Vevor Stay away!

Don't ever order from Vevor directly. Instead use Amazon since they have their own return policy.

My experience with them was horrible. I ordered an air compressor from them that came about week later. Unfortunately, it was malfunctioning from day one.

I contacted the company through their online chat where I was told to take a video proof of the compressor malfunction. I tried sending this video to them but their site wouldn't upload the video. Another chat with their customer support and they gave me another way to send the video to them. After receiving the video they told me to try plugging it in another outlet, plugging it without extension cord, warming it up before use...

Ridiculous! Finally they said that the voltage in my house is probably below 110V?! Up until that point, I was suggesting that they send me a new, working compressor and I would return the one that's not working but now I want my money back.

Their website states "30 day hassle-free money back guarantee" but the finally offered to give me $90 for me to find a repair shop and pay for repairs. Currently I'm in a process of disputing my credit card charges.

Recommendation: Stay Away!

Vevor Clamp on pallet forks

Received Item very Quickly, seems to be well constructed for the weight limit I ordered. I have not used as yet, so can't comment on that yet. They appear to have a mounting set up for "helper chains" to assist with hook up on bucket, but no instructions added on instruction sheet supplied. Very satisfied overall!

We bought this to lift fifth wheel hitch in and out of truck, works great. The other day we came home with a large ice chest full of tuna and ice,. Very heavy. We looked at each other discussing how we're going to unload it. My husband said the hoist! Worked great again. I foresee it coming in handy for other uses too. I'm thrilled to have purchased the 3' Vevor Pipe Stair Handrail that I just mounted to the wall adjoining the sidesteps leading to my backyard. Although it is advertised as being "industrial," I find it quite elegant and extremely practical. And, as a senior, I feel much safer having that grab rail there for me to hold onto when I descend or ascend my steps. I purchased the black handrail and am confident that it will be here long after I am gone. Since I am inept at construction, I called in the Senior Services Department of Albuquerque to help me attach the handrail to the wall and the foreman of the group was very impressed with the unit and asked me to send him the link so that he could purchase some for his department. And if that's not a great recommendation, I don't know what is. I highly recommend this railing to anybody who is looking for a low-cost solution to a rather tricky problem. You will not be disappointed!

As a Cuttergrinder and ToolnDie tradesmen for 41 years , your saw blade sharpener is a great tool to have . Nice strong motor , adjustable angle settings and a threadscrew to bring in and out of the wheel to grind . I’d have two things to improve to make this a long lasting tool for your garage . Two places you have paper scale for setting angles , metal would be better or have it stamped on the casting . And the slop on the threadscrew where you spin the crank handle , just a better keeper to stable the screw as you turn in and out is needed . I put these on mine and it works perfectly. I’ve been a hand grinder since 1982 and did thousands of cutting tools and blades so I made a plate to lock in the blades with adjustable angle for precision sharpening . I’d like to help in anyway as I helped GM with wheels and fixtures to regrind all of their tooling . Nicely priced and shipped fast . Like to get another wheel as a backup .

Pretty good, ordered on 4/3 and arrived 4/8. I order a professional snake machine with wheel. Great quality and machine could easily cost $600 and I paid $250 for it. It is worth every penny.

Vevor Ordered an engraving CNC machine kit and a set of router bits as Black Friday deals

Ordered an engraving CNC machine kit and a set of router bits as Black Friday deals. I couldn’t find any similar product with lower price, even on international ecommerce websites. It was the best deal. I was amazed with the shipments and the quality of the products I received. I live in ***. I received the engraving machine by UPS in 2 days from a local warehouse. The router bits were shipped from out of state, and I got them in 8 days. The kit was nicely packed in a box. Nothing was missing from the parts list. The packaging of the items was well done, and none of the items had any damage. Assembly was quite easy, and I did it in less than 3 hours. The instructions consist mostly of detailed pictures, which are very helpful, but it would be great to include written instructions as well. Another good thing about orders is the ability to track shipments by logging into the website. Overall, I am very happy and recommend VEVOR products and their shipping services.

Vevor I bought the 10" wood vise

I bought the 10" wood vise. First, I'll note that there are several reviews about poor packaging. Let's lay that one to rest. My vise came in a sturdy cardboard box with a molded foam tray. The packaging was above average. And it arrived in just a few days. This vise costs about 30-50% less than similar vises I see on eBay and elsewhere on the internet. I haven't seen those other vises in person, but, from what I can see it is an equivalent product. I suspect these vises all come from the same factory, or maybe from the same tooling -- it's impossible to know. The screw is nicely machined and turns smoothly. The guide bar nuts are not fixed on tight, which is a good thing because they need to be removed to insert the wood jaws I'll be making. I haven't installed it just yet. This is not a high end product, but there's nothing obviously wrong with it either. Overall, this vise looks to me like it will prove to be an outstanding value. I think it's appropriate to say that you should set your expectations in line with the pricing and you'll be pleased.

Vevor Stay Away from Vevor: Poor Quality Product and Terrible Customer Service

I recently purchased a 5-compartment food warmer from Vevor for my new coffee shop. I was trying to save some money, so I decided to give this brand a shot. The product arrived without any issues, but my nightmare began when I tried to use it for the second time.

To my surprise, all the inside corners of the warmer where the water goes, which were supposed to be made of stainless steel, were rusted and started leaking water. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It was built with the cheapest material possible, which caused me serious problems that day because I had a catering order and water was all over the place.

The saddest part of the story is that the seller has been giving me the runaround for more than 5 months, claiming that he is trying to contact the manufacturer. But in reality, he is just a liar and a faker. He sends me messages with a lot of talk but nothing to resolve this unpleasant situation.

My advice to you is to stay away from this seller. He no longer keeps his word and only sells products without resolving any issues. Moreover, I strongly recommend that you avoid this brand altogether and spend a little more on a better quality product, as I am going to do.

In conclusion, I regret buying from Vevor and would not recommend it to anyone. The product was poorly made, and the seller's customer service was terrible. It's a shame that I had to learn this lesson the hard way, but I hope my experience can help others avoid making the same mistake.

