Chaturbate review: My account got permanently banned

So I created an account there and it was working very well. My username was Anaconda2350. I loved working for them and I made good money on the platform. One day I told my friend we could work together and I wanted to introduce her to the site. She was very happy because she had just lost her parents and didn't have a job. So I wet and picked her up and brought her to my house. Luckily she had a passport and I created an account for her. I added her as a guest in my room and added my username to her profile as a guest too. I thought that was the way its done and so I did it. After that we went online and talked to people hanged out there for like 6 hrs and then all of a sudden my both our accounts got suspended. I felt so bad and I tried to email the support team. The replied to me telling me my user agreement ID didn't match my passport Birth month. I had no idea I took out my ID and passport and I checked to my suprise they were right.

That problem was because in my country while applying for ID when I turned 18 we used parents copy of ID to get an ID not a Birth certificate and also as you can imagine at that time I was young and it was my very first ID. There was an error and while I was getting registered instead of them typing I was born in March they wrote May. When I was applying for a passport my Birth certificate was mandatory to get it. And that's when everything differed from ID. I didn't even have know there was a problem because even at the Passport registration office they didn't even say anything. It even never caught my attention to check I thought everything matched.

After my account being banned I went got a lawyer went to court and changed everything and I was given an affidavit. I went ahead changed everything including my Bank account information, Phone information and Tax information. Now everything has been changed and I got a new ID. Problem is I tried to explain it to Chaturbate Support team but its all falling to deaf ears. No one is reading my emails no matter how much I explain they just ignore me even after asking me to explain it and provide them with the documents. Now am left wondering if its because am in Afrika that am not heard or is it just discrimination because I have everything they need.

Plus before I worked in a studio and my boss tried to explain it but no one replied. I hope this time somebody will help me because all the accounts I make they get banned automatically and I cant get verified. Kindly if you can help me I would appreciate it.
