Popeyes, like alot of these other fastfood restaurant, have deal in which if complete their survey you will receive a free meal or free food when you buy a drink.You have to enter a code on your receipt and submit it to them when go for the free meal. Normally I would not participant in these things but I decide to give it a try. I completed the survey and waited to get they code in the email. When I went to get the free meal ( which wasn't totally free because you have to purchase the drink) they claim my code was wrong. First the cashier told me that I was missing numbers from the code that I written on the receipt. I use my phone to show her that was the same code and then goes on to
say that the code is invalid. When I spoke to the manager her claim the code is for February 2014 but they also states that the code is expired. I spoke to the cashier again
she to me the website sent me the wrong code because I probably didn't the survey on time and I just only enter the sweepstates. All this doesn't sense to me because their should notify me before I took the survey that it was to late to receive the free meal
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I absolutely love Popeyes! Their food is always delicious and packed with flavor. The crispy chicken, seasoned fries, and signature tellpopeyes.net biscuits never disappoint. It's my go-to place for a flavorful meal,Popeyes offers great value for money. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate getting a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.
I tried survey for 2 piece meal but web site say invalid information. I spent $9.44. Is there a dollar amount restriction?
Yeah ,i was offered 100.00 dollars to finish lenghty survey.asking all kinds of personal questions ive answered.
.it took me to another site.immediately im still doing survey .i had multitude of incoming calls .selling insurances from car to health etc.
This is not right ! Plus i did my good deed answering & participating in the survey by
Popeye fried chicken🍗.where is my reward.for dining.please dont waste peoples time & put sour taste in our mouth! Be truthful& not misleading consumers.give back what you advertised for our time spent on the survey.
Why is it when you ask for no wings, you get served the smallest pieces of chicken possible. I don't think I have EVER seen such small pieces of chicken. Honestly it wasnt even worth eating, and for the price, I WILL NOT GO BACK!
I was taking advantage of a sale yesterday, 8 mixed pieces for $4.99, and was disappointed to find out, when it became my turn to order, that there was no more chicken. Seems to me that there should have been better preparation for the sale.

They get a new code every day. You used an old code. How long after your meal did you call/try to use it?