Vevor Mixed Feelings: A Review of VEVOR's Ballast Box and Clamp on Pallet Forks

I recently made a purchase from VEVOR and I have mixed feelings about my experience. I bought two items, a ballast box for my tractor and clamp on pallet forks with a stabilizer bar. The ballast box had some great features that caught my attention, such as a trap door for easy emptying of sand or stones used for weight and cylinders inside for storing shovels and other tools. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the metal used, as it was thinner than I expected. The welds were also not centered between the two pieces, which made me doubt its durability when filled with weight.

Moving on to the clamp on pallet forks with stabilizer bar, I was not impressed with the stabilizer bar. It was made of flimsy thin metal that distorted when I tried to secure it. The wingnuts that came with it spun freely when I applied the appropriate force to secure the bar. I reached out to VEVOR for replacement bolts to secure the stabilizer bar, but their customer service was not helpful. They sent me three emails stating that their technicians did not see any issue with the wingnuts spinning freely, even though it was clear that the stabilizer bar was not secure.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from VEVOR. While their products have some good features, the quality of the materials used and the poor customer service make it not worth the investment. I hope they can improve their products and customer service in the future.

Vevor Vevor's Customer Service Refuses to Correct Their Mistake - Beware Before Purchasing

We recently purchased an awning from Vevor for our camper. The product description stated that it measured at 14ft 2in, which was exactly what we needed. However, when the product arrived, we were disappointed to find that it was much bigger than what we had ordered and wouldn't work for our camper.

We immediately contacted Vevor's customer service and provided them with pictures of their product description and what we had received. Initially, we simply wanted to return the wrong item and have the correct one sent to us instead. However, the customer service representatives kept insisting that they had not made a mistake.

We sent them pictures again from their own website, clearly stating the size of the product we had ordered. Despite this, they continued to deny any mistake and only offered us a $20 refund. We had paid $107.99 for the product and received the wrong item, yet they only wanted to give us a fraction of what we had paid.

We have corresponded with their customer service numerous times, trying to get the issue resolved. However, they have been completely unreasonable and unhelpful. We are still currently fighting to get our full amount refunded.

If you are considering purchasing from Vevor, we strongly advise against it. We have seen many reviews similar to ours, where customers have received the completely wrong item and the company has refused to make it right. We learned our lesson and wish we had researched the company before making our purchase.

Vevor Vevor's Warranty is False: Poor Customer Service and Returns Process

I recently purchased an airless sprayer from Vevor and unfortunately, after using it only once, the machine became faulty. I was disappointed, but I remembered that Vevor's website clearly stated a 12-month warranty. So, I contacted them to request a repair or replacement. However, instead of helping me, they gave me multiple excuses that basically blamed me for the issue. I know for a fact that the machine is not working as it should, but they keep insisting that it's my fault.

I have never once asked for a refund, I just want my machine fixed or replaced. However, Vevor is making it extremely difficult to communicate with the right people and they are doing everything possible to avoid helping me. It's frustrating because I know that there are multiple fake reviews for this company, and I feel like they are just trying to take advantage of me.

My Vevor case number is ***, and I really hope that they will resolve this issue soon. If not, I will have to take this matter to trading standards because their warranty is false and they do not accept returns clearly. I have done everything they asked, including sending multiple videos of the machine not working properly, but they keep asking me to prove the fault. It's clear that the machine is not reaching the operation pressure point, but they still refuse to help me.

I'm shocked at how poorly Vevor is treating me and other customers. Their whole returns and warranty process is despicable, and consumers should not be treated this way. I strongly advise anyone considering buying anything from Vevor to avoid this company. This review is not false, and I'm happy to explain my experience to anyone who is considering buying anything from any part of the Vevor company.

Vevor Vevor Welder Review: Lightweight and Beginner-Friendly with Some Flaws

I recently purchased a welder from Vevor (vevor.com) and I must say, as a beginner welder, I have had some issues with it. However, I believe my lack of experience has contributed to my struggles. I have used a variety of welding rods including AC 6011(3/33), 6013(1/8), 7018(3/32), and 7024(1/8). I found that setting the amps 20 more than what is recommended on a calibrated machine works best for me. I have had the most success with 6013 and 7024, but unfortunately, 6011 cuts and sputters no matter the amps.

On DCEP 240v, I have run 6010(1/8), 6011(3/33), 6013(1/8), 7018(3/32), and 7024(1/8). I even ran a few 6013 as DCEN but didn't notice a difference. Running DCEP seems to really agree with this machine. However, 6010 and 6011 still do not work well for me. I found that 6014 and 7024 seem to be the best options. It is important to note that 7024 burns very hot, so be sure to tack your welds properly.

The machine itself is lightweight and fits into a milk crate with everything, including gloves and a hot coat with a couple of boxes of rod. I have run a few rods constantly through the machine and have not had it overheat or shut down. Cycle time is not a problem for a beginner welder. The leads are sufficiently long for a table welder, but if you want to do anything off a table, they will suck. I never experienced any overheating issues with the leads.

However, I do recommend buying a separate welding hood as the one that comes with the machine is not great. Additionally, it is important to get a proper slag hammer and brush. I also found that the machine is not calibrated as the welding rods recommended amps hardly light up the rod. It is also important to note that the machine does NOT come with the AC female to DC male connector. While it is simple to make your own, it is frustrating to have to buy/make your own cord when you are purchasing a welder that is AC/DC.

Overall, I believe that Vevor offers a decent welder for beginners, but it does have its flaws. It is important to keep in mind that my lack of experience may have contributed to some of the issues I faced. However, with some practice and patience, I believe that this machine can be a great tool for any beginner welder.

Vevor Vevor's Terrible Customer Service: Fridge Defect Not Resolved After One Month

I recently bought a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality. I purchased it in March and started using it in June when I went camping. Two months into the season, my Fridge started throwing a F3 code. I ran through all the troubleshooting before calling customer service as well as emailing and having a message chat with a customer service rep. This has gone on for one month now, and I have sent in pictures and video of how the fridge is operating. I asked that I have a tech call me as I am handy and can walk through the instructions they give me for a fix. No one has called me, and all I get from Vevor is notes that say take it to a repair shop, and they will gladly pay for the repair. In my mind, it is not my responsibility to repair a product that is four months old and has a defect. I have asked Vevor to send me a new fridge, and I will send back the one I have for them to find the issue. OR I have simply asked for my money back, and I would send them my fridge. Crickets! Nothing from Vevor, no phone call, no email, nothing... So I have told Vevor that I am going to do what any customer that is getting the shaft from a large company like Vevor would do. Hit their customer service and their ability to stand by their product with bad press on Social Media. There is no other way to get their attention, and I will continue to hit every website warning people of this company's inability to take care of merchandise that was $279.

