Chrysler I ordered a Truck and STILL haven`t gotten it. PS I have no one else to turn to

My wife and I ordered a 2023 Ram Regular cab on April 19th. It was finished on May 20th. It took them until August 23rd to be shipped. My original delivery date was August 23rd. Then for what ever reason they then changed the delivery date to September 15th.

Then YESTERDAY they changed it to September,29th.

Just how damn long to we have to wait for our truck!

The 19th of September it will be six damn months we have wanted for our truck?.

We have already ordered our cap for the truck. Its been payed for since the end of June.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome! My outcome is, WE WANT OUR TRUCK!

Chrysler Broken Manifold bolts for the 4th time

I spoke today to the parts department at Autonation Chrysler Dodge North Phoenix regarding my manifold bolts that have broken on each side now twice. I just repaired the right manifold bolts and replace the manifold and now the left side is broken for the second time. Each repair cost about $[protected] each time. This problem is known to Chrysler for many many years and they do nothing about it. The parts person suggested I contact Chrysler so I called today and they would do nothing other than say Their sorry. The parts representative also indicated this same problem is occurring in Chevrolet trucks as well. Don’t buy this truck without investigating the manifold issues.

Chrysler - Recent replacement of inline fuel filter repair exorbitant charge during inspection

Chrysler 2018 Chrysler Pacifica 3.6L Engine

At 95,000 miles on my Chrysler Pacifica Limited, the 3.6L engine head warped. It was detected when ALL coolant disappeared one day, and the check engine light came on. Brought it to the dealership and they diagnosed it as needing a new head gasket. They replaced it, and the problem still existed. They then had to replace the engine as the head had warped greater than 2 thousandths of an inch.

In 2011, 2012 and 2013 Chrysler offered a 5 year, 100,000 mile extended warranty on the engine alone. This would be a desired outcome. If you look at the NHTSA website regarding this exact issue, it reads the same as that engine issue in [protected]. Chrysler obviously knows this is an issue and needs to fix these engines for their customers. $11k on top of the cost of the vehicle before 100,000 miles is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Chrysler needs to offer the 5 year / 100,000 mile warranty on that engine as they know they did not correct it in more recent designs.

Chrysler I am trying to order a inside hood cover for my dodge crew durango 2013

Hi i tried to have my windshield sprayer on my 2913 dodge crew durango repaired two years ago. Napleton dodge in florida told me to come in after i waited to have it fixed they told me they didnt have the part.Fast forward to now i took it to posner park chrysler dodge jeep in florida , they di fix the washer issue but during all this the cover to the hood is ruined the guts to the liner was all over my engine, i cleaned it off and told posner park i wanted a new liner. It is dangerous to have the stuff coming from under the liner flyin all around the engine. Im afraid it could catch fire. The parts dept manager told me that part is not available. My question is when can i get that hood liner for my dodge crew durango 2013 because it needs to be fixed. Chrysler Customer service.

Good Morning,

This morning I brought my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire into the Gollings dealership , located in Roseville, MI. The service advisor, Dave Johnson or Dave Eastman, he stated that his last name was Johnson but at his desk, I picked up a card saying Dave Eastman. He asked me what I come in for. I told him an oil change and asked if they could look to see if I had enough power steering fluids because the steering wheel appeared to be a little hard to turn. I asked him do they top off fluids, he said no. He stated that we only do oil changes and that the car is a Mercedes. That's when I ask his name so that I can file a complaint.

After being there for a few minutes, he came back to me and stated that they didn't have the original oil filter and that they had the after market filter, I told him if it didn't make a difference to use that one. I was told that it will be about 10:00am before I could have an oil change. I told him I couldn't sit there until 10:00 am. He told me my car was on the lot. He didn't state that he would call me because he didn't ask for a phone number where I can be reached. I'm home now. I got there around 7:15 am.

I have had services there before and the service was great. This visit was not pleasant at all beacuse I felt he didn't want to service my car. I was also told by a worker that my windshield wiper pan had a crack in it and that it's not holding the fluid. I would like to have that repaired as well but don't know if I ever want to go back. I live close to this dealership.

Chrysler 2017 Pacifica air conditioner

I bought a used 2017 Pacifica in December of 2020. In May of 2021 the air conditioner stopped working. It was blowing hot air. The local dealership had it for over a month and ended up replacing the compressor. In June of 2023 the air conditioning stopped working again. Again the dealership had it for almost a month and finally figured out that it was the compressor again. One month past the warranty. With appreciation, Chrysler agreed to pay half for the new compressor. It came in sooner than anticipated but they had issues with the part from the start. It took them an additional two days to get it to work. Fast forward to yesterday, July 26, 2023, the air conditioning isn’t working again. We are getting ready to leave for vacation next week and the dealership can’t even look at it until next week.

