Poor Returns Policy

lightinthebox.com has a very misleading returns policy. While it seems like they are interested in satisfying the customer, they are not. Their returns policy is filled with fine print that basically says you can’t return anything, even if it’s broken. Don’t buy from them.

I have in vain trying to log in to view my so called "Ticket" and can not get throug!! I strongly agree that no one should buy from these people or so Company as you can not return anything and might as well throw the money in the trash!!! Never Never Never will I use this company for anything except the DELETE BUTTON!! LightInThe Box Sucks!!!

I just want to reinstate my previous complaint about LightInTheBox products. Do not and I mean Do not order anything from this people unless you want to lose your time and money as you can not get any thing returned! They make it impossible for you to sign in eventhough they give you a ticket number for you to check! If you can sign in you have won the Lottery!! Sorry Company!!

I recieved some jewlery in the mail i ordered and it was just put in the box with no wrap to keep it protected so it would not get broken. I was very upset to find it was broken.I have never in my life seen anything like this and no phone number to contact . I will never again order anything from lightinthebox again. Phylann Horan

I received a dress today, couldn`t even get it over my head. Was afraid I could not get it off again. But how to return it? And the inside was made of plastic!!

I just received a "winter" jacket in the post today and knew something was up straight away when the box was smaller than a shoe box. But I opened it anyway to find a thin, bad quality version of the one I'm pretty sure i saw on the website. However the reason I want to send it back is because of the size. I ordered an XL just to be safe, but the people over there must be pretty damn small because going by their sizings i should have gotten a XXXXXL.
Now having tried to start the return process I've ended up here reading about how I obviously made a huge mistake by using Lightinthe box in th efirst place. Is there any point in even trying to return it or should I just grin and bear it?

I ordered a dress from them and it does not fit. I believe I have little hope of sending it back and getting a refund or exchange. I definitely would not buy from them again. There are too many other businesses online that have decent return, exchange and refund policies. Lightinthebox in on my avoid list.

lightinthebox.com. why do my emails all come back??? return policy seems okay but now, that I have to return my defect laptop, I cant get trough anymore...
please dont buy from them if your money doesnt grow on trees...

I have myself returned a garment, I had a response but it did not tell me if they received the garment and if I will have a new garment in is place, all the response said was I happy and the ticket number. I think I can agree I will not get my replacement, they also told me to log in to a site but that does not work either..kaye

I recently ordered from this beyond crap site. It took over a month to get here. It's the wrong color, the bottom is crooked, and I'm completely unsatisfied with it. ThE phone number isn't even a valid phone number and there's no way to reach "customer service" I'm will be contacting a lawyer over the matter & I will get my money back!! Don't order from this site ever

I ordered a pair of shoes & a dress. Items took a month to arrive. It was impossible to track order or contact the company to find out where the order had got to. Both were very poor quality when they arrived & were squashed together in a small box. I was very disappointed as they looked so nice on the website. I went on the website to find out how to return them & discovered all these complaints! I now realise I haven't a hope in hell of returning them without incurring more expense so I won't bother as luckily the items weren't very expensive. Heaven help anyone who buys expensive products from them! I definitely won't be using this company again & urge others not to either.

absolutely useless returns/refunds policies. they have not refunded my monies i paid for wrong goods supplied . i have sent numerous messages/.written letters to their yoobox h/q and been ignored. they are stating that they have not received the goods. more likely they have lost them!

I bought 3 items from LightintheBox and am very disappointed with my purchases. The two dresses are of poor quality fabric, the vintage dress, poorly made and ill fitting and the coat looks nothing like the picture, very poorly made, fraying at the button holes, too tight - the sleeves are made for a child - they are too tight, too short - and I can't find any way to return them and get my money back. Plus I was not pleased with all this duty one has to pay which was not highlighted in the price.