I am extremely disappointed with Vevor's customer service. I have been trying to get my fridge fixed or replaced for over a month now, and they have not been helpful at all. I have sent them pictures and videos of the issue, but they still insist that I take it to a repair shop. I do not think it is fair that I have to pay for a repair when the fridge is only four months old and has a defect. I have asked them to send me a new fridge or give me my money back, but they have not responded. It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not stand by its products.

I would not recommend Vevor to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not stand by their products. If you are thinking of buying something from them, think twice. You might end up with a defective product, and they will not help you. It is a shame that a company like Vevor does not care about its customers. I hope that they will change their ways and start taking care of their customers. Until then, I will continue to warn people about their poor customer service on every website I can find.

Vevor Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product: My Experience with Vevor

I recently had an experience with Vevor that left me feeling very frustrated. My family purchased a pool cover from them, but unfortunately it turned out to be faulty and broke during the first winter we used it. The straps just snapped in half, leaving us with a useless cover. I reached out to Vevor and was initially offered a replacement cover by Melody. She explained that due to the current epidemic containment in China, logistics was temporarily suspended and it would take about a month for the cover to be delivered. I agreed to wait for the replacement cover, but unfortunately it never arrived.

When I contacted Vevor again recently to let them know we needed the cover as soon as possible, I was met with terrible customer service from Lesley. She offered me a partial refund and suggested that I try to repair the cover myself or purchase the parts locally. I reminded her that Vevor had already offered me a replacement cover, but she informed me that they could only provide free replacements for products with quality problems within one month. She also said that $100 was the maximum amount they could apply for, and offered me a lower refund of $80.

I have requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but Lesley has not responded to my request. I am extremely disappointed with the way Vevor has handled this situation and would not recommend them to anyone. It is frustrating to spend over $460 on a faulty product and then receive such poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from Vevor.

Vevor Unhappy Customer got ripped off by vevor

Buyer Beware- No Service if Damaged-
Good luck with vevor. Not my first purchase from them but it is my last for sure.
Quick Story Version: Ordered this three point quick hitch and it arrived damaged beyond use. I still have a hunk of scrap metal and no sign of hope on getting a replacement. I called the cust serv number and hoped a replacement would be shipped out quickly but instead I have been bounced from one agent to another just wasting my time until I give up.
Longer detailed version for those who choose to hear about the company called vevor.
I found vevor on the scam aware sites after dealing with them. Soon they will be recognized by all to be a scam.
I have been through countless emails, texts and phone calls with the same result. Nothing. I have sent pictures at least three times that clearly show the damage.
I told the first rep that the unit is damaged beyond repair and unusable. I said I want a new one or a refund and she said she needs to connect me to a technician for support. I was disconnected again. Since then I have been offered $30 back. I guess i should hook up a couple thousand pounds on this piece of junk? No worry, I saved thirty bucks. HAA that's safe!
Next I was told to take it to my local repair shop and they will cover the fee. I'm not sure who fixes quick hitches that are damaged beyond repair? I am the local repair guy.
It seems like basic terminology to me but maybe not to all cust serv reps:
Damaged Beyond Repair = Cost of repair exceeds cost of replacement
Damaged Beyond Use = It is either unsafe to use or no longer performs the functions it was intended to perform with out causing further damage or causing harm to oneself or others
I really expected a new item sent but after some research during my experience I learned what a scam vevor is.
I was lied to by reps and when I call them on it they need to transfer me or I get disconnected.
I bought a backhoe thumb from vevor that i had to hammer, bend and drill to fit. I never called to complain, I just made it work.
I was missing parts in my chainsaw mill from vevor. Didn't call then.
My pallet forks from vevor had no bolts for the bent cross brace. No call but I made it work.

I guess If I called about the other junk products I would have learned sooner but I sure won't be using this site anymore now that I have learned this company slings someone else's junk parts and has no intention of standing behind.

