Lenovo Orders are not being delivered and cannot process refund

Order#: 1002643614339 - Value: €1, 275.99
Order#: 206490562239 - Value: €827.18
Order#: 206494902239 - Value: €547.49

We are a Lenovo PRO Elite Partner, we provide Lenovo Products to our business customers with an annual spending of €50,000 - €100,000 with Lenovo.

Recently, we have experienced one of the worst dealings with Lenovo UK/Ireland. Our new Account manager is not reachable, will not return phone calls. The Customer support team by Digital River is extremely unhelpful Logistic wise is a night mark. We have not received any orders placed in October to November 2021 forcing us to choose a different supplier as we cannot receive the orders, and cannot get a refund.

We have chased up with customer services or sales for at least 20 phone calls and get us nowhere. We are ready to take legal proceedings against Lenovo if the matter not resolves ASAP as to either send out a replacement order or give us a refund for the above orders!

Sincerely:

Peter Thompson
Managing Director

Desired outcome: Refund

Lenovo NEW computer not working properly after repair

I bought a Lenovo 2 weeks after my purchase the computer stopped working, I sent it to the repair shop it took them 2 weeks to fix and when I got the computer back it has this wired clicking noise, when I contacted customer service they where very unhelpful they told me to send it to the same repair shop and to wait another 2 weeks this is such a problem to have for a new laptop since I work online and I am a grad student . The customer service where very unhelpful and they couldn't understand how a total of 1 month for repair is not acceptable for a new computer, this is the worse purchase I have madeand I don't recommend any one by this brand

Desired outcome: quick replacement or refund

Lenovo Customer Service

Product: Lenovo Smart Frame ZA6G0006US
Received: 11/05/2021
Called for support: 11/05/2021

I purchased the frame directly from Lenovo. The user guide had inadequate information on using the product with iPhone so I phoned Lenovo. Not only does their system not offer support for the smart frame at all, but when I called for the third time and spoke with someone in Sales & Chat, the rep told that the company does not make a smart frame! I was shocked, and after I offered the product and serial numbers I asked for info on importing photos from iOS devices. She said that I should not expect to be able to do this, given that this smart frame runs on Android, which she had just read on a web page.

At this point I had to hang up.

How can a multi-national company like Lenovo afford what I just described?

Desired outcome: Add support for the product, which has a warranty

Lenovo Lenovo repair services and communicating with lenovo

Sent a laptop to Lenovo for repair. It took almost three months to get it back. Got it back and discovered repair was not done. Looked up repair status online and discovered repair was "Cancelled." This was after three months without the machine. Spent 3.5 hours trying to call Lenovo Customer Service to discuss. Called 4 numbers over course of 2.5 hours, called a total ore more than 13 times. Each time one of two things happen. Get put in queue, then after 10-15 minutes music stops and don't hear anything on other end. After 5-15 have not choice but to abort call. Second thing that happens is somebody actually answers (this happened 5 times) but am told that I am talking to the wrong department, even though call attendant choices are extremely limited. Tried to hunt down other numbers to call, but only published number us [protected]. At this time I have a broken machine, under warranty, that I can do anything with. Tried to get number for Lenovo corporate. Their number also listed as [protected]. This is Customer Support Hell.

Lenovo Replacement of y cap on keypad

I purchased a new Ideapad S145 in March this year from Computer Mania Hermanus Western Cape South Africa.

The Y cap flipped off and they all say that I must carry in the computer because the entire key board must be replaced. This is crazy as the 3 component replacement set cost a few dollars. They say I MUST have damaged the key and the warranty is therefore not valid.
It's a great Laptop but the key cap is not. The good name of Lenovo is being damaged!
Kindly advise urgently.

Desired outcome: A replacement please !!!!!!

