I bought a 3,000 dollar lawn mower and used it for about 3 months. The right side hydro drive trans went out. I had it at a repair place for a month, they gave it back and said they could not fix it. So i took it to lowes they sent it out twice. They can not seem to fix it either. So know i have had no mower for 4 months now. They wont do anything for me. I have went to every web site complianing about this. All i want is my money back.

I HAVE SHOPPED AT LOWES ON GUNBARRELL RD CHATTANOOGA TN FOR YEARS BOTH ME AND MY FAMILY. WHEN THE ECOMONY IS BAD FOR RETAIL IT LOOKS LIKE WE WOULD HELP ARE CUSTOMERS.
MY PARENTS WENT TO THIS LOWES STORE 425 ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO TO GET BATHROOM REPAIR
STUFF THEY ARE BOTH IN THERE 80'S CANT GET AROUND VERY GOOD. THEY LOOKED IN THE
PLUMBING DEPT FOR HELP ON SOME ITEMS BUT NOBODY SEEM TO CARE SEVERAL PEOPLE WENT BY
BUT NOBODY SEEM TO HAVE TIME FOR THEM. MY DAD EVEN WENT AND STOOD UP FRONT AND ASK FOR HELP SAID WE WOULD COME SOON AND HELP STILL NO BODY SHOWED WHY WHY. HE STOOD UP FRONT AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK FOR OVER 30 MIN. WHY I THINK WE NEED TO SHOP AT HOME DEPOT BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS FOR SURE THERE ELDERY
CUSTOMERS.