Vevor Unhappy Customer got ripped off by vevor

Buyer Beware- No Service if Damaged-
Good luck with vevor. Not my first purchase from them but it is my last for sure.
Quick Story Version: Ordered this three point quick hitch and it arrived damaged beyond use. I still have a hunk of scrap metal and no sign of hope on getting a replacement. I called the cust serv number and hoped a replacement would be shipped out quickly but instead I have been bounced from one agent to another just wasting my time until I give up.
Longer detailed version for those who choose to hear about the company called vevor.
I found vevor on the scam aware sites after dealing with them. Soon they will be recognized by all to be a scam.
I have been through countless emails, texts and phone calls with the same result. Nothing. I have sent pictures at least three times that clearly show the damage.
I told the first rep that the unit is damaged beyond repair and unusable. I said I want a new one or a refund and she said she needs to connect me to a technician for support. I was disconnected again. Since then I have been offered $30 back. I guess i should hook up a couple thousand pounds on this piece of junk? No worry, I saved thirty bucks. HAA that's safe!
Next I was told to take it to my local repair shop and they will cover the fee. I'm not sure who fixes quick hitches that are damaged beyond repair? I am the local repair guy.
It seems like basic terminology to me but maybe not to all cust serv reps:
Damaged Beyond Repair = Cost of repair exceeds cost of replacement
Damaged Beyond Use = It is either unsafe to use or no longer performs the functions it was intended to perform with out causing further damage or causing harm to oneself or others
I really expected a new item sent but after some research during my experience I learned what a scam vevor is.
I was lied to by reps and when I call them on it they need to transfer me or I get disconnected.
I bought a backhoe thumb from vevor that i had to hammer, bend and drill to fit. I never called to complain, I just made it work.
I was missing parts in my chainsaw mill from vevor. Didn't call then.
My pallet forks from vevor had no bolts for the bent cross brace. No call but I made it work.
I am very disappointed in vevor because it is not fun to be scammed. I told her okay if it arrives Friday afternoon I configured that I could begin the embroidery work and have the employees do the rest of the orders prep-work. So in this way early Saturday we can have this done completed by Sunday and Ship for next day Tues. THIS WAS IMORTANT TASK IN MEMORY OF THE FALLEN 911 AND FALLING YOUNG VETS CANCER STRICKEN BY 911 I took great pride and honor in this all too important task. I GAVE MY WORD. In the agreement that was arranged for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10140 in Tampa this week. I was to handle some administrative design work with Veteran Caps and Shirts alongside the 15 independent official Captain's surprise of customary embroidery work. This was to be a 5 year contract with the Florida American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Veteran hospitals. That said I settled with VEVOR Representative in her scope of employment for VEVOR and so contractually agreed to promised date making this a bi-lateral agreement with VEVOR. Pursuant to the contractual agreement set on September 6, 2020 (the “Agreement”), I *** has fulfilled my contractual obligations of PAID IN FULL payment for deliver of equipment guaranteed 09/11/2020 accordingly. I decided to do a follow up and tried tracking through the VEVOR tracking. Unfortunately, they had no record of even the purchase. I gave further information. I was told no order. I was now almost at tears. I repeated all information I had. Suddenly order was found. Second unfortunately, now I was being told the order would arrive Tuesday. I told the VEVOR rep on phone no this was guaranteed for Friday afternoon for a Tuesday delivery of an order not the equipment. She informed me perhaps *** mixed up the delivey date with shipping. I said no impossible. She then told me these things happen you know we have covid 19. I said what does this have to do with the shipping date? She said “Oh sorry, it does happen from time to time”. I said what? You mean this is a regular happening. She rudely told me is there anything else i can help you with. I in silence was dump founded, confused and in hysteria before I got another word in she said have a good day "CLICK" a DIAL-TONE UNBELIEVABLY SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I placed my order for a button maker on or about January 16, 2023 and received it on January 20. On or about January 21 I began correspondence with Vevor to facilitate a return, per their return policy. The button maker was packed poorly and arrived damaged. The agent or chat bots corresponding with me ignore portions of my messages/emails and have tried to “negotiate” with me to accept a “discount” on the item. This is not in their return policy and has been one of the most horrible and frustrating experiences of customer service I have had. It is unprofessional and not in line with the policy listed on their website.

I purchased a Power cord from Vevor order # *** on February 15th 2023. On this same day they charged my credit card for the amount of 236.99$. Since February 15th, the Vevor website indicates that the order has been shipped out. The Fedex tracking website indicates that a label has been created and that the product is still at the Vevor warehouse in Richmond BC. I have called the customer service phone number on the Vevor website [protected] on 2 occasions. I am told I am speaking to a call center and that I am not calling Vevor. The "call center" has created 2 tickets and have yet to answer my question as to when I will receive the product that I paid for on February 15th. They do not indicate the ticket number in their correspondence, This company sells product it does not have (or know when it will receive). Vevor does not appear to have inventory control systems in place. Vevor lacks accountability and transparency while hiding behind a customer service "call center" wall. I would prefer to receive the product I paid for 3 weeks ago. If they do not have my product and/or do not know when they will receive it, then I accuse Vevor of creative credit card kiting and want a refund.

Vevor On 2/10/2021 I purchased a scale from Vevor

On 2/10/2021 I purchased a scale from Vevor. On 2/11/2021 the scale was delivered. On 2/12/2021 I assembled and tested scale. It was reading between 20-35% inaccuracy depending on it's location on the floor. I then calibrated the scale according to the enclosed instructions. After calibration it was reading at 34% inaccuracy. On 2/12/2021 I tried to call Vevor's customer service number with no answer and no way to leave a message. I then contacted Vevor via email. I requested a return shipping slip to send back the defective product as well a full refund for the defective product. Vevor has refused both of these requests, offering me a refund of $50 (on a $150.99) purchase if a fix it myself. When I informed Vevor that I was not bargaining with them and that I would be reporting them to the authorities, Vevor offered to send a replacement scale. I have requested multiple times for a refund and a return slip on a defective product and have been met with refusal. Vevor's website states 30 day free returns. Their phone line hangs up on people when they call and their automated live chat does not work. Their emails are auto reply even if you ask different questions. We need a replacement part on our machine as we have gone through numerous parts and that item is non-existent on their website. I have given them our order number and sent photos and nothing happens.

I purchased a 3018 Pro CNC machine from this company through one of their ebay vendors (qiannlan-3) back in June 2022 but only opened and tested in September. From the very beginning I was unable to operate the machine due to a lose USB connector on the main control board. Since then I wrote dozens of messages to vendor alwas getting a response from someone who didn't understand a word of english and their answers were most of the time "we'll look into it" and promised to do something about it but never did. I ended up having to buy a controller card from a different vendor. I then contacted V and though I was able to speak to someone, they promised to have an answer the following day. They have not responded effectively either.

The begining of February I ordered a three step railing kit from Vevor - but the charge shows on my Paypal as HK Sishum Trade Co., LTD $55.99. The package arrived and contained only ONE Post and four screw assy. I sent an email to i*** (the contact shown) and it returned as undeliverable. The msg said the mailbox was full and I should try again later. I then disputed the charge with Paypal. Paypal attempted to contact Vevor. All I want is the rest of the railings - or a refund and a return mail label for the useless post.

I ordered a 3/8" 75' plumbing drain cleaner from this company. The product stop working after the second use, with the metal coil from the drain cleaner coming out of the metal holding cage. I have contacted their customer service department NUMEROUS times regarding their "30 day no hassle refund" (as advertised on their website), but they have tried to "nickel and dime" me by offering small payments instead of a full refund and blaming the problem on the shipping company. The customer service department even suggested I try to use the drain cleaner after I told them it was defective (possibly putting my safety at risk). They also tried to send me a video insinuating that I should fix their defective product myself. I was skeptical when I purchased the drain cleaner because it was such a low price (about $ 100 cheaper than similar models from other companies). Now I realize my mistake and should never have dealt with this company. I would have no problem if they would have worked with me from the beginning on a legitimate concern and return but the customer service I have received left me with no option but to write this complaint. I would suggest using another company to purchase anything you need and not wasting your hard earned money on this company.

