Hi, I ordered a WaterPik flosser on 28th Feb 2023 for my mother through Amazon and the flosser suddenly stopped working . I purchased a Cordless Advance (WP-562) from the Waterpik Store on ***. It stopped working within 2 weeks. I requested and received a replacement which lasted two months which is just long enough to place me outside of the 30-day automatic refund window. I called Waterpik twice and sent them an email requesting a refund. I'm not interested in a warranty replacement. This is the second product I've tried and I don't want another Waterpik product. I received an email stating they won't give me a refund but will send me a countertop model. This is not what I want and the countertop model is probably more expensive than the model I purchased which doesn't make sense. They should just issue me a refund as I requested.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Purchased a Water Pik water flosser from *** for $69.99 plus tax and shipping
Purchased a Water Pik water flosser from *** for $69.99 plus tax and shipping. The product came with a 3-year warranty. After about six months of use, the product stopped working and the pause button on the handle became stuck, making the product unusable. Worked with the company to obtain a warranty replacement and they quickly shipped me a new handle assembly for the unit. Unfortunately, the handle that they sent is a totally different color from my unit. In attempting to further resolve the issue and obtain the correct replacement for the unit I purchased, I was told that's the only option that's available and basically, they're not going to do anything further to fulfill their warranty obligations. I suggested that if they no longer stock replacement parts for my model that they should replace the entire unit, but they've since ceased communications.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