Lenovo Desktop

I placed an order for a desktop 13 weeks ago. My credit card was charged in March and I received a notification that it will be shipped on April 29. I called customer service and launched an investigation. Nobody was able to find an order so far. I was even offered a comparable replacement. An alternative product they offer is not aligned with my job.

Desired outcome: Complete an original order ASAP

Lenovo Warranty extension of my laptop

I bought laptop(Legion) on 25-Dec-2019 and that time an offer going on (if you bought any laptop you get an extra +2yr extented warranty @Rs.999)whose price without offer is approx Rs.10, 000.Due to this offer I bought Lenovo Legion but to get this offer there is an condition that is you have to extend your warrant within 7day of purchase. But when we go for extension of warranty through online on 5th day of purchase I am totally shocked when I see that my warranty has about to expire within 106 days and showing that warranty start date 20/04/2019 and End on 19/04/2020 so I contact lenovo customer support and he said to drop a mail on [protected]@lenovo.com, So i drop a mail a mail to update the purchase date with my bill. but on next day (6th Day from puchase) when I go for to extend my warranty I found my purchase date are not update so I again contact to customercare executive and they said "you should have to wait 7days to process and this time told me to drop a mail on [protected]@lenovo.com, so i do the same i drop mail, they update my purchase date but on (8th days from purchase).

So due to poor service and lack of support to your customer from lenovo, I didn't have to claim my offer.

I contact many depatment of lenovo to extent my laptop warranty @999 offer they always refer one-another within her department to contact and refuse to provide service because this issue not come under his service like police department.

I also drop mail on various lenevo department on regarding this warranty extension like:-
1.[protected]@lenovo.com
2.[protected]@lenovo.com
3.[protected]@ndslindia.com
4.[protected]@ndcommerce.in
5.[protected]@lenovo.com
6.[protected]@lenovoreg.com
7.[protected]@gmail.com

I also get reply from these department but none of them try to solve my problem some of them refer to contact other department, some of them reply i am not able to solve problem regarding this, and some of them also said that next time when this offer come you contact me i extent your warranty but when i contact at offer time there answer is also same I didn't help in this issue and give me an email to drop a message regarding this.

I am tired of playing email-email, live chat, whatsapp-whatsapp.I also wasted 7 month(it's JULY) in the hope of my problem will we fix.
they didn't even try to contact me and personally to explain why they didn't able to extent my warranty? and where is my fault? And now due lockdown I also not able to contact through call.

I only want to extend my warranty if you not able to extend my warranty then I want full REFUND.

Lenovo Rudeness

I called Lenovo to ask when a tech should arrive at my house. The call rep's name was Melvin. I gave him the serial number and he said the laptop was not under mine or my husband's name, which shouldn't be the case as my husband called Lenovo in the first place and was treated nicely. The guy asked if we had a ticket number and I said no, my husband wasn't given one. This rep interrupted me MULTIPLE times, even after I asked him twice not to interrupt me. He pretty much yelled at me there that there is nothing he could do.
I called back to a different department and they were able to help me out. The very thing Melvin did NOT do.

Lenovo machine type:20 qt serial #: r90w1rtn

I would like to share my feedback on my recent purchase Lenovo P1 Gen2 Laptop, which they say is their top line Laptop. I'm really disappointed with the services. It's been 3 months since I bought the laptop and I haven't been able to use it because of its hardware issues. I have been in touch with the support team back n forth, but they are not serious about the issue. It has affected my business and time.
I had to send them my laptop, and now it's been 4 weeks again but they have no idea about my case. I have to call the support team almost every day to find out when they will be sending my laptop back, no- one gives me fair reply

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Lenovo poor customer service

Lenovo, was meant to send 13 items that we paid for, only sent 12. The customer service agents that were assigned to handle this were incapable. They took my contact details, informed me I would receive a call back within the hour, of course I did not receive. this occurred 01.11.19 around 11am
I then, called back on Monday to figure out what is happening with my order at 13.46. the automated voice mail that it referred me to use was full and hung up. I called back, and the lady fought me telling me that she sent me an email in which I still have not received, im aware it does not take half an hour for an email to come through. The lady told me I could not speak to a manager, and my issue cannot be resolved at this time and again I would receive a call back. No customer service agent apologised, or took upon themselves any initiative, they were rude and I am still left with my issue unresolved. Will not be purchasing with this company again.