Vevor Vevor Water Distiller Review: Decent Machine, But Instructions Need Work

So, I got this Vevor water distiller as a birthday present, and I was pretty excited to try it out. But when I opened the box and started reading the assembly instructions, I was pretty disappointed. I mean, I'm no English professor or anything, but it was pretty obvious that the person who wrote these instructions didn't really know what they were doing. It was like they just threw a bunch of words together and hoped for the best.

Honestly, I was pretty irritated. I mean, this is a pretty expensive machine, and you'd think that the company would put a little more effort into making sure the instructions were clear and easy to understand. But nope, it was like they just didn't care.

I almost returned the machine right then and there, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. And you know what? Once I figured out how to put it together and use it, it actually worked pretty well. I mean, it's not the most amazing water distiller in the world or anything, but it gets the job done.

So, all in all, I'd say that the Vevor water distiller is a decent machine, but the instructions definitely need some work. If you're willing to put in a little extra effort to figure out how to use it, then it's probably worth the money. But if you're looking for something that's super easy to use right out of the box, then you might want to look elsewhere.

Vevor Terrible Experience with Vevor: Poorly Made Tricycle and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently bought an adult tricycle from Vevor, hoping to give my nephew a special birthday gift. I took a chance on this website, but it turned out to be a big mistake. When I received the bike, I had it sent to a bike shop to get it assembled. However, the mechanic informed me that a part on the bike was damaged. I immediately contacted Vevor and asked for the part to be replaced, as I had a warranty. Unfortunately, they did not want to help and refused to replace the part. I am still waiting for a resolution, weeks later.

Despite the damaged part, we decided to ride the bike anyway. After just three rides, the seat won't stay up after adjusting it, and the bike feels wobbly and unbalanced. It's clear that the bike is poorly made and not worth the money. I regret buying from Vevor and would not recommend their products to anyone.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out to them about the damaged part. I'm not even sure if I can get a refund at this point. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Vevor and would advise others to steer clear of this website.

Vevor Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Vevor's Spandex Chair Covers

I recently bought 200 spandex chair covers from Vevor and I was really excited to receive them. However, when I opened the first cover and put it on a standard banquet chair, I noticed that the elastic at the bottom of the back legs separated from the spandex at the seam. I thought it was just a fluke, so I tried a second and third cover, but they all came apart at the seams in the same place. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the product.

I decided to contact Vevor and sent them a photo of the defects. To my surprise, they refused to reimburse me for the shoddy product unless I sent them 200 photos of 200 defective seams. I couldn't believe it! I offered to take half of what I paid so that I could hire someone to reinforce the seams, but Vevor said no because they didn't believe the product was "broken." I was really upset with their response and felt like they didn't care about their customers.

In my opinion, Vevor is a terrible company. Their product is crap and they know it. If they truly cared about their customers, they would want them to be satisfied and stand behind their product with honor. Instead, they are idiots who refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. I would never recommend Vevor to anyone and I will never purchase from them again.

Vevor Disappointing Experience with Vevor Product: Missing Parts, Incorrect Drilling, and No Instructions Provided

I recently purchased a product from Vevor and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While I did receive the product, it was missing several parts and the ones that were included were miss-drilled and incorrect. To make matters worse, there were no instructions or documentation provided, except for a fuzzy picture that even had an inset photo of the wrong product.

I ordered the version of the product that was meant to be pulled behind a lawnmower, but it seemed that they mixed up some of the parts during the shipping process. As a result, there was no way to connect the rake to the wheel mechanism and the holes that were drilled in pairs were miss-drilled, making it impossible to align the bolts properly. Additionally, there were no parts included for the lift mechanism, which was a major disappointment.

I was forced to take the product to a welding shop to have it put together, which was an unexpected expense and inconvenience. Even after it was assembled, I found that the product was so lightweight that it skipped over the pine straw, making it difficult to use effectively. I am now in the process of adding weights to the bar in hopes of making it more useful in the future.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Vevor to be very careful. While they did give me half my money back to keep the product and go away, the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. It's clear that they need to improve their quality control and customer service if they want to retain customers in the long run.

Vevor Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Vevor's Pond Aeration System

I bought a pond aeration system from Vevor and it stopped working in less than three months. When I contacted the company, they told me it was probably a faulty switch and that they would ship a replacement to me. That was about two months ago, and I still haven't received the replacement switch. It's bad enough that I had to do the repair myself, but the fact that they didn't follow through on their promise is unacceptable.

I have to say that I'm disappointed with Vevor's customer service. They don't seem to stand behind the products they sell, and if something goes wrong, you're on your own. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you're looking for a company that will take care of you if something goes wrong.

That being said, I have to admit that the pond aeration system was reasonably priced. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you're willing to take a chance on a product that may or may not work, then Vevor might be the company for you. But if you're looking for a company that will stand behind their products and provide good customer service, then you might want to look elsewhere.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Vevor based on my experience. They may have some good products, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you do decide to buy from them, just be aware that you might be on your own if something goes wrong. My order number is ***2467, and I still haven't heard anything from them.

Vevor Warning: Vevor is a Scam Company - My Terrible Experience

This company is a total scam! I cannot believe the terrible experience I had with Vevor. They took my money and never sent out my item. I tried calling their phone numbers, but they didn't work. I also sent them numerous emails, but they never replied. It's like they just took my money and disappeared!

To make matters worse, I was charged twice what was advertised. When I contacted them about this, they refused to refund the difference. They claimed that the item had already been sent, but I never received any tracking information. I tried calling them several times in December, but I never got through.

In January, I sent them several emails asking for confirmation that the item had been posted, but they ignored me. I was left hundreds of dollars out of pocket and feeling completely ripped off. I had to escalate the issue to the Australian consumer commission, department of fair trading, and chargeback via the bank just to get my money back.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Vevor and purchase from a legit company instead. The only way to get their attention seems to be by leaving reviews, so I hope that this review will help others avoid the same terrible experience that I had.

