foreign debris in meats
I purchased your smoked ham lunch meat at my local Walmart this week. Found several bright blue ?plastic shavings embedded in the lunch meat. Of course this was found after eating one sandwich using this meat, and upon investigation there were several more pieces of blue plastic in the same tub of lunch meat.
I have kept the container and foreign debris and product, and would like a refund and apology. I would like someone to look at where this debris came from.

I went to target and bought something from the grocery department which I would rarely ever do and here is why: when I came home I wanted to eat so I opened the package of lunch meat and the plastic bag inside the container was ripped open! What's worse is I reached to grab the item from the back of the row in the store because I usually think its fresher there but no; it was open and apparently either eaten from or returned to the store by a customer and then re-shelved. Is there quality control in these stores?

We just saw a new commercial in which two boys get into a girls' jumping rope game. The girls end of tying up the boys and taking their coldcuts. What are we showing children in this one? Isn't there enough violence against children already without demonstrating a "happy result" from tying up children? This is really sick.

The package I purchased is sweet why? It isn't honey roasted. I have purchased before and never was sweet. I don't really like it and won't eat it. The date is Dec. 18, 2023. Purchased on line at Walmart, Rochester, NY

Found these 2 pieces of bone in my last lunch meat. Not sure if it will have an effect on my right side top & bottom teeth will be checking though.I have been buying ur product for a long time & not sure if I will continue 2 buy it luckily I don’t chew very hard or fast was wondering what u are going 2 plan on doing ?
I bought it on May 8th, 2023 at Walmart in Altoona,Pa. It taste, looks, and smells like it's been washed through soapy water. The experation date is June 9th, 2023.

March 30th 2023 I go to make a sandwich after eating a few slices of meat and discover chunks of brown residue in my meat. Looks disgusting, been having stomach pains and throwing up. Not sure what I have been eating this is unacceptable.

Watching TV tonight with my family when the Hillshire commercial came on. I was surprised to hear them make reference to the cuss word, when they said "Hill yeah". I will no longer purchase any more Hillshire products till this gets resolved.
What used to be blocks of cheese are now useless slivers. The summer sausage has shrunk so much. It won't even come close to being acceptable on a cracker.
What a complete waste of money.

I bought a 9 oz. package of Ultra Thin Honey Ham. Use by 12/21/22. Don't see any batch/lot information on the package. Every slice is full of fat and gristle. Not just a few slices - it is full of horrible looking stuff on each slice. Never saw that bad of a quality of meat in any of your packs. Will not be buying it again.

For the last 50 years I have purchased Hillshire Farms Ham consistently. Hillshire Hams are often higher priced, however, I have been willing to pay the extra for the higher quality product. This week I purchased a 17.5 lb. Hillshire Farms Ham that cost me over $50.00 and it smelled and tasted like BOAR so bad we could hardly eat it. This was the second ham in a row that was extremely POOR quality. Hillshire Farms you have lost one of your best customers.

I also have purchased Hillshire Hams for the last 50 years, and I also was skunked this year. The ham was very dry and so tough we could hardly cut it! The Company apparently has been bought out and the new owners have decided to ruin the quality of Hillshire Hams. I will never buy another one. Ellie
You should bring the item and the receipt back to your location of purchase. Maybe they are not storing them properly?

Your company has a commercial selling a meat product. It consists of a boy doing an auction with some of his classmates. A little girl comes in with a pony and he says "Sold to the lady with the pony". He is a small child. When I saw this commercial, I thought it was distasteful because of the lesson that it could be teaching children. I looked at it as a superficial act on his part and so did a couple of my neighbors. This was disturbing. Think about it; I am aware that your company is trying to make money but is this the kind of lesson that we want to be teaching our children? I bite down on a very sharp bone fragment which caused my gum inside my mouth to bleed! I was eating the hillshie farm roast beef deli select, purchased at Publix in Panama City, Florida.
I often get bone fragments in their hotdogs. Chipped a tooth on one once. The incisor, you can see the tip is gone
those commercials are ridiculous in every way. go meat? go to hell

I purchased your Beef Summer Sausage from Wal-Mart Which was very good.
On a trip to Sam's Club I purchased a package that you call Yard-O-Beef (Beef Summer Sausage ). It was terrible .No Taste mealy with too much fillers.
Even my Yorkie refuses to eat it.

Ok, well [censored]214, in all honesty your complaint doesn't even make sense. Is it my understanding that you feel that having your children see another kid auction/trade off a sandwich to a girl with a pony is somehow morally degrading? I understand maybe if he was not thankful for the sandwich, but it really does not matter. Are you afraid that your kids will think they won't get anything good in life unless they have a pony? Or do you feel that the auctioning kid should have really learned about each kid before deciding who to trade his sandwich to? Everyone remembers going through a similar event where they had things in their lunch that they didn't like and wanted to trade other kids for something more desirous. But regardless, you make no sense.
The commercial in itself is the least entertaining of the Hillshire Farm commercials i have seen yet. They are usually hilarious, but this one wasn't even that funny.
This is the funniest commercial I have seen in a long time. I have loved it from the time I first saw it and even looked it up on the internet so I could watch it over and over again. I love the kid. If children are drawn to the commercial it can give parents an opportunity. Perhaps parents should use the commercial as a teaching moment to explain to children the pros and cons of the concept of selling to the highest bidder. Maybe we also should teach our children to not dwell on the negative they perceive, but to concentrate and focus on turning lemons into lemonade more often!

Package of Hllshire Farms - Lil Smokies sausages, after cooking while eating a piece there was something that I bit into that was hard and sharp and cut the inside of my gums. I spit out the un eaten part and found a small white piece of bone? I saved the uneaten portion and contacted this site.
I found plastic string in my ultra thin ham. I hope I didn't swallow any because it is real long and you can;t break it with your fingers. I pulled out about 8 pieces. I never get that again.