Desired outcome: Replace the compressor ASAP at no charge

Your company knew about paint problems on 2017 pacifica and did nothing about them a recall should have been made and now i have a problem because of my car is over the 5 years warranty i intend on buying another pacifica but i now sufer because of this issue i only have 77000 miles . Chrysler Authorization for repairs on my Chrysler 300

I have a service contract that I bought with my brand new 300 at the time that I purchased my car in December 2011. I have owned this car since then and have needed to use my service contract/ warranty on several occasions. It seems like the authorization for repairs is taking longer each time I need to use it to get my car fixed. It is currently at McPeek Chrysler in Orange County California, and has been on hold for about 6 working days. The service department personnel are not all that happy either because they now have a car that just sitting there collecting dust.

The way I see it, you are not providing me with any incentive to buy a new Chrysler once I am ready for a new car. Also, it does not impress any of friends, family and co-workers to see me without my car for so long.

Chrysler Cannot supply parts

I have a 2022 series 3 Wagoneer. During the last week of March s sensor on left front corner of the air suspension went faulty . I tried to get into 4 different dealerships to get serviced but all too busy . In late April I got home and since have had my car to legacy dodge in Claresholm trying to get the correct sensor, 4-5 attempts and always wrong parts they have upgraded the situation with Chrysler but looks like they either don’t know what’s going on or are ignoring the issue. Legacy has done their level best to get resolution to this problem and can’t get satisfaction from Chrysler. Coming into the 5th month since problem arose , as a customer we pay dearly for warranty and I’m really starting to loose patience with this issue , Nicole at legacy has tried her heart out but I feel she’s being ignored . Paid tons of cash for this vehicle and expect a warranty to be honored. Please advise

Chrysler Cylinder head jeep

my jeep has been at performance jeep at AutoMall from the middle June and they say the parts are on backorder do not know when they are coming in as the car rental is 23.95 a day and i have sent in 2 or 3 emails do not get anywhere with this . And on Friday at 1:45 pm the customer service person on the case said she talked to them and they said they did not speak to she . And if I do not here from someone by Thursday I will call the bbb and a lawyer maybe I will never get a Chrysler again if this the way you do your customers as you are making jeeps every day. Chrysler Rear window leak/repair

I have a 2019 Ram Bighorn approximately 30,000 miles. Recently my rear window started leaking. I took to the dealership I purchased truck from and was informed that the rear window was cracked and the whole thing needed replaced and that it wasn’t covered under warranty as well as my warranty had expired. This is and has been a common issue with the ram model vehicles yet the dealership was like they never had to deal with this situation. I am a member in a forum that are all 5th generation ram owners and at least 80% of the owners have had this issue. Thank you

Chrysler Extended warranty refund

I requested a refund in August of 2022. I was told it would take up to 90 to a 120 days to receive. I started calling after the first of the year and was told a check was issued in September. They investigated and determined the check was lost and said they would reissue a check. Now almost a year later after being told twice a check is on it's way today I was told no check has been issued. I asked to speak to a manager but was told a supervisor would call me in a matter of hours. Well 3 hours later I haven't heard from anyone. I am at my wits end and need a response.

Desired outcome: Please issue my refund. I am afraid that mailing a check has not worked I will be glad to provide my bank information for direct deposit. Perhaps even a check can be sent to the dealership for my pick up.

Chrysler My dodge pro master particulate filter

Not dealers fault or mine. corporate office is in fault blames everyone else but themselves for not getting the part. Has had my vehicle will be going on 2 months.Iam paying 50.00 a day to rent a van for my business. Corporate refuses to pay for my rental, so my company is taking a painful loss for their mistake. This should be a recall on this vehicle. But god for bid doing it now, there would not be any pro masters on the road.

Chrysler transmission on my 2015 Chrylser 300 convertible

The odometer on my Chrysler 300 convertible just turned 100,000. The transmission went out and needs replacing. Also, the car is out of warranty. I now live on a fixed income would greatly appreciate help in getting the transmission replaced.

Chrysler 2020 RAM

Remote start doesn't work this is the third time they tried to fix. This time dealer has had it since May24, that's 42 days. They said they can't figure it out and Chrysler can't or won't tell them how to repair it. Customer service ( Lonie ?) speaks very broken English hard to understand. gave me case # [protected] and someone will call me with in 48 hrs. 2 weeks later still no call. Called him 3 times no answer leave message NO RETURN CALL. Called asked for someone else. Again, more hard to understand broken English. He said I need to speak with (Lonie) and he would leave him a note. But Lonie doesn't return calls.

1st time they said they replaced truck battery. Worked for a short time 2nd time it also was reading low voltage on dashboard. They left it running all day in their lot to recharge battery and told me to drive it to Scranton Pa. and back ? PS. A/C has always been poor.
