Dear Sir/Madam,

I am not quite sure if I am even sending my 'concern' to the correct website? I thought I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 via a credit card purchase. I never received a 'disc' or anything as I thought. But, I did receive a charge to my credit card in the amount of $116.85 on my 09/16/09 statement that read: Transaction Date: 03-Sept-09, Date Posted: 04-Sept-09, Reference #24692167N00V5SZ5K, Description: DRI*Microsoft Office http://suppor MN, Amount: $116.85.

Could you possibly help me? Perhaps this product key might be the answer? Product key # BFFFM - PTTVC - DJW7H - 2PJP8 -88VW8.

This site is just a complaints site. It's not a customer service Web site. You need to contact the customer service of the site you supposedly bought Office from. I say supposedly because perhaps you were scammed.

If you get you dough back, you can always use a free alternative like OpenOffice. Find that at openoffice.org. It's free and does the same stuff as Office.
