Chick-fil-A Food and customer service

Today is April 12/23 it was around lunchtime 12 o’clock. I ordered food online when I went up to the drive-through two men that were out on the line were wonderful and very polite as far as the other people which was three other women, one that confirmed my order the other two were bringing out food orders I got passed up a couple of times I got to the window and still food orders were being sent to cars in back of me I finally got my food by. I think a supervisor that was supervising the outside people and she wasn’t very nice. She didn’t say thank you or how are you or my pleasure? Instead, she complain, saying that food was being sent out of order I heard her say this to a car in front of me, I don’t think that was very professional and I’ve never seen a disorganized. Chick-fil-A is much is the one in pleasant prairie wisconsin every Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to have been very professional, but not this one. This is very sad. when I didn’t receive my food, everything was cold the people that were outdoors, except for the two boys that they originally took the orders are professional. The other 3 girls were not professional or helpful

Desired outcome: Have my food served hot and not messy have chick fil a box less greasy and go back to being nice and professional especially supervisor that is outside training or helping

Chick-fil-A My order took 20 minutes , my lunch break is 30 mins. I had to get a refund waste of my unpaid lunch break.

Survey code [protected] , my first initial receipt check 6653 order 4/4/23 at 3:17 pm .

I only had 9 mins left of my lunch break refund ticket Check #6653 4/4/23 at 3:38 survey code : [protected] . Refund 21minutes later. We are not paid for our lunches.

No sorry.

The person who took my order confirmed how long l have been waiting.

Desired outcome: Compensation for time lost via voucher towards a meal. I work for a major airline. Ana Miluszusky 12229 Goodland Court, Manassas, Va 20112. My hourly wage is 32.00/hr. I did not eat that day, l was so upset. No one cares.

Chick-fil-A expired food in the kitchen and workplace bullying

I am recently retiring from working for CFA dumfries 03185

In this store you constantly see the traps that the kitchen director Hector Sica and Carlos Torres make to force us to change the expired chicken stickers every morning so that everyone believes that it is fresh chicken that they are selling, they do not comply with the measures of food safety all for saving labor cost, breaders touch everything dressed in yellow.

None of this can be reported to superiors because they are always threatening to fire you or take away work hours. Hector Sica and Carlos Torres always insinuate on us asking for sex in exchange for work benefits or a higher-ranking shirt. I hope my complaint is read or heard and investigate these sick stalkers

Chick-fil-A Drive thru ordering.

I had stopped by your restaurant in Chattanooga sopping center located at 12301 Chattanooga plaza Midlothian Va at 1:35 3/25. While in the the lane to order we can’t see the posted menu. We asked to see a menu and not one of these order takers had a menu to offer us. We had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring a menu.

We placed the order. While waiting for them to provide our orders others were given their orders and we were still waiting. It took us about 20 minutes to get the order.

Desired outcome: I would first like to see Chic fil a correct this by having all order takers a menu to offer your customers. We were late to our destination. A couple of free coupons to offset the the situation.

Chick-fil-A Order

I just visited your Wilkes Barre, PA location placed my order when I was told the total I knew something wasn't right. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my order the nice gentleman went over my order which was wrong. He apologized and retook my order I paid and was told to wait in the VIP lot. My order was brought to my car and I was told everything was correct. When I got back to my office the one person ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal which was on my receipt but was given 3 chicken nuggets. When I called the restaurant I was told I had to bring the food and the receipt back. Impossible we are only given a certain amount of time for lunch and it is a 20 minute drive one way. This is unacceptable and a poor way to do business. The woman who answered the phone said she was a manager and was rude and not helpful at all. If this is the kind of people that you hire myself and my business which I work for will go elsewhere. my order number was 2352900 transaction number 2352900 order date 3/7/2023 12:02 pm my e mail is [protected]@gmail.com I would like some kind of response as to how this is going to be handled.

Chick-fil-A Customer service

I stopped by Chick-Fil- on my way to work this morning. I ordered the 4 count chicken minis and a Cobb salad. While still at the drive thru window, I checked my bag and the minis were not in the bag. My husband told the cashier, he first asked to see the receipt which was fine, I'm sure he wanted to see if I had actually paid for the minis. After checking the receipt, he asked if he could see my bag. He insinuated that I was lying about not getting the minis. This was very offensive to me. I patronize Chick-Fil-A regularly and this was very insulting.

