i received a charge on my credit card on 3-18-08 in the amount of 63.74 for norton annual renewal despite the fact than i no longer have the service for a great while...i would really appreciate if you could reimburse me for that amount that was wrongfully billed in the amount of 63.74 and the reference#is MT080790104000010155562

I was sent notice of being charged automatically
for an additional 12 months. That's pretty absurd
as I've been using a Mac for almost a year. I'll seek
to contest this charge on my VISA. Ridiculous.
The computer I initially used Norton was over
2 years ago and ignored their requests to renew.
Ugly aspect of high tech thievery. On examining
the account records-there are NO details listed.
No record I approved an auto renewal. I've always declined any form of on-line auto renewals.
