I bought a 2014 chrysler 300c from sansone automall on 9/30/2014. I have been waiting for the to give ne the registration and plate for the vehicle. It is now 11/04/2014
and after being told of every excuse under the sun, i still dont have the nys license plates or registration which was promised me numerous times before. I have a car that i cant driveeven though they gave me a second set of temp. plates. i thought that was illegal!!!) I want to return the car and get my money back(i paid by bank check, no car note)...

I have a 2006 chrysler town and country 3.8 engine, that has experienced a connecting rod bearing failure due to debris inside the engine block. Chrysler has not issued a recall of any sort for this problem. The engine has less than 90, 000 miles. I took a Chrysler Crossfire to Locklear Chrysler in Tuscaloosa AL due to a key which was stuck in the ignition. Car would start but we could not get the key out. I lived in Birmingham my daughter lived in Tuscaloosa . The car was taken in afterhours and the service manager called me the next day and advise that the car needed a new key which had to be laser cut by the particular vin number by the manufacter/Chrysler. They told me it would be a few days Got the car the car back in a few days. This was in August 2011.
Daughter picked car up.seemed ok but the key would not unlock the doors...

We bought the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE from Sorenson’s in Lake Wales Fl. Since we are disabled we did not look at the engine at the time of purchase because the sales person told us we were buying one of the executive’s cars that were cared for like a baby.
It turned out that this van’s prior owner was Avis car rental.
Once home we had the van looked over and found that the engine was almost held together by electrical tape and had rust on the engine. The rotors on the brakes were silver painted color. I looked at the engine and it had instead of rubber hoses...

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM CHRYSLER FOR SAFETY RECALL FOR (CLOCKSPRING). IF CLOCKSPRING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THAN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN AIRBAG, HORN AND SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM WHICH I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM SINCE OCTOBER 2011. I brought my Town and Country minivan in for a normal 6000 mile oil change and lube. I made an appointment two days earlier and if they had told me that they were busy, I would have waited a day or two. I have a service agreement. In addition, my rear break lights and turn signals aren't working and I wanted it looked at. I brought the car in at 7:30 AM. He told me that he would call me back about the lights. 3 years ago I purchased a 2005 Chrysler T & C used with 27k miles on it. Within 2 months I started hearing a jiggling/rattling noise everytime I went over any type of bumps on the road. Took the van in before a road trip and was told that my Tie Rods were bad. Okay...let's fix the problem. I am an owner of seven Chrysler vehcicles (mostly Vans) over the past 18 years all with some form of rear window deflection to avoid rear window dirt and weather issues WITHOUT THE NEED FOR CONSTANTLY

I have 30 pages of repairs--bought this new--Chrysler would even laugh when we came in saying "oh not you again". 5 documented complaints of engine noise--always blown off. Was even given a free extended warranty to 70000 mi b/c of all the problems. Opened two client cases with them. Paid off my truck with an insurance claim. I only owed $1200 and the over payment was in the amount of $5800... They cashed the check 11/10/10 and I was to have the over payment and title back in 21 days... Its now 12/30/10 and Chrysler still has my $5800 and are unable to tell me when they will send it to me. I have a warranty and chrysler refuses to fix my vehicle because the problem is intermittent. The dealer found the problem 3 times and did 3 things that did not work. They say I have to be a slave to my car and take it to them only while acting up. This is most inconvenient. I do not recommend buying chrysler products to anyone. For the past several days Chrysler Financial has continued to harrass me for my auto payment. I have explained to them on several occasions that my hours have been cut at work and that I am having some financial difficulty. They are asking too many personal questions that I feel is a form of intimidation. They got 50 billion dollars from us taxpayers and they will not be able to pay it back. In early 2006 i had two lease vehicles I had obtained from Chrysler. Then in Mid 2006 I recieved orders to move to Germany for a three year tour. I contacted Chrysler to obtain paperwork to transport my two vehicles, but was informed that this was not possibole. Since i had lease vehicles they were not allowed to leave the country but thanks to the Civil Relief Act I was able to turn in the vehicles to the local Dealer. I turned in the vehicles as directed and all was well.
