I have a warranty on my new Lenovo computer. I called for support and was told that I would have to purchase support for the issue at hand and got talked into purchasing Lenovo Premium Support to cover 3 computers and peripheral devices. I called for help and was on the phone over an hour for a fairly simple issue...the networking is crappy and the Lenovo machine in the primary on the network. I was unable to access my label printer from a 2nd computer (had been accessing in previously) so instead of figuring it out myself I thought it would be quicker to call for the support i paid for. Heck no....

Hello sir,
I have Purchased Lenovo A800 mobile (IMEI no. 862741014614206) in local market ahmedabad. My phone's big problem is hitting too much and I contact to Lenovo Authorized service centre in ahmedabad and he check to my phone and said to me that problems of hitting is depend on Mother board Parts(I.C.) of Lenovo A800 and we don't have parts. We Request for Parts Of Lenovo on 04/10/2013 and that have not coming parts till date.
So my phone is pending 14 days or more to Lenovo Authorized service centre.
Please help me

I have bought a thinkpad s230 from Lenovo outlet, when I ordered it, I have three different choices: new, refurbished, used. the new one is $420+, and with a windows 7 + 500gb harddisk, so I selected the new one. After I received the machine, I found that the machine is not in a origin plastic bag and the box was opened(as the describes in Lenovo website, the new one is a un-open-box return) and the power supply was missing. I really think Lenovo is a great brand with nice innovative products but unfortunately I do not think I'll buy another computer from this company again due to its lack of reliability and horrible customer service here in Brazil!

I've bought a new Lenovo Yoga (top line, i7, 256gb ssd, 8gb ram) in May (2013.05.17), when visiting US (San Francisco – Microsoft Store). It was not cheap at all (~ US$ 1.400 + taxes) but I thought it would be worthy for a differentiated product. I could not be more wrong.

I bought a Lenovo laptop from Fry's Electronics in Anaheim. They said in the ad that it was a core 2 quad core processor as that is what it said on the box. I started the computer and it also said that on the settings, core 2 quad core. After windows updated it now reads as a core 2 duo processor....

I bought Lenovo notebook and a case. It came in two different shipments. The notebook case was returned to Lenovo as I moved to a different address and wasn't able to receive the package. I contacted Lenovo four times and requested the case to be resent to me. Actually last two times, I just requested a refund. Nothing has been processed so far. The first contact I made was in January 2013. The customer service is terrible, terrible, terrible. I may try to solve this problem one more time but for now I feel really discouraged....

Ordered Laptop online directly from Lenovo. Unit arrived as promised via UPS and looked to be in great condition (aka no mishandling in shipping). Opened up and unit looked great, powered up and Windows 8 Setup came up and all was well, until we tried to make a wireless connection to oru WiFi. I am somewhat computer savvy so I checked the device manager and saw no wireless device listed as installed or having issues with drivers. NWG3STX model Lenovo ThinkPad X1 series notebook was bought to our company on July 7th 2012. Almost 90% of the notebooks in our company are Lenovo. Although it is written that the device has 5 hours of battery life on the website of Lenovo, it only goes to 2.5 hours. Since July we couldn't explain that it has got only 2.5 hours of battery life. Bought Lenovo desktop in July 2012. By August 2012, it started having software issues. Call the company, they referred me to an outside software company that charged me over $300.00 to fix!

Then a week later doing same thing, called back and they redid the clean out system and same thing just keeps happening.

So I call Lenovo AGAIN, FOR THE THIRD TIME. And they say, “who told you to call this outside company” UM YOU did!

Now they say Well for a $100.00 we will fix it all up for you. WHAT?????????

I have one of the Lenovo G570 Laptops.

One can smell bad deals in the details like Lenovo having done a deal with Microsoft to install an Operating System on the hard drive, but NOT giving you a copy of the OS on a DVD, to reinstall it, in case the OS crashed or a new HDD was needed etc...

So since I despise Microsoft with an absolute passion for just being despicably stupid, greedy and unethical and in general - and all their "drop you in a hole" stunts like these, just to trick the consumer into buying ANOTHER copy of the OS, when the installed operating...

I purchased a Lenovo Z570 in early February, 2010. From the moment I purchased it the touchpad was troublesome, randomly calling up touchpad icons. I sent the computer back to the Repair[?] Depot on three occasions. The first time they merely put in new drivers (which made a total of four new drivers, counting the drivers the on-line techs installed). The second time the claimed to have installed a new touchpad. I'm a new Lenovo customer. In Oct., I purchased a Thinkpad E420 from an online retailer. I had heard good things about the product and felt good about the purchase. That ended very soon. About three weeks later, the laptop would not start up. Rather than try to return the computer through the online retailer, I opted to contact Lenovo as the computer was still under warranty. That was a big mistake! I should have tried to return the computer and get a refund as soon as trouble started brewing because dealing with Lenovo's customer service and trying to get my machine repaired/replaced...

I bought lenovo computer half a year ago. Then one day the screen just went out of order. To be honest, I did not do anything wrong. The company refused a computer replacement, and ask for $300 for repair fee. Not only the quality is horrible, but also the service. They promise me they will file a consumer complaint and they will contact me in 3-5 business days. Now two weeks passed and I did not receive any response.
So never buy lenovo product, or you should expect similar experience. As a chinese, I hope the company will go bankrupt in the next few years....

I have recently bought a lenevo ideapad z series model, its brand new and I am really very damn frustrated about the wi-fi connections which keeps on dropping frequently, i have others laptops too which works fine but my lenevo ideapad keeps on dropping the wireless connection. More worst is it identifies the network but not able to connect to it. I dont know whether its a hardware problem or software(driver). Hell this is purely cheating though there is a warranty option but its the second day and the problem has started, what would happen in future. I think no one should buy Lenovo machines...