I called back within 5 minutes of leaving and asked for the manager. I didn't get his name, but I expressed my dissatisfaction. His response was very

lackadaisical, without a real apology. I've always said Chick-Fil-A is top notch in customer service, but today that was not the case.

Chick-fil-A Waffle fries

We always ask to have our fries crispy. This has never been a problem or an issue. Tonight, 12/20/22, at 6:30pm, at the Gallatin Pike restaurant, at Rivergate mall, we were told "we can't do that". Why is it that this store can't leave our fries in the grease 2 or 3 minutes longer when every other chik fil a can? I'm currently eating some wonderful nuggets with crappy, soggy fries.

Desired outcome: Answer my question and find out why.

Chick-fil-A Service

Hello,

There is a Chic fil-a store located walking distance from my home on Atlantic Ave. and 33rd street in Long beach, Calif.

I was excited when they opened up, but my experience with that location has been disappointing.

When they first opened up, I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. When I received my order, the fries were cold. I let that pass because they were new, and I assumed they were trying to

adjust / train.

The next time I went I ordered a sandwich with extra pickles, and I received no pickles at all.

The last time I went I ordered biscuit sandwich and requested honey. I received no honey.

I hate that I have to drive to other locations to get decent service. I feel that this location does not reflect the brand on Chick fil-a, and that is why I'm writing you . Hopefully they can get it together soon.

Chick-fil-A Dog in store

Do you allow dogs in your stores ?

I just went to a chick-fil-A in Brownsville Tx.

Location is 2150 Ruben Torres Brownsville texas

A costumer went to this location on 11-18-22 around 12:40 pm with a dog, it was not a service dog or police dog, it was a regular dog.

The manager was advised by another employee and he said it was ok.

Is that ok to have a dog inside the restaurant?

Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich 2 of them and an order of tenders

I visited the store in National City, on 24th st. previous visits great. This was on 10/18/2022 @ 1 PM, I was really looking to the tender juicy chicken on the way home I tried the tenders and much to my chagrin they tasted salty. I specified no pickels which was the only part of the order that was right, when I got home I discovered on the bag that I was given SPICYN CHICKEN, I spent 4 years in Fla. during my 22 year Navy career and really love southern chicken so to say it was a disappointment would be an understatement. Chick-fil-A incomplete order given

I went to Chick-fil-A on Tampa Rd. in Oldsmar, Fl, phone # [protected]. Date was 10/1/22 at 6:09 pm.

I tried driving around the building 4 times to get into the drive-in ordering line but the way it was set up you had to get into the line right where the people picking up their food were leaving, so that made it very difficult to even find where I was supposed to start. Barriers were set up all around the front of the building so you couldn't get into the order line from there.

When I finally made it to the window to pick up the food, the girl handed me a bag and said here's your order. I had asked for milkshakes only to be told the shake machine was broken. So I ordered the ice cream cups to take to my husband in the hospital, along with 2 chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.

I glanced in the bag and thought the cups were in the bottle of the sack, so drove off and went to the hospital. Upon getting there and taking out the food for us to eat, I discovered there was no ice cream included. It was too far to go back.

I felt the whole experience with Chick-fil-A was very disappointing. I am asking for my money to be refunded for the ice creams-----a total of $3.30. I paid with a CC. Total bill was $15.33. The register was 56, and Tran Seq. No. is: 7624248. Cashier was Alexsus. Operator is William Firk.

I think the business could be better at handling and setting up their ordering lines. I also think the sandwiches are dry since there is only a pickle or two and no sauce. It would be nice to know that you have to order whatever sauce you want on it to make it more palatable. Just my two cents worth!

Chick-fil-A Macaroni and cheese

On Wednesday, September 28, 2022 I purchased the following order on my Chick-fil-A app:

3 large sweet teas

2 medium macaroni and cheese

The cups were less then 1/2 full! This is certainly not the first time it happened but today hit me wrong. Your staff ought to be trained to fill up a cup. It’s bad enough to wait 40 minutes in line to receive your order but then to get home and find that 2 medium cups are less then half full! I combined both cups and it still did not fill to top!

