that was supposedly sent to us by check.  (CLAIM #[protected] & #[protected]) We received nothing.  NOTHING.  I have called on 4 separate occasions and have been told to disregard the letters and that nothing was sent to us or cashed by anyone and that the issue has been resolved between your office and the dental office.   You keep saying that nothing more will be sent to us.  That unfortunately is not the case.  In fact not only are we still getting these letters, the verbiage is getting harsher and more threatening (FINAL NOTICE...ETC).   We are contacting a lawyer to handle this situation moving forward.   This is a complete waste of my time to have to go to these lengths and I expect to be fully reimbursed for legal fees after this nonsense is over.

The company continues to send mail to my home to a person who does not reside or live here. I have sent mail back through Local Post office , under " return to sender " on seven occasional. The mailings are unopened. But the company still refuses to stop sending mail here to my home. I am not calling to discuss personal information of this person it has been addressed to. I am simply stating, to Delta Dental, to stop sending mail to my home. Also that they continue to send mail to the person Leroy KIdd, who does not reside at my home

My husband and I went to the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine to have dental services completed. Delta Dental (our Dental insurance) required us to Pre-Pay for all services and then they would reimburse us for any expenses that we paid for out of pocket. We had these services performed in August. It is now January and we have not been reimbursed. I have been in contact with Delta Dental and have numerous email chain evidence of trying to be reimbursed. Delta Dental continues to say "the check is in the mail" 5 months later, I still do not have my money. I am so frustrated and feel that their deception is fraudulent. I know that Delta Dental has my correct address because I received my new ID cards in November without a problem. I do not understand how "the check is in the mail" has not found it's way to me in 5 months. They say they re-issued the original check in October, yet I am still waiting. I offered to go pick it up and they said they can only mail it to me...I am so frustrated and just want the money I paid out of pocket.
