On Friday October 16, 2015 at 11:18 pm CST I stopped in to use restroom but was told that the restroom was closed for remainder of night. This station is supposed to be open 24 hours. I went to this particular station to use restroom because that is where i stop to buy gas and cigarettes. This station is always clean and the cashiers are usually very friendly and nice. I dont understand why the restroom would be closed unless it is out of order or the cashier is just apparently just lazy. I actually had bought cigarettes earlier the same day. I just dont appreciate the cashier telling me so rudely that the restroom is closed for rest of night and looking down her nose rolling her eyes at me like i didnt deserve to use it. I wasnt purchasing anything this particular time but I do stop there frequently. It was my favorite station and as huge as Exxon is, I know customer service is or should be very important.
