Hi there,

I have submitted a requested form to remove part of my dissertation that has been uploaded by the Editor without my permission. since 10/14 case number 2440720. I have not heard back from the compliance department. It is very urgent to remove it. It is a dissertation for my doctoral program. You destroy me if you do not delete the file. The time is a matter for me. something like that should not take time.

for some reason I've been logged out of my account. I have been trying to reset my password for 2 days now. I have went ahead and reached out to course hero and I never receive an email back. also when I click forgot password I never receive an email to reset my password as well. I find it amusing when there are these technical issues its never quick to help the consumer, but to receive our payment there is never any issues.

This occurred on October 12, 2021, I wanted to subscribe to the $9.95 plan, and when I did, I was charged a whole 119.40 to my account; I do not have the money to be wasting that much money on homework help. I already asked for a refund, but they won't reply. I will not be using course hero because I don't want anything to cause me not to get a refund. I need that money for other things. I was planning on wasting 10 dollars for help n homework. I did not want $119.40 to leave my bank account.

I contacted the tutor support team because suddenly i cannot open my account. I tried everything and i have not change my password and email. It is suspicious how it says that my email and password is incorrect while i used the keep me logged in option and i also used the save password feature in my phone to easily logged into it incase i forgot my password.

Please do something about it. It has been days since i sent an email.

The files are accidentally mixed. They originally they are not supposed to be uploaded. Most importantly they are not mine it is a honest mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience. The screenshot is provided below and I also suggest all the diary like. I hope it can be deleted as soon as possible. Thankyouu again. All the files in that profile especially what belongs in screen shot.

There is a severe privacy breach on one of the documents uploaded on your site. This includes personal information such as my name and student number. I have put in multiple contact requests, emails to support and privacy; as well as attempting to call with no reply or resolution to this issue.

I have uploaded the answers to my activities and also notes from my high school which have been asked to remove immediately by the teacher. I really need to remove them before there is action from the principal of the high school. Please help me resolve this problem. I just don't want to get suspended. Please remove all of the documents from my account asap.

I deactivated my account accidentally, now my documents that I uploaded before are still up even though my account has been deactivated. I want to access my account again to take down those documents I've uploaded.

When attempting to log into my account I receive a message stating that my email or password is incorrect. I have verified that both are correct.

This is the second time the problem occurred in a month.

First incident Aug-4-21
Second incident Aug -21-21

Course Hero fixed the problem for the Aug-4 occurrence in their Ticket (#2309614), stating that my account was disabled in error, but the issue has returned. I have an annual account and have reached out to Course Hero, but am not receiving feedback on what's happening with my account.
