Charge of 42.79 for renewal of product not ordered or recieved
this is al the more disconcerting in view of the fact that I see nothing on the internet with that price tag.

The same thing happened to me - Norton claimed that I had "signed up" for a service two years ago in which my antivirus would be automatically updated every year. I haven't used this product for two years, and certainly haven't been receiving any updates. Norton also claimed they sent an email to an email address which I no longer use notifying they would be charging me for this product.
