Gas stove not burning so please provide solution
Dear sir
I have some face issue at my gas cylinder but no any response through bharat gas distribution point chero (nalanda) bihar he is saying I have no any technical manpower so I have no any help day before yesterday I have refile gas cylinder and I do online payment but no any service for gas cylinder home delivery because I have till date other districts for job purpose then I help our friends then receive gas cylinder but gas cylinder some technical issues because gas stove not burning then I call to dealership but no any response.
So I request you pls legal action asap for better service.

The office timing is from 9:30am till 5:30pm. The staff is usually available at 9:30am except the cashier. Staff says he comes in at 10:30am only everyday. I have applied for a new connection and unable to make payment as the cashier is not available before 10 and I can't wait as my office starts 10. Bharat Gas should look into this sheer indiscipline on part of the cashier.

I am 65 year old retired senior citizen. Last year my LPG subsidy was stopped due to income more then 10 lakhs.
My pension is Rs 27434.00 per month. Last year I got a rear of my service.(one time ).so my subsidy was stopped.
My yearly income is much less then 10 lakhs from all the sources and will remain less.
I have submitted my request application to start my subsidy to my agency on 25.08.2018 with the Income Tax Return for [protected].
I request to restart subsidy on my LPG connection at the earliest, as I am senior citizen.

excess charging for domestic cylinder
I have a connection with Padhmavathy Bharat gas agency, Selaiyur, Tambaram East, Chennai 600073. For consecutive second month the gas delivery person is charging INR860 for delivering the cylinder at first floor. We have also engaged bharatgas in the past in Mumbai and lived in 10th floor, never faced this kind of overcharging there. Here in Chennai the deliver person is very kind enough to insist higher cost and not ready to collect the billed amount INR808. I strongly lodge a complaint on such behaviour and wish to get it corrected immdtly.

I have a new connection Bharat Gas from Saraswati gas agency Yamunanagar Haryana pin code no 135001. Sir I m not received time to time my refill delivery. When I m going to agency they are not me satisfied answers. My first booking refill date aug month but I m not received any refill. Till date they asked me refill delivery tommrow tommrow. unethical behaviour from bpcl gas agency (jyothi gas agencies, tripunithura, ernakulam) - denied to change the leaking regulator
We are using the BPCL gas connection from 03.06.1989. Today after 27 years of usage we approached the same gas agency from where we are availing the other services of getting monthly gas cylinders etc for the replacement or buying a new regulator as the existing regulator found leaking. However they rejected stating its a regulator from IOC not of us. We never changed the regulator till date, and so itself we don't know how we got a IOC regulator being a BPCL gas consumer. Since we are in urgency of chaning it we requested them to give a new one by taking the price, they were rudly rejected even without thinking the serious consequences may happen because of this leaking regulastor. We don't have any connection of IOC. Then how we will get a IOC regulator. Being a consumer of BPCL after checking the consumer details and taking the seriousness of the situation they could have ready to give a new regulator after taking money. My parents are aged of 75 for father anf 71 for mom, staying alone in Kerala. Sitting in Bangalore I am getting tensed as the agency denied to replace or give a new regulaor on payment to my dad of 75 years old. How irresponsibly they responded is really making me irritated

Distributor is not giving any bill whatever amount we are paying for each cylinder. They are not explaining the reason why they are not giving bill. They are not coming for 6 monthly check of the system. Some time they are taking extra money for each cylinder. If we asking all why they are doing all these, they are saying that they will not supply the cylinder to us. Please take care of it.

I booked my booked my gas on 16th april 2015 but till on 24th may 2015 I am unable to receive my cylinder. my consumer no. is. 982. my booking no. is. 7184. & my dealer name is prem gas agency katihar. please kindly do something regarding this. I complaint so many times to my dealer but there is no response from there side.
vijay enterprise of bharat gas is not providing service and office attendants are very rude

