Circle K review: Unauthorized charges

Fuel pumps display buttons do NOT work and pumps will not print reciept.
This is common at this location but after noticing unusual charges for fuel in my account I decided to go inside for a receipt. The buttons don't work and not able to select NO to a car wash it times out to default. The pump is automatically adding a basic car wash to your purchase. I used this pump at 2:36 pm on a Sunday. This pump has probably charges 1000 ppl that extra charge before me. I asked that the pump be shut down but that request was denied. The women working also acted very strangely when I asked to see a manager. Non was available. I wasn't even allowed to no the name of the manager or a time to call. I called again the following Monday and the staff once again acted as though the manager's name and time to call back was confidential. Once I had called the manager he complained that the customers were damaging the printers and pumps. He seemed unable to comprehend my call to inform him about the need to call maintenance for his defective fuel pump. Is this a defective piece of equipment or a scam to steal money from motorist? No printed receipt on 20k gallons of fuel and they are adding a basic wash to everyone? This requires an investigation and audit. I caught this and they insisted on keeping the receipt... I insisted on a copy of the original. Nobody at this location was helpful, they were aggressive and tried to talk over the subject. This makes me think something perhaps illegal is happening and not a simple equipment malfunction.