Lenovo Ideapad 110

Case # [protected].

I bought the above laptop from Best Buy. Since the begining, whenever there is a Microsoft update; the laptop will stop working. I sent it several times, but it was not fixed.

I bought a 2 years extended onsite repair warranty on 6-15-18, but was told it expired in May 2019!

After several calls, Jason (casemanager@ lenovo.com, (919)874-3008) agreed to repair it for last time at no cost. Since 10-4-19, I emailed/called him several times, but no answer!

Lenovo lenovo tablet ip miix 510

I just purchased my tablet in January of this year. I love Lenovo products. This tablet was amazing to me for many different reasons. I am currently in nursing school, which is already extremely stressful and busy, so I love how light the device was. It was also very easy to pack. All of my important information is saved on the tablet. About a week ago the power button just got stuck. I have attempted prying the power button out with a sharp object but my tablet still will not stay on. I did my research and found that this is a common problem. When checking the status of my warranty I found that it expired before I even made the purchase. I was fortunate enough to find my receipt and the warranty was reissued. I then called to file a claim. I was very disappointed to find out the process of repairs. I live in a rural area where we do not have a Best Buy. I was informed that I would have to send it in to be examined prior to repairs to be sure I was not the one who damaged it. When I asked if the noticeable damage to the power key (from me trying to unstick it) would negate my warranty, the lady informed me that she was not sure. Now I am out a tablet with all my important assignments and notes for at least 10 days. I'm not even sure if I will be covered for repairs or replacement at this point. If this is a common problem why wouldn't your company automatically send me a replacement device? I am completely understandable about defective devices but apparently this is not something new. For a such a well known brand, I really thought repair options would be more convenient. For instance, me taking it to a local repair person and being reimbursed for charges. Now I am in a position where I have no computer device and will to commute during business hours like a library to complete school assignments. I am very upset and stressed about the whole thing. I am attaching photos of the power and volume buttons. The damage I have caused to the power button because of trying to pry it out is noticeable. I hope that this complaint is handled seriously. Thank you for you time in reading this. Lenovo has always been a great company to me.

Lenovo depot service for e575

re: case # 408ryqk depot repair
I am writing in regards to a depot repair of my e575 think pad. My wife has spoken to customer service in the teens of times with no remedy. We shipped the computer out on 07/24/19, and have not received it back as of 09/06/19. This is not an acceptable time table for a repair on a machine we rely on in our business. The repair status on your website says "part not available" which I'm certain at this juncture means it will never be available. It is about 2 weeks past the time that a replacement comparable computer with our current HD mirrored to it should have been sent out to us. On top of that we should receive either a new one year warranty on the replacement, or at minimum a 60 day extension on our current warranty. We have been more than patient about this fiasco, but with us not getting a promised return call from a supervisor, and not getting a return call promised by the depot, and having a lead time of 08/26 for the part come and go We hope that trying to solve our problem through this communication will bring this disappointing saga to an end.

Lenovo defective yoga 900

It has been a fact that this product has many cases of the same issue. here is an example of one site where people have been reporting the same problem:

https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Yoga-Series-Notebooks/Yoga-900-won-t-turn-on-SOLVED/td-p/33146

There has not been an easy way to contact them directly to resolve the issue nor they have a recall for this product.

