I've bought stuff from DLT Trading a bunch of times. They ship real quick, got a ton of cool stuff in stock, and the folks who work there really know their stuff. Plus, they got this rewards thingy where you can earn points for your next buy. It's like A+++ in my book.

I gotta hand it to DLT Trading, they really know how to turn a frown upside down. Thanks to Jason's dedication and willingness to make things right, they've earned themselves a customer for life. Yep, you heard me right. I'll be stickin' with 'em from now on.

So, if you're lookin' for a place that's got your back when things go wrong, DLT Trading is the real deal. They may have had a little hiccup with my order, but their customer service game is on point. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

This company, DLT Trading, is quite slimy, I must say. If you decide to place an order with them, you better cross your fingers and hope that nothing goes wrong. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of receiving a defective knife from them, which clearly had some quality control issues. And guess what? They had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay for the return shipping. Can you believe that? It's absolutely despicable, if you ask me. Their customer service is just plain horrible.

So, naturally, I decided to voice my complaint about this whole ordeal. And you know what they said? They promised to send me a shipping label. Well, I sent back the knife as they requested, thinking that everything would be resolved. But lo and behold, I recently discovered that they only refunded me a partial amount, a measly $8.12 short of what I was owed. It seems like they conveniently deducted just enough to cover the shipping fee that I refused to pay. Sneaky, huh?

Let me tell you, I've spent a significant amount of money with DLT Trading over the years, thousands of dollars, in fact. But after this experience, they can forget about ever receiving another penny from me. I'm not going to stand for this kind of terrible customer service. Oh no, I'm taking this matter up with PayPal and disputing the whole thing. I am utterly disgusted with both their service and their policies.

My advice to you, dear reader, is to steer clear of these scumbags. Don't waste your time and energy dealing with their nonsense. Save yourself the hassle and order from a different company instead. Trust me, it's not worth it.