Yes they are a scam do not buy from them I bought a tankless water heater from them and it doesn't come on then they wanted me to hook it back up and send pictures of it not coming on I did it the they want be to take it apart and go the the store and buy parts out my own pocket and try to fix a product that was supposed to be new when I bought it then they said they are going to send me some parts to work on it but it got lost in the mail and can I go and buy them they are a scam fo not buy from them at all

I purchased a 3kva inverter. They told me via email all items free shipping but charged me $39.99. Asked for refund of shipping. They wrote back several times talking about "remote area" "no refund on shipping if order cancelled" i am in metropolitan area and never cancelled order. They played this game with me for about 2 weeks, mutipule emails saying "remote" area. Fed up i put in Paypal dispute. Vevor then offered me $15 discount on next purchase after they received email from paypal. I refused, so they offered me $25 discount trying to make me go away. Meantime im still waiting for delivery. Finally they Admitted and agreed to refund but it would take 30 days because trying to find my bank to put it back in. Another lie. I always pay via paypal fir protection, so they couldnt find my bank details. They never replied to paypal (scammers never do) so after 2 weeks Paypal looked at all evidence (i sent them every email and their advert and email saying shipping was free, and all their negative feedback were they charged everyone shipping) and Paypal judged in my favour. Im not promoting Paying via paypal, but they have helped me many many times with scammwers, banks wont. Unit finally was delivered and works great. But Vevor is a scam from China.

Thank You. I have a paypal account but rarely use it. If I decide to buy from Vevor I now will pay with Paypal, after reading your story.

Relatedly: I've been looking into getting a stainless steel work/kitchen table from either Vevor or Webstaurantstore. Vevor's prices in the product category are slightly lower but I'm concerned that is mostly due to that the actual grade of material is inferior. In the product listing Q & A section a potential customer asked "What is the grade of the stainless steel of this product item ?" Vevor's Answer was "It is 201" That's it. Just a #. Not "Thank You for reaching out to us and inquiring...etc etc" or even similar, instead just a flat, cold, impersonal NUMBER (without quotation marks as seen here).

Ad besides that, their answer was WRONG. Beyond vague, it was just flat out evasive and misleadingly FALSE.

I responded to it in a politely worded cordial clarification reply. I submitted the reply. Guess what. The reply got ignored, or flagged, or something, it never actually posted. I re-submitted it. It still doesn't appear.

Think I'm exaggerating ? I'm adding screenshots. Anyone can verify these if they really have nothing better to do with their time. The second screenshot is my reply in MS-Windows Notepad editor (I always copy a backup of any posts in Notepad just in case of technical difficulty and screen refreshes and post is lost, vanishing vaporized into cyberdust...). If it would have posted, that's the reply, but noone may ever see it. Unless it miraculously appears later on, which isn't likely, since you may notice any and all replies to questions asked are by Vevor, even though there's an option for helpful customers to reply. But customer replies appear. Not a single one. Go Figure.

Vevor Vevor's Poor Customer Service and Lost Parcel Frustration

So, I was really excited to purchase a high-quality product from Vevor. However, it's been over a month and I still haven't received my parcel. I'm starting to think that the courier must have been on drugs or something because they delivered it to the wrong address. I even have photos of the parcel at the wrong address, their front door, and their car.

I've called Vevor multiple times to try and resolve this issue, but they keep telling me that they haven't been able to recover the parcel. It's really frustrating because I've called them at least 20 times and they don't seem to care that I haven't received my product. I've even given them the photos from the courier company and asked for a refund, but they still haven't done anything about it.

It's not fair that I paid for a product that I can't even test because it hasn't been delivered. I think it's safe to say that Vevor is liable for the courier's actions and should be responsible for the lost parcel. I just want either my product or my money back.

In the future, I think I'll stick to buying products from South Australian companies to avoid any issues like this. It's really frustrating to deal with Vevor and the courier company, Safe Way Couriers, for over five weeks now. I just wish Vevor would pay more attention to their customers and take responsibility for their mistakes.

Vevor Disappointing Customer Service from Vevor: My Experience with a Faulty Honey Extractor

I recently purchased a honey extractor from Vevor and was excited to receive it quickly. However, when I put it together, I was disappointed to find that the electric motor would not turn on. I reached out to their customer service team via email and requested videos to help troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, I had to request these videos multiple times before they were finally sent to me.

After reviewing the videos, I realized that I needed a replacement electrical assembly, which is a pretty simple bolt-on part. I requested this replacement from Vevor, but instead, they asked me to take the unit to a repair facility near me and they would pay for the repairs. This was frustrating because all I needed was a simple replacement part, not a costly repair.

I eventually decided to ask for a refund and return the unit, but their customer service team stopped responding to my emails. It became clear to me that they were intentionally delaying communication with me to drag out the time since I had purchased the unit, so they could avoid replacing it or refunding me.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Vevor and would not recommend buying from this company. While some people may have had positive experiences, it seems to be hit or miss. If you're lucky enough to receive a working product, enjoy it, but if you have any issues, you may be out of luck.

Vevor Nightmare Experience with Vevor's Customer Service for Faulty Wash Station Motor

We recently had an issue with a faulty motor on a wash station purchased from Vevor and our experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. We reached out to their customer service line and while they were nice, they directed us to contact Vevor's email for further assistance. This led to a series of negotiations regarding the warranty of the product, which was a complete nightmare.

Initially, Vevor offered to send us a new motor, but later stated that it was too expensive to send from their manufacturer in China. They then proceeded to negotiate a dollar amount for us to fix the issue, which was not feasible for us. This led to continuous emails back and forth for three weeks until we finally settled on a credit. However, we are now facing issues with processing our PayPal payment, as Vevor requested our PayPal information instead of simply crediting back our credit card for the partial refund. Despite our request for a full refund, we eventually gave up.

If you plan on purchasing a product from Vevor that may require warranty assistance, we advise you to be cautious and do your research beforehand. Our experience with their customer service via email was a complete nightmare and we would not recommend it. However, we must note that their call center has been fine and the representatives were very nice.

Vevor Vevor.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Equipment

I recently made a purchase of 2 Cold Spark Machines from vevor.com, but unfortunately, when I received the package, only one of the machines was working. I was quite disappointed and immediately tried to reach out to the company for assistance. However, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and the only option available was to use their Live Chat service.

After finally getting in touch with someone via Live Chat, I was asked to upload a video of the issue. It took me a while to get the video uploaded, but when I finally did, I was told that I would have to wait for someone from "That Department" to get back to me and let me know what my options were. I waited for three long days before finally getting a response.

To my surprise, I was told that they didn't want to exchange the faulty machine, but instead, they wanted to send me the parts to try and repair it myself. I was quite upset because I had paid for a brand new device that was dead on arrival, and now they were telling me that I had to repair it myself. They did say that they would send me a new power cord, but then I received another email saying that they were going to send me a new transformer.

