Royalty Payment 7 Months Past Due. I am an artist that has been designing items for zazzle for over 4 years. All of a sudden my payments have been put on hold, the reason I have been given is that I have not filled out there payment form correctly. All of a sudden I have to prove who I am. They have been sending payments to me for 3 and a half years and now I can't get hold of any one at zazzle to figure out what the problem is. I have tried many times to find out what the problem is. If you call customer service you are put on hold for at least 30 minutes, ( unbelievable how bad). I get the...

/I purchased a cute iphone 6 case from this website: http://www.zazzle.com. The order was placed on 11/27/14, and as of 12/11/14 i still haven't received the product. I tried to call the customer service phone line but there was no one be able to pick up the call. I sent email and no one responded to it. As what it says on the website, it only takes 4-7 business days for the product to be delivered. I will definitely dispute the charge....

BEWARE! Zazzle.com is awful. Made a purchase on Dec. 1. December 10 still did not receive item, but credit card was charged. Tried emailing and calling, but no response. Finally, 3 days later, Zazzle.com emailed me back to say the item was never picked up by the carrier and to SEND ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND! How can I send something back when I never received it? When I called customer service, they left me on hold until closing time and never answered the phone. I am still waiting for a refund. Go to stamps.com, shutterfly.com, tinyprints.com - anywhere, but here....

I ordered invitation for my daughter's first birthday... First they sent me the wrong set of cards. Requesting them to send the correct order takes forever to process. Calling them makes it even worse, you have to wait 30 minutes to talk to an agent. They don't care about their consumer. Never use this company this will make your life miserable....

Order for wedding stationery was short by both invitations and envelopes. Tried to email them but after several tries you are blocked on submitting a complaint. Useless company obviously not trustworthy or responsive....

Ordered 2 mugs 11 days ago(12-29-13)-received one mug with a receipt saying both mugs were in this very small box so I emailed them and asked them-where is my other mug? and got back a response for me to look "very" good inside this small box-to make sure I didn't miss the other mug! ha! so I responded that I looked and if they do not send me the other mug -to take it off my cc bill asap! I have ordered from them before so was" un "pleasantly surprised this had happened so no matter what happens after this-they have lost another customer! If I am not happy with what happens...

The website itself is great. My customer service hero Leonard was awesome and did the best he could to help me the 2 times my order was canceled. Once for a design thought to be infringing on copyrights and another because the same desing wouldn't work for embroidering. Awful policy not to just place order on hold and call customer to discuss problems. Wasted SOOO much time recreating items for replacing orders.

Sweatshirt printing great on 1 of 3 items, other 2 very askew. in process of sending pictures to Zazzle. Not sure yet how this will be handled. Fingers crossed I have...

I ordered 2012 Christmas cards in early November. They arrived and were printed crooked. I requested a return and replacement cards before Thanksgiving. The request was granted and I received an email that they were being reprinted and would mail out soon. It took two more requests and a phone call (with a 15 minute wait) to apparently actually get the cards printed. They are now in the mail and tracking to arrive on Christmas Eve even though I was assured by customer service they would arrive immediately by courier. Horrible experience and I will never deal with zazzle.com again....

As a seller, they'll do anything to keep the little money you made. They rely on the slavery of others. The most anyone can make, doing full time with amazing art, would probably just be hundreds. Not all it's made out to be.

As a buyer, everything is over priced. I get phone cases from skinit.com instead. Zazzle just seams to be one giant money machine and I don't like that... wouldn't reccomend....

Placed the order and the address got messed up. They never told me it failed to deliver and there was no communication until some spam requesting a satisfaction survey. I filled out their contact form and still no email communication. No way to call them. I suspect it will get handled but it will probably take more time....

This was the WORST online experience I have ever had. I ordered my wedding invitations and accessories and they came out all different sizes. They didn't match. . .the quality of the paper is CHEAP. I could have gotten better quality if I went to the local drug store and picked up a package of invitations. What is worse, when I called Customer Service, the rep was mean, insulting, and kept saying the same thing "you made the mistake" and "this is our policy". His supervisor was even worse. . .said the same phrases over and over again. They rude and insensitive and did not...

Zazzle is very selective about what they refuse to print due to "Design contains a trademarked image or text." This particular design had a modified Fox News logo on it. The design was not being offered for sale, but rather for personal use.

(I have had an online retail presence on zazzle for the past 8 months - 18 products, 15 images.)

The logo was substantially the same as 8 other items on their site that were being offered for sale in other stores. I provided zazzle with links to the similar items and requested that they print the personal use items I had...

I ordered baby shower invitations from them and when I received them, the printing was awful. I gave them a chance to redo the invitations and have them sent to me, waited 5 days for this process to take place, only to find out they never sent the invitations at all. I ordered them from another company and had to pay rush shipping of $20 to get them to me because the baby shower date was fast approaching, and asked zazzle to reimburse me and they wouldn't. They did reimburse me for my order with them, but still fell short in my eyes because they not only wasted my money, but my time as well....

The last time I saw a company that inspired so much disappointment (really, how many birthdays, weddings and anniversaries can one organization f**k up?), frustration with crappy service/ wrong orders, and outright anger over customer service was Clear Wire. I ordered buttons in plenty of time for them to arrive in time for a party I was having then also paid extra for expedited shipping. The buttons were stock, not customized. I also requested notification if they would not be delivered on time. I received no notice yet the buttons arrived AFTER my party. This site makes promises it cannot deliver....

Purchased a girl's "parrot design" t-shirt from www.birdorable.com. Purchase transaction is brokered through www.zazzle.com.
Bad enough that the shirt was over-priced at $25, when shipping was added in the complete transaction came out to $35.09 USD. Then exactly 31 days later I am billed again for a "Black Membership". Apparently, when you make your first purchase with them, they enroll you for a trial membership somewhere in the fine print. If you don't cancel the trial membership, they bill you for it 31 days later, which is what has happened in my case....

"This was the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I spent hours trying to make a photo to canvas print as a Christmas gift for a friend and even paid extra to guarantee that the order would arrive before Christmas. I was relieved once the order was processed and happy with the outcome. After more than a day I received an order cancellation email with no explanation. After sending two emails inquiring about the reasons for the cancellation with no response, I spent another couple of hours making another one with a different picture thinking that was the problem. Ordered 1 mug via zazzle.co.uk assuming they would ship from the UK.. but no, it came from the USA. It took 3 WEEKS to get here and when it arrived it was the wrong order!!! They must have some really incompetent people working on the line because apparently this happens quite a bit. I'm still waiting for a response from them but it's already Dec 12th so based on their turnaround time i won't be able to get my actual order in time for Xmas :(

Furthermore, they don't even have a UK phone number. Their ONLY support number is in the U.S. and i couldn't even get...

Interestingly enough, when I was asked if I was satisfied with my experience and clicked "no", I was brought to an invalid link. When I clicked "yes" I was brought here. hmmm. Well, after a bad 2010 experience in which my 10 not customized christmas cards took over a month just to ship, I thought I would give Zazzle another chance. This time I placed another order of about 10 or so Christmas cards. I received the cards. Yay Zazzle...Ohh, but the envelopes. I was mailed fewer envelopes than the cards I purchased. Come on Zazzle. Booo Its a shame because I think the cards available...
