Continuing notices of expiration

I have renewed the antivirus subscription and I am still plagued with notices telling me they have expired. If I check they do not expire until 6/09. I have confirmation orders for both computers and I would like the notices to stop. It disrupts my library patrons trying to use the computer. If you need more information such as order #'s etc., Please call me between 1p.m. and 4p.m. Tu-Fr MDT.
