they had my wife & I thinking we were going to hawaiii, several timjes I sent certified mail, there always was a problem with them, & they took several hours of our time plus 100$.this is a scam 7 it stressed us out so extreamly, we r going to Hawaii, but from no help from them.they just kept srtringing us along until today, the year was up, so there suppost to send us our money.wat about sll the certified mailo? &all the orher nonsence??should I chat with my attorney?very upset! Grand Incentives is by far the worse company to go deal with. I sent my deposit in February and here it is September and haven't received it yet. I called at least twice every two weeks and be on hold for at least 45 min. And all they say is that your refund haven't been processed yet. They are a bunch of scam artist....

Was offered this vacation voucher, tried to pay deposit online but now I have to mail it in!?? And my vacation plans are now no longer options because I've tried for days to get someone on the phone. When I finally get a rep, 45 minutes after being on hold. She was mean, rude, and just plain useless as far as providing any info. Do NOT offer this incentive to your employees!! I tried to schedule a vacation using my certificate multiple times and every time I was told the area and times requested were not available. I then requested a return of the $50 deposit and have received no response. I keep calling but give up after being on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone....

My husband & I attended a travel presentation put on by International Travel Center in February 2012. We did not buy the services, but were promised a 7-night cruise among some other offers. This company pretends to provide two-day vacations for people attending a time-sharing presentation. We attended a program in Atlantic City, NJ, and declined to buy. After many attempts, we were able t book two nights at Ramada Plaza in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We needed to cancel the reservation, but could not reach the company until the day before our scheduled arrival Jan. 15. They took an hour to answer the phone. Then they declined to return our reservation payment. The money is probably gone, but the company should be notified of its deceptive practices, and censured. Thir confirmation # is 1592915.

I received a Grand Incentive certificate for a FREE 2 night hotel stay. I paid $70 during registration and mailed in my 3 hotel location/dates in November 2012. I was denied all 3 choices and was told to resubmit my choices. After hearing horrible reviews about Grand Incentives and booking my own trip, I requested a refund. I have made 3 attempts to contact them with no response. (Email in December: no response, Email from website in January: no response & Called & left a message in January: no response) I am extremely frustrated and irate that Grand Incentives quickly took my $70 deposit/registration...

i have been trying to contact this company for a week and no one ever picks up the phone, I'm on hold for at least half an hour and still no one picks up the phone, i just need to let them know that i sent them my form via certified mail but the business was closed for the day and they need to reschedule delivery because only the receiver can reschedule it, not the sender. i have already given 740$ to this company for my trip for me and my husband to visit family in Hawaii and so far it has been nothing but the runaround, I'm starting to think that my 740$ is money i just wasted, being...

Was promised two free airline tickets & $100 gas vocher.Was told to fill out regristration form, and sent it to their office 11-21-2012.Received a letter of denial stating that i didnt sent it certified mail.They never told me that or stressed the fact, of certified mail.These people are your typical SCAMMERS!!!. Can you look in to this, before somebody loses a lot of money.

Awful customer service! AWFUL! Christie Pelham should NEVER get on the phone with a customer/client. She and customer service should never be in the same sentence much less paragraph!

DO NOT PURCHASE vouchers/certificates FROM GRAND INCENTIVES or any of the other names that they use. I was told that they have 17 different websites!!!

Please know that I have had the absolute WORST experiences with Grand Incentives. I have called them 6-10 times since ordering the incentives package from them (I am a travel professional), to get some specifics on the many different vouchers/certificates...

This is the most duplicitous company I have ever dealt with. They have failed to send me a refund of my $100 deposit even though I've Faxed them copies of the money orders for the depost and the certified mail receipts on 3 occasions. I was assured (2 months ago!) that the refund had just been sent out. When I called on several occasions to inquire about the whereabouts of this refund, I was put on hold for several minutes and then mysteriously disconnected. Update for me, after posting here the 1st time on this company, where I sent in my requests four months in advance to get something back almost 2 months later to have " Nothing available " for all 3 choices, I requested my deposit of $50 dollars back since my vacation dance card was now full & the vocher could no longer help & would be expired by the time next years trips come . Recieved vocher for 2 nights free hotel stay at select areas, 2 of which fit my vacation plans to a tee, my 1st choice was Sedona, Az, where I wanted to go on Wed & Thu, planned in april when I was going in September, so I made that my 1st choice & Scottsdale my 2nd since it was there & I was still going on Wed no matter what & threw Nashville in as my 3rd choice since I could fit it in, but mainly to have 3 choices & sent in my $50 deposit & this was early june .

Recieved a Free Vaction Vocher from the Blood Center of South Florida for donating & saw that they had places in the vacation spot I had planned, Sedona Az . Do not waste your time and money. This is a fraudulent company. Before sending them $50 X 2, registration fee for a promised free airfare, take a look at the rules and conditions. You will realize that there is not a single week during your eligibility time to travel. All weeks fall before or after a holiday. It is all calculated! They will never return your money back either. They have many complains on BB. I am not sure why this company is still open and continue ripping off people....

This company is horrible!!! I have called multiple times and every time i call i am told to call back on a later date and that is when i can even get a hold of somebody, usually i just sit on hold for up to 2 hours at a time to even talk to someone, everyone there has an attitude and nobody there is competent enough to answer any questions, i "won" my trip which already is false advertising when you have to pay a $50 room deposit, i have wasted too much time on this company including writing this complaint so others don't waste their time...