Desired outcome: Money returned to my app or at least 2 free macaroni and cheese credited to my account.

Chick-fil-A No food no refund

Only gave me 1 order of chicken

Replaced other 3 orders with brownies

I wanted refund as I couldn’t go home with only 1 meal - employees acknowledged missing food, apologized repeatedly but advised no refunds and I have to keep brownies (I didn’t order ) and fries

I still have fries, Mac and cheeses and brownies in your bag and I would like a full refund of the 41.33 paid for food not received

Chick-fil-A Irvine location

Very dirty, Yelp has pictures of roaches, no one follows protocol. I left a review on Yelp because the chick filet here is absolutely awful, it doesn’t even seem like the same restaurant. On Yelp you will find an accumulation of bad and very insightful reviews, many with pictures even. I am just so curious why this branch is left and allowed to continue operating like this! No one says my pleasure, employees are very unkind and rude, I am completely done having anything to do with this establishment. It’s kind of sad because I really valued what your company supposedly once stood for.

Desired outcome: Someone to intervene or for the department of health and safety to come out and evaluate this restaurant.

Chick-fil-A Waffle Fries

I go every Tuesday, without fail and for the last few months the fries have been so hard that I end up giving them to my husband. I do not enjoy a fry that is like a rock. Should I say something to the manager or is that your job? I go to the Concord Twp., Delaware County, PA Place and I go in the late morning time if that matters.

Chick-fil-A Wood being in my salad

Good afternoon,

This letter is in regards to my food experience @ Chick fil-A. I submitted this letter to headquarters and I have not received a phone call, email or any other correspondences regarding this issue. Please see my letter below.

11/16/21

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Nya-Little. My email address is nya.[protected]@gmail.com I purchased a southwestern salad from the Chick fil-A located in Willow Grove Mall, PA. A few weeks ago. I ate half of the salad when I looked down an unknown item at first I thought it was a chicken bone. However, when I pulled it apart I discovered that it was wood. I contacted the Manager from that store who was very apologetic and he offered to refund me my money for the salad. I graciously declined.

The purpose of this letter is to reiterate the severity of this situation. It’s traumatizing and I felt very uneasy wondering or not if I or my Children had digested any particles of wood. This situation is quite disturbing, Chick fil-A has been a staple in my home, I’m a signature member, and my family eats there at least once or twice a week. I admire the customer service and the quality of the food up until this incident occurred.

I have already spoken to my lawyer who has advise me to make contact with you first before proceeding with further action. I have also kept the piece of wood just in case I need to send pictures or mail it in to your quality control department.

In addition, please understand that I do not take this incident lightly this was a traumatic experience for me and I’m requesting that I be compensated appropriately. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me @ [protected]

Chick-fil-A Regular chick-fil-a sandwich

On April 7, 2022 at 12:06pm. Order number 448403. I ordered the #1 with no butter on the bun and no pickle. The sandwich that I received was burnt! Have you ever had or seen a burnt chick-fil-a patty? It was Gross to say the least. It was hard and even harder to try to bite and eat it. Chick-fil-a sandwiches are known for a certain taste and this was not it. This was a burned chicken sandwich. Just horrible

Desired outcome: Refund for the sandwich or coupon for another sandwich however I was at an airport location and I do know when or if ever I’ll be in the airport again

Chick-fil-A Good & Service

We’ve always enjoyed eating at Chick-Fil-A until this experience in Bellevue NE. The customer service was terrible. There were teen boys “working” & they were joking with each other. The tables or floors weren’t clean. They were not very friendly at all. The food wasn’t like what we used to get. The lettuce was not green leafy lettuce like we always got before, and tomatoes were not ripe. The buns seem to fall apart. It’s way too expensive & no “southern hospitality”. What happened to the conservative people who used to work for Chick-Fil-A?

Chick-fil-A Food

I ordered a meal at the drive thru at the location on College Drive in Suffolk, Va. When the food was received the nuggets were cold and the lemonade tasted like diet ( which I did not order). I have been to this location numerous times and never experienced any issues. The day was Saturday (3/5/2022 ) and time was 4:04 pm.