What's even more frustrating is that their website clearly states that they have a 30 Day Return & Exchange policy, and it had been less than 30 days since I placed my order. They also claim to have a 12 Month Warranty on their equipment, but they were refusing to send me a new machine and wouldn't even offer me a refund.

In my opinion, this company is terrible, and I would strongly advise against buying anything from them. Their customer service is non-existent, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I regret making a purchase from them and would never do so again.

Researched the company on line and found several Complaintsboard.com complaints against Vevor. 2-1-22 Phone call to and I told *** that I changed my mind and did NOT want a replacement and that I wanted a refund instead. She assured me I would receive an email the next day. 2-1-22 Email to shopify_service demanding a refund. 2/1 Email from shopify_service rom *** asking me if I wanted a replacement product. 2/2 Email from *** stating that I would receive a full refund once the produce was returned to the warehouse. 2/2 Phone call to Fed Ex in *** asking for information and was connected with an overseas Fed Ex delivery center. The person stated that the item was indeed delivered to *** and that- NO RECALL of the product had been received by Fed Ex by the seller, Vevor. 2/2 Phone calls to go to voice mail saying that the voice mail is "full".

I purchased a VEVOR Thickness Planer 12.5inch Thickness Planer Woodworking 15AMP Double Cutter Benchtop Thickness Planer 1500W with Free 1 Set Blade and Stand Heavy Duty Dust Exhaust for Woodworking from the company on December 11. It was delivered December 21. For many reasons this item sat in the original box in my house. I set it up yesterday and the motor smokes, bogs down and eventually trips the internal fuse. The motor is bad and needs replaced. I contacted Vevor and they will not replace since it is out of warranty by a week. They will not even provide the serial number-specs on the motor so that I can replace the motor myself. They just simply state that they are sorry but I am out of warranty. This came out of the box defective--they should stand by their product and they could really care less about my issue.

A week went by and still no return message so I called again. same thing someone would be in contact. After another week of no contact I decided it was time to make sure i had a paper trail. I messaged on walmart.com on May 5,2022 they said someone from Vevor would contact me in 48hrs. Still nothing by May 10 so i contacted Walmart again. Vevor finally message me back 5/11 asking for a video. I advised the item was a fire hazard and i could not plug it in again to make a video. they sent me a response thanking me for the pictures that i never sent. again they responded on 5/22 requesting pictures and video, I advised that i cant do such that the product has never been used etc etc. told them i need a replacement. on 5/23 they responded saying that freight costs are not low to return the item and that they would give me back 30 percent of my money and i could keep the item and sell it to others. Clearly I HAVE STATED ITS A FIRE HAZARD And they are telling me to sell it to someone else that this is a win win for the both of us. So I responded back on June 3 telling them this is not ok as the item is a fire hazard, I didnt want a percentage of my money back I wanted a new item. No response

Upon arrival I realized it was the incorrect size so I have called 20+ times and have never gotten anyone on the phone or received a call back when leaving a message. bought a pressure test kit for hydraulic system, when i went to use it every fitting leaked and made a huge mess. cost me more money to clean up the mess and lost fluid than the product is worth. have tried sending emails back and forth to get a refund but they are not working with me. they keep sending the same email back after i reply. all i want is to return this item. they have also told me its my responsibility to have another company fix it, but i need to confirm the cost to fix it prior to getting it fixed. not sure how that is supposed to work. i will have several hours running around and waiting on confirmation and then have to pay somebody a few hours labor to fix it. so it will cost way over the amount i originally paid.

On December 8, 2022 I ordered a pottery wheel from Vevor (Full name: VEVOR Pottery Wheel 11in Ceramic Wheel Machine Lift Legs Foot Pedal DIY Tool Kit). My order number is ***. When the product arrived on December 13, 2022, it was damaged with buttons on the side completely broken off. In its place, there was an opening in the metal body and electric wires and parts coming out. Given this damage, the wheel could not turn on. Given it was broken on arrival, I should be eligible for a refund based on Vevor's policies. However once I communicated the damage to the customer service email (including photos) asking how I can return it for a refund, I was told to find a local technician myself to try and fix the wheel. Upon several emails to customer service and repeated requests for a refund, this company finally offered a $150 refund for the $239 product, stating it is the best they could do since their "margins are really low" (direct quote and explanation from their email). I have also tried calling the customer support line who said they will look into my request and email me, but I have yet to receive an email or any refund, not even the $150 they offered. I am asking for a full refund, otherwise I feel like I have been scammed by a fraudulent company.

The railing split on the seam, rusted, corroded and not safe, it is defective, Product description states real wrought iron, high strength, weatherproof, ensuring it is rustproof and corrosion-proof keeps a long lifespan and under warranty of 12 months. I requested a replacement as per their company claim policy. All products come with a 12 month warranty and the same warranty is provided for replacement products if your product becomes faulty during warranty period. This qualifies. On 6/10/22 first email from vevor customer support acknowledged damage and insultingly replied "since your order is nearly 1 year old we will refund you a partial refund of $15 as compensation will you accept that? This the first of 21 emails! Each time they offered a little more compensation and each time I repeated I want a replacement as per warranty, sending copies of their policy, product description, and asked for a manager name, number email which I have never received. Finally 8/12/22 offered to apply and process replacement, 8/15/22 tell me sending goods directly to me, 9/19/22 sorry your order over 1 year out of warranty! Still continuing to play games 10/6/22 can you send us details and photos when they have everyone. Send us your order number...They at one point said have it repaired will reimburse you, you have used the tool face it, send us money to our paypal and will send you new one. Their responses were rude and insulting not professional and never responded to my requests. It is a scam and very frustrating. I like the railing just want a replacement or a full refund.

I returned 2 tents ordered. Both were dropped off at UPS with the label provided by Vevor. I received a refund for only 1 tent. That was over a month ago. The business keeps telling me to wait a few more days. It's been over a month. I have emailed a few times, but no sufficient response. Both tents were returned the exact same day with the labels provided by this company, and I am tired of waiting for them to figure it out. I want the refund of $125.30 that's due to me. I find this extremely unprofessional, and I will not ever order from this company again. Both shipping labels are attached. They went to the exact same place on the same date.

