I can't access my account. I try logging in and it keeps saying its the wrong password or email . I even tried to log in using Facebook and Google option but nothing happen. It keeps directing me to the first option which is to log in directly using my email and password. I'd tried to troubleshoot by clearing my cache and cookies, have tried another browser and the forget password option but still nothing. I did get one reply saying that my account was a basic account which is a joke because I paid for the annual premium and it hasn't even been a month yet (I have the receipts to back it up but still...) Will you help me with this problem? Thank you.

I want to remove all my documents from my account because my studies is being affected and in some of my documents my name is being attached wherein my privacy is being violated. Here's my account name EarlSeaLionPerson112 and my email [protected]@yahoo.com. Please, remove all my documents because not only my studies is being affected but also my health I can't barely eat nor sleep because the documents must be remove or else my scholarship will be terminated. Thank you.

I had purchased a $9.95 monthly subscription to CourseHero vial PayPal On July 23rd. However, instead of being charged the 9.95$, I was charged 119.40$. I filed a dispute with PayPal and provided documentation to show everything that happened. SOME HOW PAYPAL SIDED WITH COURSE HERO STATING THAT IT WAS BECASUE I "AUTHORIZED" THE FULL AMOUNT. No I did not! I was authorizing what I thought was 9.95$. On top of this, the next day, my account no longer exists with Course Hero. I emailed Course Hero about it and have not hard back from Jeffery (Course Hero). I am very upset as they have stolen money from me, PayPal is letting them steal from me, and now I can't even access my account, which I unfortunately paid for. Seems I'll have to other involved in order to get my money back. Everyone stay away from Course Hero AND PayPal.

I have uploaded notes from my lectures and notes and some personal documents specially administrative cases wherein the name of the respondents are not deleted and changed which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturers and the persons involved. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. I really need to remove all of the documents from my account as soon as possible. thanks

I deactivated my account accidentally, now my questions that I uploaded before are still up even though my account has been deactivated. I wanted to access my account to take down those unnecessary questions.

I have accidentally uploaded several lectures from my university into course hero and now I really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university. Course Hero won't remove the file uploaded without my consent or permission by an anonymous uploader. I've been emailing them countless times, provided a copy of the copyright work, send them link of google drive where I saved my copyrighted works, and still they won't still accept nor the response is slow.

Please help me delete my uploaded files on coursehero as soon as 24 hours because my school warned me to take down in 24 hours or else i'll be screwed. please i already filed a ticket ant it take so much days for it

My Google Account was hacked and someone uploaded some documents without my concern from my CourseHero account. All following documents violate Date Privacy Laws (U.S. Privacy Act) since all the documents contain email addresses, phone numbers, home address information, and full name. I DO NOT have any rights over these documents since none of these documents belong to me. The documents were uploaded without the original owner's consent, which clearly breaks the "Terms of Use" of CourseHero.

I emailed them multiple times regarding the removal of documents but they did not reply as of yet. I am requesting immediate help from Course Hero.