Lenovo lenovo shipping

I ordered a Lenovo T730 from Lenovos website on Monday, July 15th. On Friday the 19th, I check my order to learn that it was cancelled. I call them, and they re ordered it with the same $500 discount and even gave me expedited shipping. That order was scheduled to ship on July 30th and arrive August 2nd. July 30th comes and goes, and I wake up to an email saying "your order was delayed". I called them July 31st, and the employee did not know why it was delayed, but said he could contact the manufacturing support, which was supposed to email me. It is now 6 hours after I called, and no email or call. This is ridiculous. Now, all I can do is wait for "manufacturer support" to contact me.

Lenovo thinkpad p51

I purchased this laptop in Feb 2018 and so far I replaced the fan and the keyboard! I lost all my school work and all my projects! And it takes for ever to fix it. I bought this laptop because I thought it will be a perfect fit for heavy rendering programs but it's the worst purchase I ever did and the customer service are not helpful! I tried to talk to a manager on site and the person who was on the phone told me he can't transfer the call and hang up on me! I totally regret this purchase and wish I can return this laptop and will never ever deal with Lenovo again.

Lenovo lenovo case # 8012580276 lenovo all in one sn mpianh4h mpnx58413014

This is the 2nd time we have had to deal with the same situation, i have used lenovo for 6 years, and have 5 lenovo computer, there is a major problem with this one, it shuts down 5 to 6 times a day, you sent someone out at my expense to fix it, it did not fix it, and now you want us to run a business without a commuter while we send it out to be repaired. This is unacceptable as we do not have a computer to replace the one that is not working. This will make me rethink purchasing lenovo in the future, what i expected was for you to send me a computer that works and take this non working one back.

Lenovo flex 5 customer service

I am now without my computer for weeks because of a hard drive failure while under warranty. And still no resolution and timing for getting my computer running again.

The hard drive failed while still under warranty. I shipped it to Lenovo and the hard drive was replaced. But when I received it, I could not get the operating system to work. Lenovo had put Windows 10 Pro on and my license is for Windows 10 Home.
I could not activate Windows.

I called and I was told that they would send me a USB with Windows Home and a Guide that I needed to follow. I received the USB and the guide but they did not match.

So I called Lenovo again. The technical support person walked me through it and ran into the same issue. He tells me I need to send it back to Lenovo again. At that point I got very frustrated. I am going on 2 weeks already with my computer. I can't wait another week to get it installed. They agreed to have an onsite visit for someone to get Home loaded on the laptop and that it would only take 3 days.

3 biz days and no one calls. I wait until it is a week and still no one calls. I call support again, very frustrated. I'm told that they will send an email to the tech and I will receive a call in 24 hours.

I wait little more than 24 hours and still no call. I'm extremely frustrated by now. So I call again. This time I'm told that the tech had to order parts. Parts? This is the Operating System, the hard drive has already been replaced. And if it had been parts why isn't someone calling me? So here I am needing my computer at about 3 weeks. I ask for a supervisor because I am getting the run around. She tells me that a hard drive was ordered and they will receive it on Monday. What ? This was supposed to expedite the issue and no one even bothered to let me know.

The supervisor says my case has been expedited. What does that mean to me and when? She tells me that it is going to a Relationship Mgr but it needs to be assigned. Does not resolve my issue.

This system is so messed up. This should have been an easy fix. When they replaced the hard drive they should have put the correct Operating System aback on. When they sent me the USB, they should have sent me the correct guide or technical support should have known how to fix it. When the onsite person was assigned me case and I was told they would call in 3 days, they should have known it was not a hardware issue, they should have called me if they felt it was going to require more time.

Don't buy a Lenovo, if your hard drive fails, which many do, you can plan to be with out a computer for at least a month and spend hours of your time trying to get them to respond.

It appears to me that Lenovo is wasting money on a dysfunctional customer service system.

Here is my latest claim number [protected]. I have been assigned several which started as a single issue. I have lost so much time and productivity not to mention high blood pressure. My computer absolutely needs to be functioning again as soon as possible and I believe I should be reimbursed for all of my lost time and frustration caused by Lenovo's multiple errors.