My name is mrs. nina prasad and my bharat gas customer id: [protected] enrolled with vijay enterprise, attibele, bangalore-562107.
I request you, educate you attendants about the process and customer handling as they are very arrogant and this is not happening for the first time. please find below the incidents:-
1. on 13-dec-2104 I went to vijay enterprise to submit form4 for attaching my bank account with my gas connection. the attendant asked me to give the adhar card, address proof and form3. I said all these are not required, as the requirements are clearly mentioned in the form4. but all the three attendants were very rude and adamant on this and they didn’t accept my form4. when I wanted to talk to their manager and owner, they denied to provide me the contacts. (complain id: 330175)
2. on 25-nov-2014, I booked for gas refill via my mobile:[protected] and booking reference number is [protected]. on 29-nov-2014, I got a message that the gas has been delivered, whereas I haven’t received the refill. I complained about the same on 13-dec-2104m, but instead of taking complain, the attendant and the manager started asking of the gas book for verification instead of checking their system. when I wanted to talk to their manager and owner’s number, they denied to provide me the contacts and they didn’t booked my complaint either (complain id: 330177)
3. whenever the delivery boy comes for gas delivery, they demand rs.50/- for delivery service. my house is just 3km from vijay enterprise and the delivery happens on ground floor.
4. whenever you need some form, they will not have it and the photocopy shop owner next to vijay enterprise is selling the same form for rs.5, hinting manager is taking commission from the photocopy guy.
5. when my gas connection was transferred from ramamurthy nagar to attibele, then also vijay enterprise’s manager demanded exuberant amount to issue the new book.

Hello Sir,
One of the victim from Bowenpally area Secunderabad.
Our Bharat gas distributor is M/s Rajeshwara gas agencies, Kompally.
The problem is I am their customer for last 3 years ad it has never happened that we receive the gas on time as promised.
Their phone lines are always engaged! It will be highly difficult to get the gas cylinder delivered in 20 days. It always takes minimum of 20 days to deliver after repeated calls and pleading them and this time they have crossed the limits its already been 25 days and yet no sign of cylinder and when i called the lady who picked up the phone dropped the call without any explaination.
I have tried various means to bring it to the note of authorities concerned. However I see lot of vendors and shop keepers getting cylinders from their store directly without any connection! This you can witness when you visit their shop.
I believe Bharat gas should look into it seriously and to improve the services.
Please Sir, do look into the matter and do the needful.

G.H.Road mayiladurai and its contact number is. [protected]. booking was made on 19th of may 2014 and still now gas has not been delivered when ever we call they say invoice has been made it wil deliver today every day it is been said the same and every booking we face the same issue, if forced for delivery they say ladies to come and take the delivery such threatening way. whenevr they deliver late they ask for fifty rs extra for delivery facing so huge problem here, please help us. they do same with many people all are harrased heavily and here we face much trouble as we are north indians and language problem. ladies are been harassed. kindly help us and please cancel licence of such agencies who trouble public and treat us with harassment are they giving us free cylinders ? kindly do the need full thank u .. my contact number [protected] jai hind.

HI Team, am a consumer of BharatGas with his distributor dhanalakshmi gas agency jermiah road vepery chennai 7, today a guy delivered a cylinder, and home people paid him rs 410, which is more than billed amount, but the guy who delivered took back the cylinder and asking to pay rs 420, and threatended the home people, used abusive words, if this exists anymore, am going to complaint in consumer court and also to the grevience, Customer ID :18268 bill num CMNo:145809, if action is not taken, will take legal steps against the agency and also towards the guy who delivered,

Instead of delivering my subsidized cylinder for booking dated 12 January, 2014 you raised a fresh booking on your own and have sent to me the cylinder with market rate. This morning, status of above mentioned booking was "P" (Pending), Now you have just changed it as "D" with back date (22 Jan 2014) without delivering cylinder to my home.
Repeated complaints and visits to your office never serve any purpose, just refer the complaint history in attached pdf. Not a single complaint has been addressed, Shame on you!

We have recently shifted from Mumbai to Ahmednagar. We have transferred our Gas Connection of Bharat Gas from Mumbai to ANR.
My spouse has been visited to Anand Agency, Vaiduwadi, Ahmednagar (MS) 414003 several times to get Gas Cylinder. She got some funniest answers instead of the Gas Connection. Answers from the concerns as below :-
1. Why dont you try some another dealer.
2. New Connection is not available. Many people like you are waiting for the same.
3. Shortage of Gas Connections as supply made to uttarakhand.
4. Owner is not available today.
5. Come after 2-3 days.
My spouse is visiting almost from a month and at present we have taken the Gas Cylinder from our neighbour on temporary basis.
We really do not understand that.. are we customer for a reputed Company or Beggar, as we need to beg several times to take a single Gas Connection, which is transferred from one city to another city.