On Dec 15/22 I ordered a chamber vacuum sealing machine (order# ***) and was charged $419.99. The item was in stock and the company states that items ship in 24hrs. I emailed them 5 days later wondering what was going on and after reading about all of their issues with other clients I decided to tell them I wanted a refund. I ordered a Commercial Slushy Machine, 2x2.5L Tank Margarita Machine. Order #*** for $674.99. The item was delivered on December 16th. I followed the instructions and immediately knew there was a problem with this machine. I called on December 17th but it was closed. I called on the 18th to inform customer service there was an issue with the product. The product did not freeze and was leaking. I sent pictures and videos via text as instructed. I received an email indicating they could not view the picture or video sent and to retake any pictures or videos and send it to the support Email. The initial email response indicated delivery issues which was not my initial complaint. Then they sent me instructions on how to fix it myself. The instructions consisted of syllanoid valve, coolant, and replacement information. As I stated in the numerous emails that I am not a technician and this is a quality issue and I wanted a full refund and a mailing label. There have been several emails going back-and-forth and they have offered me up to $300 to keep the item. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and a mailing label. They are not abiding by their own return policy. I have never had so many conversations with customer serice via email about a defective product. This is a Quality issue. 15+ emails sent. I have attached screenshots of all the emails in correspondence. I've also attached pictures of it leaking and not freezing properly.

We purchased a heat press from this company, Vevor. Within 22 hours of receiving the product, we could not get it to work properly, so we emailed the company asking for a refund and return shipping label. Their website shows they have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. The company has not refunded our money and have made the return very difficult. They asked us to send pictures of the items we were making and shows them the different temperatures and times, so they could see it wasn't working, like they requested. *** the odd requests came, they asked us to make videos of us using the heat press, to make sure we know how to use it. We told them we would not waste anymore of our products to show them, we know how to use a heat press, as we have been using heat presses for years. Then, they asked us to take/ship the heat press to a repair shop of our choosing and have it repaired. Once it was repaired, we were to contact them and requested to have the repair fees reimbursed. We told them no, we just want out money back and that shipping it somewhere was out of the question, as we felt this was lie and that they would not reimburse us, due to the way they had handled the situation this far. After more emails, they asked to take a 15% refund and keep the unusable product. Each time we have told them we just want 100% of our money back and a free return shipping label. They did offer to replace the equipment, but after the issues we have been exposed to over the last 45 days, we do not want to even attempt to get a replacement and go through this nonsense all over again, we just want 100% of our money returnees o we can buy else and get our business going again. They have avoided responding to the request of a 100% refund, which is in accordance with their posted return policy and, instead, reply back with some odd request.

i purchased a sheet metal "press" and it arrived broken / cracked, and by the condition of the box it looked like a prior customer return. I've tried working through their ticket system and chat, including submitting documentation of my broken press, and finally received a response to "REPAIR" the press - this is broken / cracked, it cannot be repaired. (it's extremely heavy cast iron, cast iron cracks - you can't just glue it back together) I've attached images of the order, as well as the reply they gave (repair it) as well as what i sent them, which are pictures of the broken press. This was purchased on the 8th of december, and I've been trying to get this resolved since delivery, which was several days after that - their customer service has been terrible, and they seem to be just stringing me along.

Vevor I broke my leg 3/11/22

I broke my leg 3/11/22. Upon my return home, I realized that I would need handrails in order to go up and down my front stairs. A web search resulted in my ordering stainless steel handrails from Vevor. On their website, this product was reviewed by other consumers at 4 or 5 stars. I assumed this was legitimate. The handrails (2) arrived in a timely manner. The boxes did not include any instructions. The lag bolts were faulty with 7 of the 12 bolts not deploying into the concrete. I had a professional install them on 4/2/22 and he said it was exceedingly difficult, taking him six hours to complete the job. I used the handrails for approximately 1 month. On 4/30/22, while navigating the steps to my mailbox, one of the handrails sheered off at both of the welds connecting the horizontal piece to the vertical posts. Thankfully, I was not injured. I attempted to contact the company immediately, calling their customer service line and sending an email. I received a response by email on 5/1, asking for photos, which I provided via email on 5/2. On 5/3, I received a response: "Affected by the epidemic, it will take at least one month for our suppliers to reissue accessories for you. In order to save your time, we will give you a partial refund of $20 as compensation, can you accept it?" I replied by writing that this was unacceptable and that I expected the full purchase price of $209.98 to be refunded to my credit card immediately and that I would be reporting this issue to the Consumer Protection Agency and the complaintsboard.com. I am awaiting a response. Of note, the company's website will not allow negative reviews to be posted. It specifically notes that, if there are issues with a product, the consumer should contact the company. The 2-star review I sent in after installation, citing the difficulties noted above, has not been posted.

Order #*** I recently ordered two vacuum pumps from Vevor.ca to use with my Harvest Right freeze dryer machines. I ordered these vevor pumps because I was waiting for Harvest Right pumps that I had pre-ordered to be restocked. I expected quick shipping (as Vevor ships out of the same province I live in) however my order was not shipped for several days. I overlooked this and did not make any complaints despite the fact that my machines were down during this time. Before ordering I researched the specifications that the freeze dryers needed and chose the correct pumps (deep vacuum 12cfm). After receiving the vevor pumps I filled them with the supplied oil and connected them to my machines. On the first cycle, both machines encountered an error message saying "could not achieve vacuum" so I tried again and got the same error message. Each cycle takes over 24 hr so this was another 2 days that I could not use the machines which are a crucial part of my business. Weeks later I received the Harvest Right pumps, connected them, and the machines worked great. At this point I reached out to Vevor informing them of the situation, and that I had received defective pumps. Vevor responded telling me that I had to send video proof showing the issue before they would accept a return of the pumps. I responded that now my machines are working (with different vacuum pumps) and I don't want to have them out-of-action for 24hrs (the time it takes to complete a cycle) to prove that the pumps do not work. Having the machines out of operation for a day will cause my business to lose out on over $1000 in sellable product. I did provide Vevor with a picture of the error message I received. After this vevor did not respond to my emails Because the machines are working fine with Harvest Right vacuum pumps, I am very confident that the pumps I received from vevor do not work as advertised. I want a refund for products that did not work as advertised
